About: Hi there! I have a degree in animal science from UC Davis circa 2023 and I'm now back to complete my Master's of Public Health -- and hopefully take care of your fur baby. I've worked as an animal welfare consultant for UCSF, as a vet assistant for vet clinics and animal shelters across Yolo County, and completed an internship at Oakland Zoo followed by some time as an educator for young kids on how to care for exotic animals. Beyond that, I have my family's own three babies: Biscuit (16 year old dog), Mooncake (5 year old cat), and Misu (1 year old cat). I'm happy to chat with you about your baby's specialized care, whether that means medication administration or extra slow walks before the Davis heat sets in. I am currently in grad school so my schedule is flexible, but I live close to campus so I can always come home to check on the babies. I always treat others' homes with the best respect I can give. My job is not only to take care of your pet to the best of my abilities but to take care of the environment they live in.

About: While I specialize in cat sitting and absolutely adore caring for feline companions, I'm also happy to help with dog sitting for friendly, well-trained pups. Though I'm newer to dog care, I'm patient, attentive, and eager to provide a safe, calm environment for dogs who are easygoing and enjoy a relaxed routine. I'm comfortable following detailed care instructions and making sure your pup feels comfortable and cared for while you're away. My heart is with cats, but I'm always happy to give well-mannered dogs the love and attention they deserve too! I'm currently open and flexible with my schedule, so I'm happy to work around your pet's unique needs whether it's regular visits or last-minute plans. Your pet's comfort and routine always come first. As a proud cat mom, I care for my cats with a lot of love, patience, and attention to detail. Each of them has their own personality and needs, so I make sure their routines are consistent, their environment feels safe, and they get both playtime and quiet comfort. From feeding and litter box cleaning to brushing and cozy cuddle time, I treat them like family because to me, they are.

About: I have worked at vet clinics, volunteered at non profit vaccine clinics for pets. I am happy to help you in providing the best care for your fur family member. My schedule is very flexible, I am currently working from home. Feel free to message me what time you need and I’ll make it happen. I can visit your home and stick to your routine with play time, crate time, feeding schedule, medications and training. I do have pets of my own and a fenced yard, if it’s a good fit, pups are also welcome to visit my home.

“He watched our dog while we were out of town for four days and he was reliable and communicated with us during each visit. He sent photos of our pup on each visit and also fed and filled his water bowl. We will definitely be booking him again in the future. Thank you, Cedric.”

I have raised puppies, cared for aging seniors, and supported special-needs dogs with love. 🗓️ Availability: Tuesday - Sundays (no Mondays) Walks, house check-ins, trips to the dog park, overnights - you name it! I work from home primarily and can be available and flexible with your pets needs. Your pets needs are my number one priority! I tailor my energy to match energy and health. 🏠 🐾 Home visits: I treat your space with the respect it deserves - clean, secure, and friendly. 🌳 🎾 🐾 Walks and outings: Behavior is closely monitored to keep everyone relaxed, happy, and healthy. I tailor my energy to match health and energy.

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits etc. I believe animals come into our lives to make it better and to give us unconditional love. I have trained all my puppies as well as cared for my parents elderly Bullmastiff. I am very sensitive to the needs of pets and can feel when something is wrong. My schedule is open Monday - Sunday, I am a stay at home fur mom and I can not wait to meet your fur baby. All of my cats and dogs are indoor. I believe that is the safest way to keep them healthy and protected. However, if your fur baby is outside I will make sure all gates, doors are closed, locked and secure!

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, Guinea pigs, chinchillas, salamanders, chameleons, parrots, you name it! Because of this, I wanted to grow up to be a farmer where I had a dedicated room in the house belonging to all my pets. In reality, I work from home, have one super friendly super-mutt pup, and miss having more animals around! No matter the animal I meet, I always make a friend — and mine often call me the “dog/cat/bird whisperer”, you name it. What I care about is making animals feel safe, loved, and attended to. I work from home 100% of the time so I'm available to walk, house sit, or drop in to care for your pet big or small! (At this time, I'm not able to board any additional animals in my home.) I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a large dog park and several open green spaces less than a mile away. I’m comfortable walking multiple dogs together or taking separate trips to match each pet’s pace, mobility, and training needs. Over the years, I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs, and every stage in between. In fact, in a span of six years, I helped my dad raise four family dogs and welcomed another four senior pups into our home for their golden years. While I can’t board cats in my home, I’m happy to visit yours for feeding, playtime, and cleanup. I’ve been trusted with caring for pets in their own homes for over 15 years, including guinea pigs, birds, rabbits, lizards, fish, dogs, and cats, and treat each one with the same respect, patience, and affection I give my own.

About: I have taken care of multiple dogs since I was 10 years old, including my own dog as well as many of our neighbors growing up. We just lost our dog this past year, he was 13 years old and had him since 2010. I spent the most time with him, giving him his walks everyday, and had a big contribution in training him when he was younger. I always made sure that each dog that I took care of ate well, always had water, and received plenty of exercise. My schedule is fairly open right now. I am currently working from home and will be available for dog walking and pet sitting in my home Monday through Sunday, anytime after 11am. I have a fenced backyard with a lot of open space. I will also allow the dog to come inside if needed. We also have a lot of extra toys in the house for the dog to play with.

“Beatrice has been walking our dogs for several months and has done a housesitting visit when we were away for a week. She is calm, kind and took great care of our home and our two older dogs.”

About: Dogs have ALWAYS had a special place in my heart. I have been petsitting and walking dogs for over 15 years. I believe that it is important to take each dog's individual personality and preferences into account when caring for them. I enjoy all kinds of walks, from strolls around the block for potty breaks, to lengthy walks for exercise. Recently my oldest dog of 13 years passed away, so my other playful 7 year old Boston/Australian Cattle Mix has been without a buddy. So your dog will get much needed TLC in my care. My wife and I work 100% remote at home, so your dog will never be alone. If at any moment I do need to leave the house to run errands, it would be no more than 2 hours. I have a nice size fenced backyard, but I absolutely love going on multiple walks where there is a big park by my house. I am very adaptable to any dogs needs. I am well trained to administer any medication if needed. I’m also comfortable to let you dog sleep where ever they feel comfortable.

“Kari has been taking care of my lab Maverick for about a year now! She is the best dog sitter I have ever had! She is kind, caring, and punctual. She is AWESOME with communication and sends me pictures and updates of my doggy while I’m at work. She has also taken care of my cat Jade while I was on vacation. Having Kari take care of maverick leaves me at complete ease and I know I never have to worry about maverick. It’s also a bonus because maverick & Jade love her too!”
