I have to say, Janine & Eric went above & beyond taking care of Lacee. We have never used a dog sitter since moving to Ga & knew it might be a tough ask for any sitter. Lacee does not like being left alone as we explained to them and it turned out to be an issue at night. With that being said, they stayed with her at night to reduce separation anxiety. My hat is off to both of them for their dedication. As for Rover, I don't like not being able to communicate directly with the sitter.
Crystal was an outstanding pet sitter! She was responsive, attentive, and took the time to understand Pepper’s needs. Throughout her stay, she sent regular updates and adorable photos, which put my daughter’s mind at ease.
