His home is clean and well maintained and safe for pets. There is a nice backyard where Ivy loves to run around. Blair spoilt her with so much love and attention, she was even allowed on couches and bed. Ivy enjoyed her walks with Blair and we received updates and pictures to put our minds at ease. Both Blair and his wife were very nice to Ivy. Ivy is high on energy and Blair knew exactly how to keep her busy and occupied. This is our second time using Blair and I'm happy to say we've found a second home for Ivy. We are so grateful to have found Blair. It has been a blessing for us to have someone so loving and caring to take care of Ivy.”

About: We've had Golden Retrievers since 2005 and LOVE Goldens. We currently have three Goldens - Red (age 6), Max (age 5), and Riley (age 3). We often dog sit for our family and friends that have Goldens and I love it so much, I decided to start a Rover account to do it for others that have Golden family members and need a fun, reliable place for them to go when they travel or need boarding. I'm a self-employed educational psychologist with a flexible schedule. I often work from home and am off over the summer and during school holiday breaks. We have three Golden Retrievers (ages 3, 5,and 6) who get a lot of activity. We have a huge fenced back yard, and a fenced front yard, and play fetch every day out back with the ball thrower. We also go on walks around the neighborhood. We have a doggy door, and the dogs go in and out at their leisure. Our dogs are a major part of our family. They're always with us. They sleep in my bed. Your golden(s) can sleep in my bed or room, too, or in a crate if that's what they're used to. We also have two kids (age 11 and 8), so your dog must be good with kids, as well as with other dogs.

“Shelly was great with our dogs, and they seemed to have had a great time. When we got them home they needed a nap after playing so much. Shelly's dogs are great and very friendly, our dogs liked them very much. Her property had a great deal of room for the dogs to run and play. Our dogs enjoyed being with Shelly's kids as well.”

“15/10 would recommend booking Sara for your pet sitting needs. We were unable to board our dog at a traditional kennel due to her being a rescue and her anxiety. Sara made our dog, Nola, feel like she was at her second home the entire stay. Her and her husband are incredibly kind and they have a huge property, with a private pond, and all of the activities for your fur baby. We felt instant relief knowing that our dog was in such good hands and in a safe and fun place. For the first time I'm years, we were able to fly home for Thanksgiving and we left Nola there for 7 days. Throughout the entire trip we received photos and videos showing how happy Nola was and that she was safe. We joked that she wasn't going to want to come home afterward because she was having such a blast. If you are on the fence about using this service or booking Sara, here is your sign to do it! We will absolutely be booking with her for any trips we have in the future. It is so wonderful to know we have someone we trust to watch our girl. About: I have an immense love for animals of all shapes and sizes. Ive had pets my whole life. From cats to dogs to rats and to my current animals now. I have even helped a dog give birth to 4 beautiful puppies. I currently have a LGD dog, 1 cat that mostly is in my office and my amazing farm animals that i tend to daily. 1 horse, 1 cow, 3 goats and chickens! I work from home on my own schedule so im always free to leave and take care of the animals any time of the day. As well as take care of animals while working from home. I have 3 acres of land that is all fenced off as well as a fenced off front yard and backyard. I always have a friendly LGD that protects all the animals. I have a pet friendly home that has toys and a clean bed for whoever stays.

I am currently a semi retired, very healthy senior with lots of time to spend quality time with animals when I am not riding my horse. I live in a gated community and have a fenced yard.
