About: Many members of my family have had dogs, cats, and various other types of pets for my entire life. In my own home, my parents began giving me pet care tasks to help me practice caring for animals when I was pretty young. These skills have developed significantly over the years. I am a loving and caring person and have always had a playful side. This being said, I am still able to handle stressful situations with a firm but compassionate hand. This gives me a distinct advantage when it comes to pet care. Currently I work two jobs, one full-time and one part-time. The full time job have regular hours M-F, 8am to 4pm. I would be able to do drop in visits both before work starts and after it ends. I usually work my part time job on weekends in the late morning- early afternoon. They are very flexible and as long as I get enough notice, I will be able to schedule visits then as well. I feed my cat on a regular schedule so I am able to do the same with your pet. I am also able and willing to play, bathe, or just hang out with your pets. Unfortunately I would not be able to have your pets in my apartment, as my complex does not allow unauthorized animals but I am more than willing to come to you!
About: I've taken care of my own pets and all of my friends and family pets. I've had almost everything from chinchillas, to guinea pigs, to leopard geckos, to a bearded dragon and of course cats and dogs! I dedicate my time to my pet care and dog training so outside of running errands and my dog training appointments, my time is pretty open! I have experience with animal handling from my various jobs involving animals such as being a dog groomer and dog trainer. I can even handle dogs who don't get along and need to be crated and rotated.

When Alaina arrived for a meet and greet, she arrived extremely professional. She brought documents to capture, our fur babies routines, eating s Hercules, likes dislikes and all essential information. We informed her that he had developed a lesion on the side of his face in which we could not see the vet before leaving due to time constraints. Alaina immediately assessed and began building a rapport with Otis. Otis can sometimes “ jump up” when excited. She began working with him to sit and and stay, in which he felt compelled to comply. While we were gone, Alaina provided multiple updates daily, with pictures and a bio of his day, including updates on his lesion. It was to our surprise, once we entered our home, Alaina had cleaned the house, swept the living room and steps, the house looked immaculate. It was cleaner when she left than when she began house sitting for us. Her integrity and love for animals emulates immediately as soon as you meet her. I cannot say enough about this particular sitter, however if you are booking through Rover in the service area that she serves, it would be in your best interest to hire her services. We have lived in the area for 8 years and have had the need for a sitter on numerous occasions and hands down, Alaina is the best sitter we have found in the area. If I could give Haley 100 stars I would. We were looking for a responsible, caring person to stay at our home and watch our two German Shepherds and chickens while we went on vacation and Haley exceeded our expectations in every way. As soon as she came over for the meet and greet we felt at ease with her, she was punctual, kind, friendly and most importantly our dogs loved her. She sent us daily pictures and updates of the dogs-which I greatly appreciated! I didn’t have to worry one bit about the care our dogs were getting and I can’t tell you how wonderful that feels, we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing our babies were in good hands. We will for sure use her again and we can’t recommend her enough.
Nina’s awesome. When we came back from our wedding we expected our Elkhounds to go wild when they saw us but they were pretty relaxed about it, so I know they felt safe and comfortable with her. She was professional and super self-sufficient. No constant questions or unnecessary check-ins; she sent us update pics of the dogs but otherwise just let us enjoy our wedding weekend. We’re very particular about who we let watch our dogs but highly recommend Nina!
Honey was fantastic watching our senior dog and our cat. We received many updates and pictures and our animals were doing great when we got home. Our home was well cared for to and she even got our mail. We will definitely book with Honey again as she just overall was wonderful.
