About: I am so excited for the opportunity to care for your baby! I’ve had a dog, cat, or both since I was little, so I know what it means for fur babies to be family and to want them loved, safe, and well cared for when you’re away. Please shoot me a message if you have any questions at all before booking. I can’t wait to meet and take good care of your pet! I have taken care of pets, including dogs, cats, goats, chickens, sheep, cows, and horses for 25+ years. I have always had a pet of my own who I was responsible for since I was in first grade. I’ve had to provide medical care to a lame prior racing horse— cleaning, washing, and applying bandages and medicine to his foot while his owner was out of the country. I’ve also cared long-term for my elderly chihuahua, Bungee, who took medication for congestive heart failure and for my elderly cat, Jaq, with renal failure who had to be hand-fed for a few months before she passed. I currently have a large white dog, Caliber (Lab/Pyrenees mix), who was a rescue, a Pyrenees puppy who stays with and guards my chickens, a sweet, black collie-like rescue named Sirius, and outdoor cats and kittens which have been strays we have not turned away. Caliber and Sirius are in and out of the house dog and stay wherever they want— in our temperature controlled garage with a fence-less perimeter around our home due to the road and creek proximity, the living room, or the back deck overlooking the creek. Caliber has his own tempurpedic mattress and enjoys long days snuggling daddy’s feet in his office (my husband works remotely). The cats are used to animals of all kinds and know to keep distance on days I board a potentially cat-aggressive pup. I currently have a lot of flexibility as a mostly stay-at-home mom and I work PRN (as needed). Because I’m typically at am home with my children, I am very available to care for your babies well and give them all the love they need. I do enjoy trips with my family out of town and occasionally have busy seasons with local engagements, but I communicate well and will be very clear about my availabilities to make sure it work with your needs and that of your pet(s). As long as the pet isn’t aggressive, I am very comfortable caring for your baby for you in the comfort of your own home. I always enjoy meeting my new friends before their human(s) leave to make sure to give them time to get to know me and feel comfortable with my presence. It’s a joy to drop in and see how excited some pets get for a little company while their humans are gone. I enjoy walking, so I’m always up for a peppy (or slow) walk with your baby. My pup adores other dogs and loves having friends over, but can also be kept in the office or temperature controlled attached 2-car garage to provide ample space for your pet as we come outside if need be. I have space to crate your pup or cat if that works best for your needs as well. On my property I have a large, unfenced yard and can take your pet for wonderful walks in the grass and alongside the creek with me.

About: I have exp in puppy training, limited service dog training, administering oral and topical meds, bandage changes, post op care as well as senior care. Tender Love and Care is the upmost importance in the care of your pet I currently work part time with a very flexible schedule. That way I have plenty of time to attend to your pets needs as they may arise unpredictably In my home your dog would be treated better than family and would have to be cat friendly, potty trained, fully vetted and with flea tick preventative , Leash trained or well minded. I do not have a fenced yard but I do have 5 acres and a very dog friendly neighborhood. In your home… as you wish.

About: I have grown up with and cared for animals since I was a child. I am most experienced with medium to small dogs. I have owned and cared for Irish Setters, Golden Retrievers and English Shepherd mix. I have sat for dogs and horses of friends and family. I have experience working at an Equestrian farm as a ranch hand. I am available during the week for all of your pets needs. Whether that be a hike along the trail, walking downtown, grooming/vet appointment, or just a lazy day at the house. My weekend may be limited. Given advance notice I could be available for weekend services. Currently, I do not own any dogs. Pets will board indoors. I will provide care according to your specifications and pets needs. Your pets will be walked daily for poddy and exercise breaks.

About: I have 3 beautiful children of ages 17, 4, & 3. I managed a local credit union before coming home to manage our household! I have had an animal in the house for over 20 years until recently, everything from a new born puppy to 13 year+ elderly dogs. Reach out to me for more info I am a homemaker, so my schedule is fairly open at all times. I am free from 8AM-1PM, then 4PM-8PM Monday-Friday. Weekends are open at all times. I have stayed overnight for multiple nights for some families that I have house/dog-watched for. I have let animals out for just a 30 minute outside/bathroom break. I always have my phone with me, and provide outstanding communication to the home/pet owners at all times.

About: I've had my own dogs since I was 6. We had 2 basset hounds that taught me responsibility starting from a young age. The responsibilities included, bathing, feeding, grooming, walking and playing with the dogs (with some help for the first couple of years since i was so young). Then when I was in high school I started watching my teachers pets which included a cat named Daisy who I would feed, clean the litter box and cuddle with. Then a dog named Hollywood who was on the older side and needed to be watched for seizures, given medicine, fed, and walked. I also house sat during the duration of watching those pets throughout the day and sometimes over night. Then I watched a dog named Dallas who would come to my house for weeks at a time and I would feed, bathe, groom, play, walk and sometimes go to the dog park during the week I would watch him. I used to have a holland lop eared bunny who i took care of 24/7 and did everything thing for including the vet and nail clippings. I have a pretty flexible schedule and could do ongoing long term pet sitting and arrange my hours as needed. My main job is to you and your pet. I am currently a stay at home mom with my children. I am good with either long term durations or just a quick trip to watch your fur baby at my home or yours. I do not currently spend the night or the whole day when doing house sitting jobs due to me having small children but usually for house sittings I go to your home about 2-4 times a day depending on distance and what you are wanting. I usually go around 7/8 in the morning, then 12/1 in the afternoon and then 6/7 in the evening. For the morning and afternoon checkin i usually stay at your home for about 30 minutes to an hour because i do have my children with me at that time and don't want them to get into anything in your home and in the evening i usually stay an hour or two because my husband will be home watching our kids at that point and i can go alone and stay a while. I am super flexible on time since i don't have another job that requires me to work outside the house. I live in a 3 bedroom house with my husband, my 4 year old son Landon, my 2 year old jamie and my dogs Brandi, Ash and Simba and my cats Cappy, Suki and Tinkerbell. We have all dog and cat things so if you forget something I am bound to have it. We have a fenced in backyard with lots of dog toys and the front yard is super big and i have a long leash pole to just sit outside and play a while without having to be on a short leash.We prefer crate trained incase dogs need to be put up at night for no accidents or unwanted destruction and our dogs are also crate trained to for night time. Since i live right off of a busy highway and my neighbors let their dogs roam the neighborhood a lot unsupervised i don't walk dogs down the street but I do let them out back in the fenced in back yard about 5 times or more a day and anywhere from 15 minutes to and hour depending on weather of course. I have tons of toys and treats also. We have bigger outside kennel fence within our backyard wood fence just incase the dogs need to be separated and a couple gates to separate areas in my house incase your pet hasn't been around children so they have their own areas to relax in my house without my children trying to pet them and what not. I ALWAYS keep a close eye when any dog is playing around my children even if they have been around children before because you just never know what might happen. I also only introduce my pets to other pets if the stay is longer then 3 days and when my husband is home and we do one dog at a time in what i call a "neutral safe territory" with slow calm introductions. By that i mean there are no toys, food, or anything i believe a dog would fight over and my kids are never present for it because they can be loud and i do not want them to scream and spook either dog. Our dogs Simba and Ash do great with meeting any dog in any kind of way, it is just our other dog brandi can sometimes be reactive or protective so we take extra care when introducing our dogs with other dogs but we can always keep them 100% separated if we feel the dogs wont mix well and that is ok too. I have watched many dogs who don't get along well with other dogs and was able to safely and securely keep them apart. I also never discipline a pet for having a potty accident in my home because I understand they are in a new environment with new people, sounds and smells and they need time to acclimate to my family and I. And if you tell me ahead of time your pet is not potty trained yet, or on the older side or yall are still working on the potty training process for whatever reason, as long as i know before hand, it won't be an issue and i can help keep up whatever method of training you are implementing or if its an old dog to just be ready for accidents.

About: I'm proud to have owed and cared for many happy, healthy dogs from puppy to senior. I will care for your dog like they're my own by giving them the time and attention they deserve. We are located on 12 wooded acres, with a private walking path and acres of fenced space to run and play. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs, and am able to accommodate for special needs. Pet care is my profession. I am home full time, so you're pet will be able to keep their routine and receive the full care and attention they deserve. Pets have dedicated spaces. 1. A large, indoor play area complete with clean, sanitized toys and lounge areas. 2. A quite, sleep sanctuary with individual suites, soft bedding and soothing music. 3. Outdoor 1/4 mile private road for walks 4. Large, fenced outdoor play areas. My goal is to maintain your pets schedule by proving a variety of experience your pet will enjoy.

About: I've taken care of my neighborhoods animals since I was younger. With the dogs, I would walk them, play ball with them in the back yard, to bathing them if they needed it to cuddling them if it was a storm night. Hi guy! I just graduated school, so how pet care fits into my dailey routine is that i’m available majority of the time even holidays! How I would keep your pets safe is when we are going on a walk I would make sure they were leased. And then if I was playing ball with them I would make sure the gates where closed. And then during the night if they stayed in a crate I would make sure I had one.

About: I have had 2 dogs of my own for 7 years. My sweet pups get pampered at home, so I would to share some love with other dogs around town while I have some extra time on my hands. I also have experience dog sitting for friends & family, but would love to expand to help new families! I am a teacher, so my afternoons and weekends are wide open! I’d love to spend some of my free time with your sweet animals. My pets have comfort, safety, and fun in my home. It is so important to keep my animals as happy and healthy (physically and mentally) as can be, because they help me be the best version of myself with their companionship.

About: I have mostly dog sat in the past, but love cats just as much! I have assisted some dogs with health conditions take their medicine. Will strictly follow your preferred pet care according to dogs' or cats' needs. I work M-F, 8-5 but have flexibility. Sometimes I travel or work remotely. If working remote, I can drop in as needed or take my work with me if an animal requires more attention. I have always loved animals growing up. I do not currently have in-home accomodations for pets. However, I would love to meet and love on your pets in their home, and can even assist you by keeping the home clean before your return! About: My name is Taylor, I am 31, married, and have a sweet 7 year old daughter. I have 2 dogs (a golden retriever, and english bulldog ) and 1 cat (16 year old tabby). I have been pet sitting for 15+ years. I have a Masters of Public Health in Veterinary Public Health, so I am trained and knowledgeable on your animal(s) needs. I can administer medication (oral or injection) and am first aid trained. I live in a house with a fenced in backyard across from Deibert Park. I love to take my golden on walks nightly in the neighborhood and am happy to do so for your pets as well! I am a non-smoker and have a clean driving record in case I would be requested to take your pet to the park, groomers, or veterinarian. I absolutely LOVE pups (and kitties!) and would be thrilled to help sit your sweet babies! I am a hybrid remote worker with 1-2x a week traveling to Nashville. My husband can sometimes step in for me on the days when I’m gone if people are comfortable with that. I can do drop ins anytime, and take your pets out when needed to fit their schedule. I have a very friendly golden retriever who loves to play with other pups, and an excited English bulldog puppy. With a fenced in backyard and safe neighborhood, your pet will have plenty of exercise and stimulation. I can easily section off areas of my house (sunroom, living room, kitchen) with baby gates if needed and can also ensure there is a calm environment if a pup feels better crated.

About: I've grown up with pets of all shapes and sizes, currently I have 17 pets (14 cats and 3 dogs) one of which attends university with me! I also have 2 years of vet experience so I can administer medication, walk, give baths, and brush outs! I am currently a sophomore in college working a campus job. I am not very active on campus aside from being in a sorority and working in housing and getting out with your fur babies would brighten my days! Snoopy is my 4 year old terrier that lives on campus with me, I take care of him on my own (vet trips, buying supplies, walking him actively) When I am home, I give medications, baths, brush out, and take them to the vet as well!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember! My family has always had multiple pets. I am in college right now so I don’t get to see my pets as often as I’d like, so I would love to spend time with your furry friends! I am a part time college student so I will have plenty of time to tend to your pets! Whether it’s in between classes, on my off days, or weekends! I live near downtown Florence so I have so much available space to walk your dogs! Some locations include on the UNA campus, Diebert Park, and the downtown area.

About: My love for animals began as early as I can remember. I have always had a deep reverence for all life around me. I'm currently a student at UNA studying environmental science and sustainability. I hope to one day have my own farm. I've had a wide variety of pets over the years; gerbils, Guinea pigs, a box turtle, and many of my friends growing up had dogs as well. My first true animal companion was our family dog, Logan, who was a rescued Golden Retriever/ German Shepard mix. He passed away at age 15 when I was 13 on Christmas morning (no joke- of all days..). My family took a long time to get another dog because we felt that no dog could ever top Logan. My parents did get another dog since, a rambunctious and loving beagle mix named Molly. I have also had an orange tabby cat named Señor Platáno of which whom I allowed to be indoor and outdoor while I went to school at Kent State University, but he was tragically hit by a car. To this day I still think of him more as a dog the way we were so close. I haven’t been in the right place financially to have a dog of my own but at my most recent job I was able to interact with dogs on a daily basis and it always made my day. I decided to sign up for Rover because I am currently unemployed and enrolled at UNA so I thought what better way to earn some side money than to become a dog walker/sitter. I look forward to meeting as many furry friends as I can and I will truly cherish every encounter I am fortunate enough to have. Thank you. I am currently unemployed so my schedule is practically wide open. I will be resuming my education at UNA in the Fall, but all of my classes will be online so my schedule shouldn't change much. I live in Florence and I like to stay local with my hobbies so I’m not usually ever far from the Shoals area. Dog and cat care will fit well with my schedule. Pet care at a clients home will always be carried out with honor and reverence towards the clients, their home and their pets. I was a boyscout growing up and my loving parents taught me well to respect people and animals so when I leave a home I will leave it in the same condition or better than when I arrived. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and lizards most of my life! I grew up with all shapes and sizes of dogs bathing, feeding, scheduling, and loving them. I dog sit a handsome 11 year old mix breed and have never found an animal I didn’t want to befriend. I am currently looking to make my own schedule as normal jobs won’t fit my upcoming October school schedule.
