“Jenevieve was so wonderful to work with! She wanted all the info to make sure was fully prepared to take care of our Phil and super patient with all my questions! I literally could not have asked for a better first Rover experience! Jenevieve did have other bookings that were her regulars, but to make things more comfortable for our pooch, she had us come a little early so he could see that all was good, and he could get familiar before more friends came to play. I got lots of pictures of Phil having lots of fun and getting lots of snuggles. He truly made himself at home and that made us so happy! I appreciate how accommodating and thoughtful Jenevieve was throughout the whole processes and that made our visit to DSM really stress-free because I didn't have to worry about our little buddy at all! Thank you, Jenevieve!!! If we ever come back to Des Moines, you will be the first person we look up!”

“I think Missy has got to be the best sitter my dog Bella has ever had. Not only did Missy welcome the challenge of a spicy chihuahua but she mastered it. By the end she let her hold her! And if any of you are owners of little anxious dogs you know this is a big deal!! Missy also did a great job communicating with us and sending tons of photos which we appreciated. Having Bella stay with Missy made us feel at ease, allowing us to enjoy our trip to the fullest knowing Bella was in good hands. About: My family of 3 lost our best boy last fall after 13 years together and are looking for some dog friends to fill out hearts part-time. We have a fenced yard for easy potty breaks and my 4 year old will love on your pup like crazy. I work full-time outside our house Mon-Thurs but I work from home on Fridays. On weekends when we are dogsitting we will be home most of the time. I used to take my pup on a daily walk so glad to bring that back into my routine We have no other animals in the house. A fenced backyard with room to roam. Dogs are welcome on the furniture. Willing to do medication as needed and whatever else your dog may need to be healthy and happy during their stay. We are only taking kid-friendly dogs as my 4 year old has requested "nice dogs only". I have experience with reactive dogs as long as it is primarily other dogs they are reactive to for the safety of my kiddo.
