About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds from a young age, including dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and more. I worked professionally for a doggy daycare for three years, during that time I worked with 30+ dogs in a yard at a time, and I was promoted to a shift lead and given medication administration permission. I have cared for dogs of all needs and sizes. I have had a passion for training dogs since I was a teenager and would be happy to (with your full permission) help you teach your pup some basics or give them a refresher course on previous training. I would also be more than happy to give extensive updates, videos, and photos, of me and pet’s time with me; as a pet parent myself I understand the anxiety that can come with leaving your fur baby with a stranger and I am more than happy to do whatever may be needed to alleviate some of that stress or worry. I am currently taking an online course for video editing but otherwise, I have an extremely flexible schedule. I am available all weekdays and most weekends. Mid to late day would be preferred for walks but for drop-ins and in-your-home pet-sitting, I am very flexible for scheduling. I am very attentive and detail-oriented in my pet care. Any medication, dietary restrictions, or any other rules for your pet(s) and or my time in your home, as I care for your pet(s), will be strictly followed. I also love to learn about your pets likes and dislikes and all of their silly quirks. So feel free to talk my ear off about your fur baby, as every detail will help me to better care for them.
6. Sophia M.

9. Nyla M.
“Nyla is a loving pet owner who shares her home with a delightful dog and two charming cats. Her dog, a friendly and energetic mixed mutt named Bandit, is her loyal companion, always ready for playtime and long walks in the park. Bandit’s enthusiasm brightens Nyla's day, bringing joy and laughter to their shared adventures. Alongside Bandit, Nyla's cats, Cali and Onyx, complete the furry family. Cali, a mischievous tabby/orange cat with a playful nature, loves chasing toys and curling up in Nyla's lap for cozy snuggles. Onyx, on the other hand, is a graceful black cat who prefers observing the world from high perches and indulging in afternoon naps in sunlit spots. Together, Nyla, Bandit, Cali, and Onyx create a harmonious and affectionate household, where love and companionship flourish.”

About: Caring for animals has always been my passion! I am an experienced pet sitter, dog trainer and behaviorist. I have four dogs who are very friendly and enjoy having guests over. I have worked in pet hotels and daycares for the past 7 years where I supervise and care for large groups of dogs. This allowed me to gain valuable experience learning canine body language, socialization, and psychology. I also am experienced in administering medications and have a large fenced-in yard for your dog to run and play. My husband and I work opposite shifts so someone will almost always be home, allowing your pup to have many potty and play sessions throughout the day. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting your furbaby!

15. Laura W.
About: I have owned many pets over the years. I currently own a Labrador retriever who is an award-winning dock diver, a cat, and a horse. I have worked as a veterinarian technician and currently work as a nurse so I am knowledgeable about illnesses and injuries, both animal AND human! (they really aren't that much different!). I am looking to supplement my income doing something I love. I have had experience working with professional trainers. I have rescued an unknown amount of critters over the years and have either kept them, found their owners, or found them good homes. if i can keep up with my rambunctious lab, I can keep up with anybody! I will care for your fur children like they were my own! I am available afternoons, evenings, and at night for night shift workers. I am an RN and work 3 12 hour night shifts every week. I can care for your pet after work in the morning, and on my nights off in the afternoons, evenings, and even in the middle of the night if you are a night shift worker! I am unable to care for pets in my home or yours as I have my own fur critters that I have to take care of.
16. Tessa S.
“Tessa is amazing with all animals large and small. She is smart, compassionate, and a true animal lover. She wants what is best for the animal and goes above and beyond to give them excellent care.”
17. Michael G.
“We have 2 golden retrievers. Michael has watched our dogs for us many times while away on business and vacations. He is kind and trustworthy!”
18. Kate L.
“We recently moved to the area and have had the great pleasure of meeting Kate who is now our go-to dog provider. We have nothing but positive things to say about Kate and her services. From the moment I contacted her, she was very professional and attentive to my needs as a pet owner. During our initial consultation, she took the time to get to know Riley and also asked me about any specific instructions and/or preferences I had regarding her care. I appreciated her attention to detail and felt reassured that Riley would be in good hands. She also brought along her ever so sweet dog named Tucker. Whenever she walks Riley, she makes a point to provide us with regular updates and sends us photos of their adventures. Additionally, our dog is not the easiest to walk since she’s a constant puller but Kate is so patient and caring with her. We can tell how much Riley loves being with Kate; just hearing Kate’s name makes her immediately run to the window in anticipation for Kate’s arrival. Overall, I highly recommend Kate for all of your dog’s needs. She is so sweet, professional, reliable, and truly cares about the well-being of the pets she cares for. If you are like us, you treat your dog like family. And without a shadow of doubt, we know that Riley is in great hands whenever she is with Kate.”
19. Jane S.
About: Hi I’m Jane and I’m currently going to school with a major in zoology. I’ve always loved animals, so I would love to care for yours. I currently have a dog, two cats, and a crested gecko. As far as experience goes, I have been volunteering at PAWS Animal Shelter for five years working mostly with cats. I have also fostered litters of kittens for the past two summers. Even though I helped with cats at the animal shelter, and I have worked at a doggie daycare place. At my college, I also volunteered to care for animals that my school takes care of. This involved caring for terrestrial and aquatic species. I signed up for this because I need some money for college and it will also provide me with valuable experience for my major. Thank you for giving me the amazing opportunity of caring for your dog or cat because I know they are one of the family. I currently am a senior in college in Bourbonnais and I also work weekends at a doggie daycare. I love spending time with all animals. I will provide whatever care you as an owner instruct me too, but of course I look forward to giving your pet lots of love
20. Connor S.
“I have known Connor for years and I have seen him with many dogs. He treats all animals like his own. He has watched both of my dogs on several occasions. He also goes beyond the " bare minimum" when is comes to watching someone else's pet. He walks and plays with them and even lets them sleep in his own bed with him. He is responsible and trustworthy with pets and humans alike!”
