“Kaitlyn has house sat for us several times, and she never disappoints. She is professional, reliable, and always takes wonderful care of both our dog and our home. Our dog has health issues that require medication and frequent potty breaks because she’s on a diuretic. Kaitlyn followed all of my instructions carefully, took her out proactively to prevent accidents, and gave her medication as needed. I also tend to leave detailed instructions, including text messages and photos, and I really appreciated that Kaitlyn welcomed all of the information and asked questions whenever she needed clarification. She stayed overnight and was home for most of the day as requested, which is important since I work from home and our dog is used to having someone around. We came home to a happy, content dog and a house that was just as we left it. Kaitlyn is always a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again. Highly recommend!”

About: I have been taking care of animals, specifically dogs and cats, since I was around 12 years old. My parish does not have an animal shelter or any service to help with strays so I began to take them in (I was basically fostering them). As I grew up my love for them never stopped growing. I worked at an animal shelter in college. I gained experience working at a grooming/boarding facility, and I also have had a little bit of experience in a vet’s office as a tech. I currently have 5 dogs of my own ranging in sizes XXL (100lbs)-XS (8lbs). They are like my children to me! My boyfriend and I also have 7 chickens and plan to hatch more soon. We also feed all the strays cats around our house and will never hesitate to help any animal in need. My main focus will be on dog walking and check in visits, as well as overnight stays. I would be happy to provide a bath and brushing, toe nail clipping, and anything else needed! Spending my days with animals seems to best way to do it to me. I can walk dogs any day of the week! My times available for walking are 6:00am-5:00pm. I am available to go check in on them any day as well. My availability for overnight stays is the same, reach out to me any day of the week! While your pet is in my home they will be my main focus and be with me basically 24/7! If they are comfortable with car rides they can come with me on any errands I need to do. I can also come to your home and watch your fur baby! I will follow any schedule you give me for them and try to figure out the best way to cater to their needs. Whether that be laying on the couch watching TV, taking a walk around the neighborhood, playing fetch, playing with the water hose, etc! I can provide medication if needed as well and make sure to keep an eye out for anything out of the ordinary in their behavior.

About: All the Doggies sleep with me in my bed! They are allowed on furniture & anywhere they’d like to be comfortable. I worked for Companion Animal alliance in Baton Rouge working with dogs & cats as a caretaker. I mobile groom for people around the Livingston parish area & I’m well known on the nextdoor app. I have a bunch of references! I am very passionate about your fur babies & one day will open up my own business building for grooming/boarding & as new clients you would be adding to my fund for that. It has been my life long dream to accomplish this one day & I am going to keep working towards that. I want to expand this business into something much bigger & for people to feel at ease with leaving your babies in the care of someone who will love them unconditionally. All you have to bring for your baby is their dog food/cat food. I have dog/cat bowls, leashes, toys, puppy pads, litter boxes, litter, cat toys, cat/dog beds, ( I supply dog treats ) I do not put the babies in kennels unless instructed to do so by you if you bring your own. At bed time I put on relaxing music for the dogs to calm down & sleep, heating pads for cold nights, lots of blankets & beds. Any of their comfort items I would suggest bring with them. I do live in a new trailer, lots of room for your babies to roam & play! non smoker. I have experience with large dogs to small dogs, senior dogs & ones with bad anxiety or kennel aggressive ect. I also have experience with birds, especially parrots. I know how to handle in any situation when it comes to different behaviors from animals. I am also pit bull friendly 💕 The babies I board/doggy daycare have FREE ROAM. Which means they can go as they please anywhere in my home, they can sleep with me or they can sleep on the couches or their beds, but If you prefer your baby in a kennel at night, I will respect your wishes. I only have one kennel designated just for that.. You will receive lots of pictures/videos & updates to the point where it may be a little annoying but you’ll never have to text me first checking on them. I give them lots of love! I stay home everyday with the babies, so they will get all of the attention they need. The night before pick up/drop offs, I do give them a bath, each one no matter what. I can pick your dog up or drop them off, I have never had an issues with any dogs fighting, running off or accidents. I am VERY experienced in RUNNERS, the ones who wait for you to open the door to escape. Never had a runner succeed in getting away. I can clip your babies nails & give them a little trim if need be free of charge. If your dog needs medication I can administer it to them at the times needed. Prozac, prednisone, insulin, antibiotics ect, I’m familiar with all. Thank you for taking the time to read this & hopefully you have found the right sitter for your baby/babies. 🐶 I bring the babies to the dog park twice a week along with water treats & toys. I can manage 5 at a time ( leashed ) I do have a fenced in yard with a doggy pool, it’s covered & has pet turf. Lots of room for your baby to play!! This is what I do for a living! I eat breathe & sleep doggies. I stay home full time & when I say full time it’s me & the pups home everyday. I LOVE & taking care of your 4 legged sweetie pies, when you book with me it will allow me to continue to care for the fur babies & accomplish my life long dream to open up a bigger place to care for more. 💕 I truly appreciate repeat customers, but with inflation the way that it is, the cost of gas being so high, I had to make the difficult decision to raise my prices up to $2 more since last year.
