Unfortunately, our sweet Grayson experienced severe anxiety at the hotel, and I quickly realized he couldn’t be left alone in the room. Since this was my first time using Rover, I scheduled a meet-and-greet with Tracy. Grayson immediately felt comfortable with her, and so did I. She took him home with her for the day, and he did great. Tracy kept in constant communication and sent pictures throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. About: I have grown up with dogs, and I have a big 110 pound lovable anxious boy dog and I have been trained to build his confidence and take him on enjoyable walks- with lots of patience and treats! I also have a cat and can appreciate all personalities of cats! My schedule is very open and flexible! About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals for many years helping out neighbors and friends. I’ve worked with dogs professionally for 4 years, working at dog daycares and veterinary clinics as a veterinary assistant. Animals are my passion and I have so much love and compassion for each and every one of them. I know dogs behavior very well and have worked with all sorts of different dogs including, dogs with disabilities, seniors, puppies, anxious pups, and many more. About: I have been a dog owner my entire life, and currently own 2 of them. I’ve always shown a love for animals! I have spent my entire life with dogs and have taken care of others for family friends and neighbors while they were away. I have also spent a significant amount of time caring for dogs through Rover. As for cats, I have never personally owned any but again have spent a lot of time with them through Rover and love to take care of them! I work 8:30-4:30 as a medical assistant at an ENT Monday through Friday. Other than that, I should be available to take care of your pets! If it’s for drop-in visits, I can make time during my lunch break to let your dog out! In my apartment I will be sure to refill food and water at required times and can go for walks as needed. As for at your home, it is important to know that I am a very calm, gentle, and responsible person and will make sure things go smoothly at your home with whatever requests you have for the visits.

This is a nightly performance review of my hospice management skills. From sugar gliders and snakes to senior dogs and gravity-defying gargoyle cats, my home is a beautiful, exhausting testament to unconditional love. I try to provide the ultimate soft landing for animals who need it most—even the ones who choose to haunt me from my own doorframe. My schedule is a choose your own adventure book. I mostly work weekends, leaving my weekdays and nights wide open. I am also an online student, which is the ultimate pet sitting cheat code: it just means I can study from your couch while keeping your pets company. My clients are the following; The Wheezer: A 3 year old orange cat with asthma, a terminal heart murmur, and zero thoughts besides breakfast behind those eyes; The Princess: A 14 year old pit bull in Stage 4 kidney failure who still insists she is a 70 pound lap puppy; and The Cartel Leader: A 2 year old calico in peak physical condition, completely psychotic, and actively plotting my demise 24/7. I live in absolute terror. I am a combat medic and hostage negotiator. I’ve seen it all. I am fully prepared to administer any specialized food, sketchy medicine, or spiritual exorcism required. About: I provide low-volume, personalized boarding for dogs who deserve more than a kennel experience. I intentionally accept only a small number of dogs at a time so every pup receives plenty of attention, supervision, affection, and individualized care. I’ve cared for animals my entire life, including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, parakeets, and reptiles. As a dental student, attention to detail, communication, and responsibility are a huge part of who I am. One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, cuddly, food-motivated, or has a very specific routine, I take the time to learn what makes them comfortable and happy so they can truly enjoy their stay. A typical day includes plenty of outdoor playtime in my large fenced backyard, lots of attention, couch naps, treats (with owner approval!), enrichment, and quality one-on-one time. Every dog is different, so I tailor the day to their personality and energy level. Some dogs want to spend hours running around the yard, while others are happiest curled up next to me while I study. Either way, they’ll be included in my daily routine and treated like part of the family. My goal is simple: I want your dog to be excited when they arrive and exhausted from fun when they go home! Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I have a large fenced backyard for secure outdoor play and closely supervise all interactions. Before every stay, I take time to learn your dog’s routine, feeding schedule, sleeping preferences, medications, and any special needs so I can provide the smoothest transition possible. I also provide frequent photo updates and communication throughout the stay because I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away from your pet. My goal is for both you and your dog to feel completely comfortable and cared for.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was in college. I’ve been looking after pups ever since. My current best friend is a theee-legged mutt named Jeff and he loves when company comes over. I’m a freelance editor who works from home so I set my own schedule. I keep a pretty regular routine with my own dog. We shouldn’t have any trouble adapting to your pet’s needs. I have a big fenced in backyard and can do most of my work from the screeened in porch. That’s nice because it lets me keep an eye on the pooch while also feeling less like a cave hermit hunched over a keyboard all day.

I reached out to Ryan for last-minute daycare, and he responded within 15 minutes saying he could take care of him for the day. I dropped Gibbs off and felt very at ease knowing he was with Ryan. Throughout the day, I received seven updates and pictures showing how Gibbs was doing. When I picked him up, he seemed happy and had been well looked after. I'm planning to drop Gibbs off again in two days. This is the second occasion that Ryan and his family have taken care of my dog, Gibbs. When I got there to drop him off, Ryan came out to greet him, and Gibbs was thrilled to see him. Throughout the day, I received both pictures and a video showing the fun he was having with the family's dogs. I believe that Gibbs really enjoys his time with Ryan and his family. He always seems joyful when I come to pick him up. I can easily tell he has had an exciting day since he sleeps very soundly at night.”
