About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life, growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, and even the occasional chicken. About: I grew up on a 100-acre farm and have spent my entire life caring for animals of all kinds. My experience includes both everyday and medical care for livestock and household pets, giving me a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and individual needs. I have implemented treat based training as well as clicker training with my own pet. Over the years, my family bred and raised both small and large dog breeds, ranging from Beagles to Great Pyrenees. This hands-on experience has given me confidence working with animals of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels — from high-energy working dogs to elderly and disabled pets requiring extra patience and specialized care. Animal care has always been a true passion of mine. I believe animals are a gift to everyone they meet, and I am committed to providing compassionate, reliable, and attentive care to every pet as if they were my own. Pet care is my full-time profession, allowing me to provide reliable, flexible, and attentive care for every animal I work with. I also attend school virtually while completing my degree in therapy, which gives me the ability to maintain a consistent schedule dedicated to pet care. My long-term goal is to open a therapy practice incorporating equine-assisted therapy to help support and heal others through the connection between humans and animals. I prioritize providing care in my clients’ homes, where pets are most comfortable and able to maintain their normal routines and environment. I believe staying in a familiar space helps reduce stress and anxiety while allowing pets to feel safe and secure. I take the time to follow each owner’s care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication administration, and any special needs. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care while treating both your pets and your home with the highest level of respect and professionalism.

About: I believe all animals are “good boys” and “good girls“. Unfortunately, as an owner, you can’t always be by your pet’s side so please allow me to be your second pair of eyes, ears, and voice. I am a proud dog and cat mom so I am familiar with most of your pets’ behavior. You will absolutely receive updates regarding your pets wellbeing and the occasional cute pic :) I hope you consider me as your care taker and I look forward to hearing from you! I work through the weekdays between 7am-4pm and get a 1 hour lunch break. My weekends are typically free for house sitting/ frequent drop ins. I will accommodate to the owner’s rules and routines as well as I can. Your pets’ needs are prioritized during my care regardless of my schedule.

About: I have had multiple dogs/cats all my life and I just love almost all animals I love puppy’s but I sure we all do right I have nothing to do my boyfriend works all the time now and I can’t seem to find a job at all so right now I’m free just about all the time I’m not allowed to have pet with my sisters family so all my pets besides 2 are with my mom in NY my grandma got rid of my cat i hangout with my friends and cuddle thier animals all day long

Bear is 11 and Luna is 7, ready to meet any new friends that would like to go on walks or need to be watched for a bit of time. About: I’m an experienced and reliable pet caregiver with a lifelong background caring for animals of all shapes and sizes, so I’m very comfortable handling multiple pets, different temperaments, and unique care needs. So I do maintain a busy schedule, but always have time to stop in and love on your sweet fur babies! I have been around pets with a wide range of temperament. This means I know how to enter and exit your home safely if you have a fur baby who likes to run, I wake up daily at 6am to give my babies their breakfast and they get their dinner at 8pm. This also sets me up to be able to adapt to your feeding schedule for your babies. I also adore getting to know the anxious babies. Taking my time and letting them warm up to me is something I pride myself on. Theres something so rewarding about gaining their trust!

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs. I am also experienced in cats, I’ve had one my whole life. I know how to take care of newborn kittens and puppies. I am an experienced dog bather. I’ve worked on dogs of all sizes and ages, and temper levels. I am trained in dog nails and behavior. I am ready to be there anytime a client needs me for their fur babies. I am home most the week with my fur babies. I have my own pets so I know how important it is to make your fur baby feel safe, I’m 100% down for cuddles and just making sure they get all they need!

About: My love for animals began as early as I can remember. I have always had a deep reverence for all life around me. I'm currently a student at UNA studying environmental science and sustainability. I hope to one day have my own farm. I've had a wide variety of pets over the years; gerbils, Guinea pigs, a box turtle, and many of my friends growing up had dogs as well. My first true animal companion was our family dog, Logan, who was a rescued Golden Retriever/ German Shepard mix. He passed away at age 15 when I was 13 on Christmas morning (no joke- of all days..). My family took a long time to get another dog because we felt that no dog could ever top Logan. My parents did get another dog since, a rambunctious and loving beagle mix named Molly. I have also had an orange tabby cat named Señor Platáno of which whom I allowed to be indoor and outdoor while I went to school at Kent State University, but he was tragically hit by a car. To this day I still think of him more as a dog the way we were so close. I haven’t been in the right place financially to have a dog of my own but at my most recent job I was able to interact with dogs on a daily basis and it always made my day. I decided to sign up for Rover because I am currently unemployed and enrolled at UNA so I thought what better way to earn some side money than to become a dog walker/sitter. I look forward to meeting as many furry friends as I can and I will truly cherish every encounter I am fortunate enough to have. Thank you. I am currently unemployed so my schedule is practically wide open. I will be resuming my education at UNA in the Fall, but all of my classes will be online so my schedule shouldn't change much. I live in Florence and I like to stay local with my hobbies so I’m not usually ever far from the Shoals area. Dog and cat care will fit well with my schedule. Pet care at a clients home will always be carried out with honor and reverence towards the clients, their home and their pets. I was a boyscout growing up and my loving parents taught me well to respect people and animals so when I leave a home I will leave it in the same condition or better than when I arrived. Your pet will get my undivided attention and care as I will treat them like I would my own, with love and respect.

About: I love animals, and have cared for all types of pets all my life. I will love your pets and give them the greatest of care, as if they are my own. I work from home and have a very open schedule. I also have a car and a strong work ethic so when I make a commitment to be somewhere, I am there. About: I come from a home who owed/bred dogs. I’ve always had a pet. I’ve dealt with puppies, kittens, raccoons, birds, iguanas, and fish. I do crate train as that’s what we do with our own puppies. We provide a safe home for your fur babies, with lots of love and play. I already care for my one fur baby. We have a routine we like to follow, it helps with the pets and children in the home. I have a fenced in yard and generally crate train in my home. We have a routine for walks, feeding, and playtime.... lots of playtime.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, and lizards most of my life! I grew up with all shapes and sizes of dogs bathing, feeding, scheduling, and loving them. I dog sit a handsome 11 year old mix breed and have never found an animal I didn’t want to befriend. I am currently looking to make my own schedule as normal jobs won’t fit my upcoming October school schedule. As I excel in pet care for you I will be able to cater more to my 9-4 (workable) school hours. I currently live at home both houses with a fenced in yard and parks near. Bringing pets into my home must be a special request as I have other animals aswell!!

About: I have been a dog owner for over 10 years. I grew up with a large dog and have a huge desire to train and give love and attention to all dogs. I have a flexible schedule so I can drop in on your dog 2-3x a day and work with them on training, and take them on walks to wear them out mentally and physically. No care provided in my home at this time. I can come to your house and provide walking, attention, and training there during times that are best.

About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life, and in the last five years, have raised three puppies into well-behaved, mature dogs, and cared for my two senior dogs until they passed. I personally trained my youngest dog and she is the best-behaved pup in public! I have experience with administering medication, grooming, training, feeding routines, and overall handling, especially dogs that are skittish or fearful. All of these skills helped me excel in both of my kennel assistant positions. I am patient and fully willing to provide care for senior or injured pets, as they hold a special place in my heart. I'm currently a full-time student at MSU, and will share my schedule when a booking request is made. I have gaps between my classes, and am generally done with school around 12 pm on T/TH and around 2-3pm on M/W/F. Again, I have gaps between classes so I am available at different times of day. I am fully free on the weekends! I have three dogs and two cats currently living at home, while I have my third car with me at college. My college car is also blind and one of my home dogs has a torn CCL, but they both are adored all the same. I wouldn't change it for the world! My dogs are on radio collars on occasion (generally when strays begin to appear), but more often than not, they are inside-outside dogs and are let out on average 4-6x a day. My own dog, Felix, has the torn CCL and gets leashwalked 4-6x a day as well. All of my cats are free-fed dry food, and my blind kitty gets fed a special dry food. My oldest cat (13 yrs) is also fed wet food as an additional food, 1-2x a day. Their litter box is cleaned weekly, as we do not scoop, but I do scoop my blind cat's litter box daily, as she is the only cat in the dorm and the box is suited specifically for her. In my clients home, I will follow any and all rules and regulations laid out of me. I love "excessive details" as they give me a better idea of how to properly care for the pets. I follow feeding times and amounts to a T, and double, triple, sometimes quadruple-checking amounts of everything, whether it be food, medications, or the amount of excrement I find. If anything looks off (behavior, excrement, appetite, etc.) the owner is immediately notified with a mentality of "what do you want me to do next?" My goal is to treat the pet as good as the owner does, in the time I am around them. On walks, I encourage proper walking skills (heeling, low reactivity), and try to help teach dogs as I do so. If allowed by the owner, I'd use low-calorie, high-reward treats with a clicker tool to help refine walking skills. This way the pet gets mental and physical stimulation, while being able to still be themself.

About: I have 2 100 pound dogs, a cat, and 3 kids so I’m used to chaos. Love all animals and can handle big pups or non people lover cats. Stay at home mom so I’m available for let out and walks everyday and almost anytime of the day. I just have to be at school drop off and pickup. I can follow your directions for dogs or cats. I can let them out to potty or take them for walks. As long as they are kid friendly I can be there anytime or day!
