About: Had dogs my entire life. Lost my last one a few months ago. Have fenced in yard for them to run. And plenty of toys. I’m retired so I have nothing but time to watch your pet. I walk every day would love to have your dog along for the walk. I have a fenced in yard , and a.good sized back yard with squirrels that need to be chased. Your pet will be welcome in our home.

About: I’m in the military and very aware of how difficult it can be to find a pet sitter on short notice. I have 4+ years of a Veterinary background and experience with many breeds and types of animals. If you book with me, you will likely meet my boyfriend Zach, as he lives with me. We are both very active and love to walk and run with dogs! Looking forward to meeting new dogs and helping someone out! I have a very flexible schedule. I can work with you to find the best schedule for your pet and can be available often for potty breaks. I have a fenced in yard and have access to a dog crate if needed. I live on a dead end street so it is a very safe neighborhood.

About: I am just getting back into to Rover after welcoming two beautiful kids into the world. I’ve always loved dogs and animals. They are like built in friends always there and just wanting unconditional love. We have had pets for as long as I can remember. We had small dogs growing up and now we have two fur babies of our own, a German Shepard and a terrier mix, who has no sense of personal space. Over all I’ve had experience with all sizes of dogs between owning them watching them in high school and college. Being that now I’m a mom to a toddler and baby I will bring them with me. So if that’s not something you’d be okay with I totally get it but I’m not the best fit for watching your fur babies. The baby will stay in his carrier for the most part and the toddler will want to play fetch with your dogs lol. I think she likes dogs more then me most days 😂 Our life’s revolve around our kids and dogs lol. I make sure our pup don’t stay shut in for to long for a long period of time. When we get home we either go on a walk or play for a while to burn off all of their built up energy and excitement. Our pups go everywhere with us from hiking, to camping, to going for a ride to get a pup cup. While I take care of your fur babies my toddler and I will just play with them and give them all of the attention while watching/ walking them, taking them outside, and feeding them.

About: I've had dogs since I was a toddler, been around animals my whole life. Cats, dogs, snakes, bearded dragons, mice, birds, hamsters, fish. I love all types of animals. Morning, afternoon and evening walks, trips to the park and car rides. Are part of my family's daily routine, so rest easy knowing your animals are in good hands. I have a fenced in backyard, and 2 playful pups to keep your doggy happy. Plenty of toys and snacks to go around. We also have a green belt to walk through with plenty of sticks.

About: I have had many dogs and cats in my 30 year lifetime. I love my pets and want the best for them, so I understand how others feel about their animals. I have been pet and house sitting professionally for the last 3 years. I always follow owner’s directions exactly, and enjoy brushing, walking and playing with both dogs and cats. Currently my wife and I have a 7 year old cat whom we play with daily, brush and give all love to as well. I take him to the vet for a check up every year in a soft travel cat carrier and update his vaccinations. I would like to pet sit more cats in the future. I’m also a good communicator who updates pet owners and shares pictures if they want them. If I’m staying overnight, I leave the home picked up and clean. I have been learning a lot from my wife who has grown up doing dog, horse and sheep 4-H. She is my go to person for more information, or if puppies, kittens or farm animals are involved. My schedule is very flexible. I’m always able to care for pets throughout mornings, and afternoons. I work a swing shift in the evenings Monday through Thursday from 4pm - 9:00. I am able to take care of pets before and after this block of time. I can stay overnight any evening in the week. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays I’m free anytime to care for pets. I give a high level of pet care. I am an active and fit person who will not just “watch” your pet. I will use their toys, play with them, walk the dogs, and even enjoy going on a run or to a park. I brush and bathe dogs when that’s needed too. It just depends on what you the owner prefers. I follow directions exactly and if the animal is old or sick I am happy to administer medication, help them move around the house or go outside and will be careful and mindful of their safety and limitations. I am used to dogs with food allergies and dietary restrictions as well. I do not disturb your stuff or property. I leave things as you left them and even keep things clean.

About: I focus on ways to remain patient and allow an organic connection to develop between me and the animal. That's why even if it's for a simple drop in, I want to meet your pet or pets in advance to see if it's comfortable for everyone. Every animal has its own unique personality, individual communication styles and needs and no offense to the owners, I know you know your babies, but I like to see through my interaction with the pet and how we connect, if it's going to work. My hope is to develop an equal respect and trust with your pet so we can be friends, work and play and enjoy each other's company while "their human" is away. I have a lot of experience training animals and rehabilitating dogs who have suffered trauma, abuse, have aggression issues or need a variety of training from potty training, leash or car etiquette, food aggression and basic commands. I understand having animals can make us reluctant to travel or just adds that extra added stress, so knowing your fur baby is being cared for by someone who will be reliable, safe and loving makes leaving them a lot easier. My ability to connect with an animal and the patience involved is something I take great pride in and thoroughly enjoy. Every animal deserves to be cared for, listened to and understood.. I love animals and knowing their humans can leave them with the confidence they're going to be safe and loved makes me very happy! I work from home and have a schedule that allows me to support pet owners with their pet care, walks, potty breaks, medications, just coming to visit and say hi, to pet owners who live within a reasonable distance from my home. Remaining patient with an animal who is meeting a stranger for the first time, respecting that I am in their environment. Waiting it out, being on their time and realizing they'll show me they are ready to trust and connect. Not expecting them to jump into my arms and be best friends immediately, granted, there are those critters that just love in the first second, others don't. So, knowing and respecting that is important. Meet and greet(s), going over their routine, their comfort zone, their queues, their fears, what makes them so happy, what makes them smile, favorite toy. Realizing I am not "their human" ,knowing and respecting boundaries. Anything that falls outside of that can sometimes lead to high levels of anxiety or fear in both the animal and the human. I like to take time earning the trust of the animal, so when they are ready to engage with me, we can do that as a team.

About: I love animals and would love to care for yours too! I have 2 dogs - Jackson, a 10 yr old Australian Cattle dog mix and Rufio, a 2 yr old Boxer mix. I regularly dog sit for friends and family, in their homes or at mine. I grew up with animals and I also have previous experience working at a doggy daycare, pet-sitting, house sitting, and dog-walking. I have administered oral and ear medications, done pick-up and drop-off services, and dog grooming. I am available for drop-ins, dog walking, boarding, and occasional house sitting. For dogs that stay with me, I mostly work from home and have flexibility for potty breaks, playtime, and walks. My yard is large and fully fenced. My regular work days are Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5pm, but I work from home all but one day a week. Availability: For boarding (at my home): Anytime For Boarding (at your home): Thursday from 5pm - 7pm Sunday For drop-in visits: Evenings, after 5pm Mon-Thurs and 7am-7pm Fri-Sun Dog walking: 12-1pm Mon-Thurs; Evenings, after 5pm Mon-Thurs; and 7am-7pm Fri-Sun For Daycare: 7am-7pm daily Pets are family and their needs are a priority. I will follow specific requirements that clients provide. I pay attention to dog’s behavior and am very clued in, as I have a dog that has many quirks. I take dog temperament seriously to create a safe, comfortable environment. For boarding, collars, leashes, and harnesses are to be provided by the client, along with food, toys, etc. I have an extra crate and bed, if needed! If I am visiting a home, instructions should be provided.
