I had just received a spare from the landlord the day before, and it was my fault for not checking to see if it worked. Anyways, Rachel was an absolute star and waited 30+ minutes before someone in my apartment was able to let her in. I feel absolutely awful she had to go through that, but she was so kind. She was super responsive and professional throughout the entire process, and took such great care of my cat. She sent great pictures, too! Would absolutely book her again.”

I had to schedule last minute, I was leaving the country, and I have multiple dogs. She stayed overnight with them, and unfortunately we did have a scuffle between two of them on the second night that she handled masterfully. She got on the phone with me right away, sent me pictures, took great care of everyone, took the injured dog to my vet and followed up with great care of him until I could get home 2 days later. Her communication was excellent! The dogs were clearly well taken care of and in great spirits when I got home. This was my first experience using a Rover sitter and she exceeded my expectations by far! I feel incredibly lucky that Melanie was the sitter who got my crazy clan. Of course, I am also happy to take your pups on solo walks or to certain locations if they do better on walks alone or have other specifications.
