1. Jeff W.

“Jeff is very good with my dog. Chandler loves walking with Jeff. I recommend Jeff if you need any help with your dog for walks, playtime or dog sitting.”

2. Lee B.
“Lee is one of the most caring individuals I know. She goes above and beyond with her pets and wears her heart on her sleeve. She treats every animal with such love and care whether it be asking if they’d like a pup cup or bringing in dog treats to work for the dogs that come through, trusting your pet with lee would be the best choice you could make you’d probably find your pet even happier than when you left.”

3. Sophia M.

“Sophia is great! I hired her last minute and she was able to take care of everything I needed. She sent photos and updates and responded right away to my questions regarding Kora!”

4. Emma S.
“Emma is very dependable and loves animals. She has been responsible for our own pets for several years. She has taken them for walks, groomed them, changed the cats litter boxes, fed them and played with them. She loves animals of all kinds and they love her as well.”

5. Mitzi R.
“I can't begin to recommend Mitzi enough! She is one of the best dog moms I have ever met, not to mention how much she has helped foster rescue dogs...cats... turtles.. you name the animal, mitzi has probably helped love/take care of one. The amount of love she gives fur babies is parallel to none.”

6. Briete N.
About: I’ve been taking care/training dogs since I was 12. I have worked training dogs for 3+ years; training, boarding, walking, socializing, and generally taking care of them. I love training dogs cool tricks and basic obedience! I am currently enrolled full time in college, but am flexible in the early mornings, afternoons, and evenings seven days a week! Just let me know! I am experienced with taking care of/training multiple dogs, but would prefer working with one dog at a time (if you have multiple) until the dogs are at a comfortable level of training. This really varies on the animals, but I work with all situations.

7. Nicole W.

“I had a great experience with Nicole. She was professional and communicative. She took great care of my dog Spencer on his walk. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a local dog walker.”

8. David S.
“I would recommend David as a dog sitter to anyone who is considering hiring one. I have known him for over 20 years and can attest to his character as both a person and a dog sitter. He is one of the kindest, thoughtful people you will meet. In addition to that, he is reliable. He acts the same way when caring for your pets too. I used to have a Golden Retriever who was very friendly to new people, and she weighed 100 lbs. David always did an amazing job of making her feel safe and comfortable with a new person, and he was able to keep her calm on walks despite her size. He went out of his way to play ball with her too. He developed a great connection with my family and my dog, so we always trusted him when he took care of her. I understand how important our dogs are to us, so if you are looking for a reliable, friendly and caring dog sitter, look no further.”

9. Mo K.

“Mooon looks forward to his walks with Mo!”

10. Cati P.

About: Caring for animals has always been my passion! I am an experienced pet sitter, dog trainer and behaviorist. I have four dogs who are very friendly and enjoy having guests over. I have worked in pet hotels and daycares for the past 7 years where I supervise and care for large groups of dogs. This allowed me to gain valuable experience learning canine body language, socialization, and psychology. I also am experienced in administering medications and have a large fenced-in yard for your dog to run and play. My husband and I work opposite shifts so someone will almost always be home, allowing your pup to have many potty and play sessions throughout the day. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting your furbaby!

11. Braxsten C.
“Braxsten has loved on our sweet dog Rocky anytime we need to get away or he just needs a really good walk. All dogs love him,”

12. Emalee K.

“Emalee saved the day! I was running late to get Goku out due to inclement weather and messaged Emalee at the last minute! Yay! She was able to cover his afternoon walk. Great job as always! Much appreciated!”

13. Alex A.
“Alex has loved animals all her life. She is amazing with them and connects well with all animals she has ever been around. You will not be disappointed with her taking care of your animals.”

14. Laura W.
About: I have owned many pets over the years. I currently own a Labrador retriever who is an award-winning dock diver, a cat, and a horse. I have worked as a veterinarian technician and currently work as a nurse so I am knowledgeable about illnesses and injuries, both animal AND human! (they really aren't that much different!). I am looking to supplement my income doing something I love. I have had experience working with professional trainers. I have rescued an unknown amount of critters over the years and have either kept them, found their owners, or found them good homes. if i can keep up with my rambunctious lab, I can keep up with anybody! I will care for your fur children like they were my own! I am available afternoons, evenings, and at night for night shift workers. I am an RN and work 3 12 hour night shifts every week. I can care for your pet after work in the morning, and on my nights off in the afternoons, evenings, and even in the middle of the night if you are a night shift worker! I am unable to care for pets in my home or yours as I have my own fur critters that I have to take care of.

15. Tessa S.
“Tessa is amazing with all animals large and small. She is smart, compassionate, and a true animal lover. She wants what is best for the animal and goes above and beyond to give them excellent care.”

16. Eliana W.
About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds from a young age, including dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and more. I worked professionally for a doggy daycare for three years, during that time I worked with 30+ dogs in a yard at a time, and I was promoted to a shift lead and given medication administration permission. I have cared for dogs of all needs and sizes. I have had a passion for training dogs since I was a teenager and would be happy to (with your full permission) help you teach your pup some basics or give them a refresher course on previous training. I would also be more than happy to give extensive updates, videos, and photos, of me and pet’s time with me; as a pet parent myself I understand the anxiety that can come with leaving your fur baby with a stranger and I am more than happy to do whatever may be needed to alleviate some of that stress or worry. I am currently taking an online course for video editing but otherwise, I have an extremely flexible schedule. I am available all weekdays and most weekends. Mid to late day would be preferred for walks but for drop-ins and in-your-home pet-sitting, I am very flexible for scheduling. I am very attentive and detail-oriented in my pet care. Any medication, dietary restrictions, or any other rules for your pet(s) and or my time in your home, as I care for your pet(s), will be strictly followed. I also love to learn about your pets likes and dislikes and all of their silly quirks. So feel free to talk my ear off about your fur baby, as every detail will help me to better care for them.

17. Jane S.
About: Hi I’m Jane and I’m currently going to school with a major in zoology. I’ve always loved animals, so I would love to care for yours. I currently have a dog, two cats, and a crested gecko. As far as experience goes, I have been volunteering at PAWS Animal Shelter for five years working mostly with cats. I have also fostered litters of kittens for the past two summers. Even though I helped with cats at the animal shelter, and I have worked at a doggie daycare place. At my college, I also volunteered to care for animals that my school takes care of. This involved caring for terrestrial and aquatic species. I signed up for this because I need some money for college and it will also provide me with valuable experience for my major. Thank you for giving me the amazing opportunity of caring for your dog or cat because I know they are one of the family. I currently am a senior in college in Bourbonnais and I also work weekends at a doggie daycare. I love spending time with all animals. I will provide whatever care you as an owner instruct me too, but of course I look forward to giving your pet lots of love

18. Victoria V.
“We were happy to rely and trust Victoria with her caring services for our senior dog, Barney at our home while we went out of town for a wedding. Barney was well cared for and played with several times a day and taken on his regular walks outside that he enjoys. Victoria prepared Barney’s special food, ensured he ate and his water was clean. She also took care to give our good boy his treats! Victoria is a patient and knowledgable caregiver — she is gentle, trustworthy, punctual and highly recommend.”

19. Connor S.
“I have known Connor for years and I have seen him with many dogs. He treats all animals like his own. He has watched both of my dogs on several occasions. He also goes beyond the " bare minimum" when is comes to watching someone else's pet. He walks and plays with them and even lets them sleep in his own bed with him. He is responsible and trustworthy with pets and humans alike!”

20. Lizzie C.
“Lizzie is a mature, responsible, and nurturing pet caregiver. She goes above and beyond just the basics of the job. She truly has a love for animals and not only takes care of their needs, but really takes time to play and interact with them just as I would. I feel so comfortable and happy knowing my pets are getting lots of love when I’m away. It’s a great comfort to have her as my pet sitter. Highly recommend! Kathy T.”
