“Kristy was a god send to our situation. She is so kind and cares deeply about you and your pet. I was a little stressed having a baby on the way and no one nearby to watch our Pepper. I reached out to Kristy about it, because you never know when baby will be coming so it is hard to plan but she was willing to work with us and be open. We even had a trial run prior and she sent pictures and updates to makes us feel at ease with the process. She herself has an adorable dog who seems to get along with all the others. Kristy even told me about all of her regulars, their personalities, etc. She has a big couch that I know Pepper loved to be on and a high fenced in yard that I didn't need to worry she would escape from. When it came to the big day, Kristy dropped what she was doing (I say this bc of the unknown date of it all) to come pick up Pepper and even brought her back when we got home. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants your dog to feel loved and taken care of while you are away. We will definitely be using her again when needed in the future. I contacted them, hoping against hope, that with only a day’s notice , they would be able to take our puppy. Millie is 3 years old, but in our minds, still a puppy. If you live your dog, you understand! They came through for us!!! Good communications and stayed in touch with us while we were gone. Sent pictures. Let us pick her up early, since the wife was worried about her. 9 o’clock at night but they worked with us to get her back with us. I don’t have a single complaint to mss as I’d against them. “Mojo loves socialization, so he really seemed to enjoy his stay with Kiki's 6 dogs, cat and toddler! The sweet photos were so reassuring. I was concerned because the fence on the property was a corral type used for horses and was not secure for an escape artist dog and runner such as Mojo. But Kiki took him out on a leash several times throughout the day as she does with some of her own dogs and it worked out fine, especially with lots of rain. Bottom line is that Mojo was well cared for and loved on like by experienced dog handlers who treated him like a furry family member. Unless your dog requires free runs, Kiki's is a perfect place to board your dog.”
