Despite not being able to get in touch with me, she took control of the situation and got Charley to an ER vet. Hannah is absolutely incredible. She is trustworthy, dependable, and communicative. She showed an amazing amount of love, care, and attention to all of my animals. She listens and understands the responsibility of caring for someone else’s home and pets. I did not have to worry or be concerned about my home or animals on my trip because Hannah had everything under control. She made sure the house was clean and that all the instructions had been followed. I HIGHLY recommend Hannah.
Hannah took care of my two dogs, Scarlett (a 7 year old excitable mutt) and Jax (an almost 1 year old hyper goldendoodle) while I was out of town. She did a fantastic job and even kept up with Scarlett’s medication schedule. I’ve already hired her again for another stay!
Took a trip overseas and out of service most of the time. Knowing Claire was loving my dog made my mind at ease. Multiple neighbors told me they saw her constantly playing with her at the park, I got pics and messages updating me on my dog, and home was spotless upon my arrival. Nicholle was absolutely amazing with my Bernese, Apollo! It was a very last minute trip out of town and she came for a meet a greet beforehand and Apollo immediately loved her. She is incredibly communicative and detailed. She really took the time to learn his mannerisms and make sure he was comfortable and relaxed. She sent regular updates of Apollo and left the house in great condition. Apollo was a very happy pup when I returned. I would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely be hiring her for her services again!
