About: I’ve had pets from hamsters to cats to dogs since I was under 10. Our family brought our first dog home in 2009. I loved training with her, caring for her, and just spending time with her and immediately fell in love with dogs. In 2013 we brought home our second family dog and I got to train with her and care for her just like I did for our first puppy. Both grew up to be such sweet amazing dogs and in 2020, my husband and I adopted our first puppy Axel. He is a high energy breed and was born with a hole in his heart- but that doesn’t stop him! We fostered Izzy in 2022, and Axel bonded with her so much as a sibling, we just couldn’t let her go! Izzy had heartworm and limes disease when she arrived from Kentucky, so she’s had quite a healing journey (especially at 10 years old!). I have experience with high energy dogs, elderly dogs, and administering medication for both. My love for dogs is deep rooted and I will always love getting the chance to make them happy! I recently graduated from my college certification course and will now also be available for evening time slots/ weekends in addition to my morning and daytime weekday openings. My care will depend on the needs of your pet- whether that means checking in to give snuggles and pets to your elderly cat or giving your pup a potty break and some play time while you’re at work! I have a great attention to detail and will follow instructions for your pet if provided!

About: I’ve had and taken care of dogs since I was 17 and personally trained both of my labs. Capable of handling large dogs on walks. Love to play and exercise with your pets! I’m currently an airline pilot and have a large number of days where I’m home from flights before 3pm or home all day when I’m not flying. I have crate trained multiple dogs and feed both of mine on command. I have created the understanding that a crate is a home for them and not a space for punishment.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals from cats and dogs to snakes and fish. I am an animal lover and do not discriminate against different breeds or abilities of the animal. I am more than just a sitter that comes in, takes them out, and leaves. I want my own pets to feel loved and cared for when I have a sitter and I hold the same standards for myself. I do work full-time during the school year but am dedicated to taking the animals after and before work as if they were my own. I do have children that always love to play with the animals if they are able to. (Understandably some animals are not kid friendly) I am more than just a stop in, go potty and leave sitter. I make sure your pet feels cared for and loved while I am there. I do not care for other pets in my home but in others home I am extremely respectful and do not touch anything that is not related to the care of the animal. About: I have always been closer to animals than to people. So, when a family member or friend needed a hand with their pets while they were away, I have always been happy to help out. I worked at a doggy daycare for 2 years and loved every minute of it. I still visit some of the pups and their parents! I have experience watching all kinds of pets including cats, dogs, frogs, birds, fish, and much more! I've had my own cat(s) for 10 years and am very knowledgeable about cats' behavior and needs. I have a love for animals and would be devoted to making sure your pets are safe and healthy. Thank you for taking the time to consider me! I am a flight attendant so I have days that I am on call. Those days I have marked off in my calendar. All my open days are my hard days off and i am available the whole day! I can brush them and play with them to make sure they don't get bored or frustrated. Pick up after them and just make sure they are safe. For stays in your home if you have a yard I am more than happy to take them outside to play, and snuggle them like they're my own!

About: I grew up with a dog (2 cocker spaniels) in the house until I moved out for college. I love all animals and have pet sit for friends and family frequently. Some of my previous roommates also had a cat for a year that I lived with them. Although I have less experience with cats, I am still very open to watching and taking care of cats and other kinds of pets. I work as an archaeologist. I am currently unemployed but starting a new full time position in April. Most of my time from April to November is spent traveling for archaeology projects across the Midwest. I typically make enough money during those months or get a winter job to keep my bills paid during the off season. I thought I would try Rover because I love dogs and currently don't have a one of my own, just a fur-nephew I love like my own. Although I cannot offer my home for pet care jobs, I have my own car and am willing to come to your home, bring your dogs to parks, or take them on long walks for daily exercise. I have worked with elderly/sick animals before and with instruction, I would feel comfortable giving medicine prescribed by vets when needed.
