She treated them like her own and it was obvious how much she loves animals. We have acreage and a cat who loves to try to escape. Michelle was extremely careful and watchful to make sure all 3 dogs and 2 cats all stayed safe. She sent pictures throughout her stay at our house and updated us often. She even tidied up the house, washed the bedding and left us the sweetest note. Highly recommend using Michelle and we will definitely hire her again!”

About: I believe I’m an excellent pet sitter because animals have been a huge part of my life from the very beginning. Growing up on a farm taught me responsibility, patience, and how to care for animals of all kinds. I’ve personally bottle fed kittens, puppies, and baby goats, giving me hands on experience with pets that need extra attention and care. About: Ever since I was Itty bitty I have always adored animals. I was the kid bringing home strays every chance I got to make sure they found a loving home. In high-school I interned at a vet. This gave me knowledge and experience walking, feeding, administering medication, and understanding the behaviors of the animals around me. I am now an Army veteran and will be a full time student come the fall semester. This gives me plenty of time and flexibility to give your precious babies the highest quality care so you can feel confident and secure that all of their needs are being met while youre away. I have 1 dog and 5 cats of my own all with their own quirks, personalities, and detailed instructions I give to my own sitters when needed. Rest assured that there is not much your pets could need that I am not up for! I am moving from out of state and starting school in the fall, so during the summer I will have complete availability while settling into our new home! Due to having so many cats, I will not be offering boarding/sitting in my own home. However for house sitting, walking, and drop ins I am happy to follow any and all detailed instructions and will send plenty of photos for your peace of mind!

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve always been my favorite kind of company. I’m patient and keep things calm and low-key. I only watch one dog at a time, so you can rest assured that I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Since I work remotely, your dog won’t be left alone much and will get attention throughout the day. I make sure to follow whatever routine helps your dog feel most comfortable. Happy to send you photos and updates throughout the day as well. I’m flexible with pickup and drop off times. I will be with your pup all day, and they’ll get plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m happy to adapt to your pet’s routine. If they’re a high energy dog, they’ll get long walks. If they’re a senior or low energy, I’ll take them on shorter walks or just let them sniff in the yard.

About: I love animals and have cared for friends’ pets whenever they’ve needed a trusted dog sitter. I’ve also fostered dogs for Take Paws Rescue, from young puppies to senior dogs, which has given me experience with pets of all ages and personalities. I treat every animal with patience, love, and attention, the same way I would want someone to care for my own pets. I recently stepped away from my full time job and currently have a very flexible schedule with open availability. This allows me to give pets plenty of attention, care, and consistency throughout the day. I currently have three rescue dogs of my own, a Doberman puppy, a two year old Doberman, and a small mixed breed. I’m very comfortable caring for dogs with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. Because of my own pets, I prefer caring for animals in their own home where they can stay comfortable in a familiar environment and maintain their normal routine. I always treat every pet with patience, love, and care as if they were my own.

About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and they’ve always been at the center of my world. My most recent pup, Effy, was with me for 15 years — she was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to have a dog of my own again, I couldn’t imagine my life without them, which is why I’m so excited to be here on Rover! Your pet will be loved and cared for like my own. I can’t wait to meet them I work from home Monday–Friday, so your pet will have my full attention throughout the day — no long stretches alone. I am able to work remotely so care during the day is no issue. I live in an apartment in Meraux above my dad’s office, so while there’s no yard, we have plenty of space to get outside for walks. There are stairs, but I’m happy to carry pets up and down as needed.

I’m from the south and have come across all types of puppies (including gator pups) I have no problems in gaining new friends :) I am currently free lancing in artistic endeavors and having a friendly pet would help with the time I’m at home needing a little company and a less… talkative version than human conversation!
