About: I’ve taken care of animals since before I can remember. I have experience in dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and more! Not only do I have two years of formal training to become a certified Vet Assistant I’m also a pre-vet student and currently working as a Vet Tech at a local animal clinic. I’m experienced in anxiety, aggression, administering medications, and more, as well as give daily updates (with pictures)! I can't wait to meet your furry friend! I currently take classes in Columbia so will travel between Fulton and Columbia frequently. I have lots of flexibility to take care of pets within my schedule and would be happy to work something out with you that would work best for both you and your pet! I have lots of experience with a variety of cats and dog breeds from my time in Vet Med, so I work hard to make every visit the best experience I can.

About: I've spent years watching the pets of my friends and family. They have trusted me to bathe, feed, play, and care for their fur babies. l work on weekdays, Monday-Friday 8am-3pm. I am free any time in the evening on weekdays and I’m free on the weekends! I am also available to house sit throughout the week if needed! :) Where I live currently isn’t suitable for pet sitting but I am more than willing to dog sit at the clients home if need be.

About: I absolutely adore dogs and other animals. I love to be around them, take care of them, and make them feel comfortable while their owner is away. I am currently not working while my kids are in school, so I have plenty of flexibility during school daytime hours to attend to your pet. I can easily follow whatever instructions you have for your fur baby so that way they are comfortable and happy while you’re at work or traveling.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the love, energy, and responsibility I bring to every dog I care for. About: I’m a HUGE animal lover and have experience taking care of all sorts of animals, from dogs, to cats, spiders, bunnies, frogs, and more! I have six cats of my own and foster medically fragile/behaviorally challenged cats from the humane society. I’m experiencing in providing a wide variety of care. Your puppy is still crate training? I can help! Your senior cat needs medication? I can do it! Your socially awkward pet doesn’t like people? That’s okay! I have so much love and care to give to your animals! I work an incredibly flexible job, allowing me to spend quality time with your pets while you’re away. I work with my clients and around their schedules, making pet care as stress-free as possible! I usually care for pets in my client’s home, as my home is a bit of a zoo. I work hard to ensure we have trust and boundaries established so we both feel comfortable! One of the ways I do that is by doing a meet n greet beforehand. I love to get to know the pet parents and meet the pets before I start sitting.

About: I have been around pets since I was a kid. I did take care of elder dogs in the past time. I did dog-sitting the puppies. I had experience with foster dogs and my housemate in the past. I have experience with deaf dogs myself. My family and I raised a deaf dog; she is now at peace. I am currently working from home. My schedule has some flexibility that I can take care of other things such as taking care of pets. I always make sure the pets feel safe and secure in their space. I care about their boundaries in their daily routine and develop relationships with their pets.

About: Hi! I’m Rachel & I formerly worked at A Second Chance! I grew up around high maintenance & energy dogs (Huskies) which made me very reliable on caring for & cleaning up after them! I’m a very avid animal rescuer, specializing in cats! This year alone I’ve rescued 3 litters of kittens, cared for all & rehomed them to great homes. I’m a proud cat & dog mom! I have 4 cats & a Siberian Husky. This keeps me on my toes everyday & leaves me wanting more experience with other animals. I grew up on farms so I’m a lot of fun outside & great with long walks! Due to my working experience, I’m great at problem solving. I’m also very good at keeping company & understanding your animal’s wants & needs. Comfortability is key.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of creatures ever since I could walk and have had a love for it the entire time! The list of animals I have experience with include rabbits, pet birds, snakes, geckos , turtles, crabs, ferrets, mice, fish, hedgehogs, goats, chickens, cattle, pigs and of course your average every day cats and dogs! I was also a vet tech for around 4 years so I still have the passion and experience that comes with being in that field so I do feel comfortable caring for special needs and pets who need medication. I also have my Bachelors degree in Animal Sciences from Mizzou:) Another area I have experience in is dog training! I have trained a service dog as well have trained numerous puppies basic obedience and manners! I also have helped bottle feed and raise up puppies and kittens so have done early neurological stimulation with them. I have also worked with some reactive dogs as well. About: Growing up, I was a part of a program called Human Animal Bonding in Colorado, where I was taught how to connect top dogs emotionally, socially and verbally and use those skills to apply to real life situations, breaking me out of my social, insecure, neurodivergent shell. I've grown up with six big terriers, so I know my way around big, cuddly, dogs. My best friend is a German Shepherd named Ziva. I currently work part-time shifts that can go from 7-2 (Tues), or 7 - 11 (Wed), or 7-4 (weekends). I wish to pursue my dog-loving passions and possibly turn it into a career, alongside with my first responder training, and I hope starting Rover will do that. I take care of big dogs, numerous cats, and six other types of animals at home, so I can't have other animals at home due to the unfamiliarity. I am looking for extra activities, ones that consists outside of work and home because that's all where I am ever at these days. I just moved to Missouri, and I hope to find show the love I have for animals to places beyond my home. I have all kinds of necessary dog/cat accommodations. I have crates if needed, toys, extra food, leashes, etc. In my home, I have two big dogs who are trained to stay on 30 acres of property, they co-exist with barn cats and other various animals. Because of the other critters on the land, I do have to let them outside every time I leave the house. I had a dog that received special medical treatment every day and had to be watched regularly as he grew mean and tiredsome due to his deteriorating health. Fortunately, he is in a better place, but it shows that I can manage and care for dogs all of different behaviors and necessities and if I can use some of that stuff for other dogs, I've love to.

About: Ive taken care of both my own families animals for years, along with friends and families pets. I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from a teacup chihuahua to an adult husky. This also includes mostly periods of having multiple dogs. I also grew up with cats, usually in pairs. I myself have owned small birds, along with a leopard gecko. I’ve done sitting work for more relaxed animals, but also more agressive or high maintenance ones. I myself currently own a young black cat named Nordly! I currently work as High School wrestling coach, so I am flexible for the most part except for saturdays (through february) where I am gone for 6-8 hours. I will always try to accommodate to the needs of the specific pet or pets. If it’s a shy cat who just needs some food and alone time, awesome I’ll keep my distance! A needy attention seeking dog? I would love to give all my attention and energy! I’m used to a routine for dogs and cats, and daily cleanings of their areas. As long as we can communicate what your pet needs, I’ll make it happen.

About: I've had pets in my family since I was a kid, and I have taken care of foster animals, family pets and friends pets throughout adulthood. I have taken care of pets who have medication needs and environment needs (scared of thunder and such.) I work for myself, so I am able to work around my work hours accordingly and easily to provide the care that is needed for my clients. My care is adaptive to each pet family's needs and home. I am an observant person and pay attention to the details while caring for pets. I cannot take on daycare or boarding services right now, but I am more than happy to take dogs for walks, care for cats, and pet sit while you're away.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I’ve grown up around dogs and cats my whole life. Friends and family have trusted and relied on me to make sure their pets are loved and taken good care of. I’ve taken care of puppies, cats, and even senior age dogs. I’ve seen it all and have experience with animals who have cancer and can try my hardest to make them comfortable and be able to enjoy their time with me. I have recently graduated with my Bachelors of Health Science degree and I’m currently in a professional program at my Mizzou to graduate with my OTA degree! I am married and my husband does work remotely from home for those who board or book daycare with me, your furry friend will be with him and I and our pups Scout and Luna. I have a fenced in yard and a lovable puppy ready to make new friends! I can adjust to what your cat or dog may need to be comfortable in a new environment. Whether that be with meet and greets beforehand or just lots of love and space to help them feel comfortable.

About: Dog Walking: My family dogs are two Great Danes and a German Shepherd/Pitbull mix so I am very familiar with large dog breeds. I have also had experience with Toy Poodles and Yorkies, so I also have experience with small dog breeds. I have experience with cats, as well. I’m currently a full-time employee Monday-Friday at school but am always more than happy to help out with your pets after 5pm and on weekends and mornings! I like to make sure that I’ve communicated with the family on their pets regular behaviors and schedules as to make sure to keep them to a schedule/day that they’re typically used to with me providing their care.
