My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!

Brittany came prepared to also ask me questions to Better understand how to best care for Bean. Lima Bean had a great stay even with thunderstorms present which causes her the most anxiety. She was spoiled and even came home with a cute Bandana. Brittany understood how important it was for me to receive multiple updates a day that encompassed pictures. “Oh my gosh! My boy Neeko had THE BEST time!!!! Cristen was great at sharing photos and videos during his 2 night weekend visit. Her communication is so good. Micheal playing out in the yard with him throwing the ball. The whole family gave Neeko lots of love as if he were their own. Once I picked Neeko up and got him home, he slept the rest of the day. We sent a message to Savannah and not only did she respond immediately, but she brought us out of our panic by telling us to head right over with our sweet girl. About: I just graduated college and am now looking for ways to make cash and also have some fun! I have lived with my parents' dogs for over 10 years and cared for them, but sadly my new apartment won't allow me to get a dog of my own. About: I believe dogs are the purest of friends we can find on this earth and will cherish your pup as if it were my own. I am warm, prompt, communicative, and will happily send photos and videos of your dog to reassure you that all is well! I know how stressful leaving your dog at home can be, and will be accessible and receptive to any level of communication that you need. I am here to not only care your pup, but also help keep your own anxiety at bay! I am from a family of die-hard yellow lab lovers and am current sister to 7 year old yellow lab named Theo. Our favorite activities together are hide and seek with treats or toys, and evening massages to help him calm down before bedtime. Your dog will be equally loved by me! I am a graduate student in my final semester and am working part time entirely from the home. I have ample time to tend to your pet with snuggles and long walks outside! Theo dog featured in my profile picture is a family dog, who does not live with me currently. So my attention is 100% for your pup! I live in a very dog-friendly apartment complex in the Barton Springs/Bluffs area, right by the Greenbelt trailhead. My apartment is ground level and opens up onto an unfenced yard area perfect for potty breaks. My studio apartment is approx. 450 square feet, so pretty small but your dog is welcome to have free reign on the couch and bed (if they are allowed to do so in their own home, of course!). When I take care of dogs in another person's home, I try to arrange my schedule such that I am never gone for more than 3-4 hours in the entire day. I understand the anxiety pets deal with when their beloved hoomans are away, so I am very committed to adjusting my schedule to prioritize being with the dog as much as possible.
About: I just graduated college and am now looking for ways to make cash and also have some fun! I have lived with my parents' dogs for over 10 years and cared for them, but sadly my new apartment won't allow me to get a dog of my own. I'm very active, eager to care for animals in the best way possible, and especially friendly. Dogs never cease to bring me joy, so looking after animals and walking them is a dream job. I'm willing to learn and/or follow directions and care for any special needs as best as I can. Mornings are my best time for visits but up for negotiation depending on my work schedule. About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 12. I’ve worked on a farm caring for horses since I was a child. I’ve watched dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish for friends and neighbors. No animal is too small or large for me to love! I rescued my own dog three years ago and now have experience in R+ (positive reinforcement) training. I’d love to practice loose leash walking with your dog. I love taking my dog for long walks and hikes, if your dog likes company I’d love to take them together! I’m experienced in administering medicines, caring for puppies, and senior dogs. I work full time so I’m mostly available on weekends and weekday evenings. I’m a full-time teacher, so I’m at work during the school day, but I’m home after school and have afternoons and evenings to spend with the dogs. My husband has a flexible schedule and typically doesn’t start work until around 10:00 AM and is home by about 3:00 PM. This means your pup won’t be alone for long stretches of time, and there is someone around during much of the day. Our mornings are busy with getting the kids ready for school, but we make time for potty breaks, breakfast, and some attention before everyone heads out. Once the kids are home from school, things become more active! We enjoy walks, outdoor play, and spending time together as a family. We live in the gated community of Fords Colony, so the walking paths for your pup are perfect and safe. Your pup will get plenty of attention, playtime, and opportunities to relax throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re happy to follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, potty, and medication routines as closely as possible. Our goal is to make their stay feel comfortable, safe, and as much like home as possible!
“Brittany was able to answer many questions and provide a meet and greet prior to watching Bean. I had already met with 5 other sitters who weren't the right fit. Brittany came prepared to also ask me questions to Better understand how to best care for Bean. Lima Bean had a great stay even with thunderstorms present which causes her the most anxiety. She was spoiled and even came home with a cute Bandana. Brittany understood how important it was for me to receive multiple updates a day that encompassed pictures. This eased my mind that she was doing well. I would definitely recommend Brittany due to her pet knowledge and friendly personality.”
“Oh my gosh! My boy Neeko had THE BEST time!!!! Cristen was great at sharing photos and videos during his 2 night weekend visit. Her communication is so good. Micheal playing out in the yard with him throwing the ball. The whole family gave Neeko lots of love as if he were their own. Once I picked Neeko up and got him home, he slept the rest of the day. “We can’t say enough about Savannah. She was an absolute godsend for our family. After driving for almost 8 hours and arriving at our hotel at 9 PM on a Friday evening, we found out that their pet friendly policy only applied to dogs. That was a major issue for us since we had brought our dog and our cat with us, sending us into an absolute panic. We sent a message to Savannah and not only did she respond immediately, but she brought us out of our panic by telling us to head right over with our sweet girl. During her time watching our Kitterz, she sent us pictures and updates daily, which let us know we left her in good hands. Going above and beyond, she invited us to visit during our vacation since she knew we were missing our girl. We wish there were more than 5 stars to rate her because she was incredible!”
