Leslie is a wonderful sitter for our pet Brinkley. We have used her several times and Brinkley is always happy and well taken care of each and every time. I drive over 30 miles to get her service and I wouldn’t leave our pet Brinkley with anyone else.

Bridget is amazing. Our dog hates to stay anywhere without us. She wont eat. She just lays around and mopes. We planned a 10 day vacation and needed someone that knew how to take care of anxious dogs. We could not believe our luck when we found Bridget. She brought Shelly into her home and treated her like one of her own. She sent us updates and pictures daily. It felt like we dropped Shelly off at doggy camp. She was comfortable the first day there. She ate, played with the other dogs, went for walks, watched tv, and got lots oflove. It was such a relief! We will definitely be repeat clients.

Jeff’s house is well appointed for your fur babies. My babies enjoyed the freedom of the fenced in yard, and found their own places in his home. Jeff had a water bowl out for them and I thought that was neat. He was very observant of their time outside in the heat. Jeff goes over and above and keeps in great contact. He really “gets” our dog’s personality traits. No problems, no worries, just great service. Go with the best. Thanks, Jeff.

About: Hi! My name is Kacey, and I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I’ve worked with energetic puppies, senior dogs, shy dogs, and dogs that need a little extra patience and attention. As a caregiver in my professional life, I’m dependable, responsible, and understand the importance of providing safe, compassionate care. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, companionship, or just someone to stick to their routine while you’re away, I’ll make sure they’re well cared for and treated like family. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I’ll always keep you updated so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. 🐾 I don’t mind shedding! With 3 dogs here full time I’m already vacuuming at least once a day!! I work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to care for pets throughout the day. My daily routine allows for regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. When I am away from home, a family member is always there, so pets are never left alone for long periods of time. In my home, pets are treated like family and are given plenty of attention, exercise, and supervision throughout the day. While my yard is not fenced, I have leads available and always prioritize safety during outdoor time. I can follow your pet’s normal routine for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and potty breaks to help them feel comfortable and at home. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their routine and preferences to keep things as consistent and stress-free as possible. I provide plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and updates so owners can feel confident their pets are in good hands.

Anna was amazing! She took my 5 month old husky Storm in very last minute, very same day as I had decided to go on a last minute much needed trip to Michigan to visit a friend. (Random fact: I’ve had little to no social life raising a puppy and a human child LOL.) I even decided to stay an extra day beyond my booking and she was completely okay with that. She also kept me updated with lots of photos and videos. I’m a first time user of Rover and I’ve never let anyone dog sit my pup before overnight (got her at 7 weeks), so I am so blessed to have found someone like Anna on the first try. She will be my go to sitter from now on and I will definitely recommend her for all pup related needs. Thanks Anna. Storm and I love you! :)

About: ‼️Please read entirety of bio prior to sending a booking request Please note: My Rover profile information may not always be the most up to date, as I also own and operate my own pet care business - but I still get notifications here! Please message me so we can discuss your specific needs and availability! Hi, I’m Bee! I’m a medically retired police officer turned professional pet care provider. Pet care is my full-time work, not a side hobby. I take a calm, structured, safety-first approach and focus on low-stress care that allows pets to feel secure, respected, and comfortable. I have years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including seniors, rescues, anxious dogs, puppies, large breeds, and special-needs pets. ⸻ What I Offer • In-home dog boarding in a low-volume, structured environment • Structured dog daycare with supervised play and rest breaks • Drop-in visits for feeding, potty breaks, enrichment, and medications • Dog walks tailored to your dog’s comfort, energy level (must not pull heavily on leash) • Care for seniors, rescues, anxious, and special-needs dogs • Slow, intentional introductions and individualized care plans • Solo or one-on-one care options when appropriate for daycare and boarding • Real-time updates with plenty of photos and detailed written notes ‼️I do not provide boarding or daycare for cats, and I do not offer overnight stays in clients’ homes. ‼️Meet and Greets are mandatory to schedule any service. ‼️My two dogs, Trooper and Moose, will NOT be present for the meet and greet for boarding and daycare ‼️Dates are not reserved unless a deposit is prepaid in advance. ‼️Dogs must be crate trained to stay at Bee’s Bed and Barkfast daycare and boarding. This is a non negotiable for safety, feeding, rest and safe transitions. ‼️Boarding can be booked anytime, as long as the dates are within the next 3 months. I do not book out more than 3 months in advance. I am available generally anytime between sunrise and sunset. Due to a vision disability, I may occasionally need to adjust timing on very rainy days, and I do not drive after dark. If weather requires a schedule shift, I’ll always communicate in advance and ensure your pet still receives attentive, high-quality care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I provide intentional, structured care designed to reduce stress, prevent issues before they happen, and create a calm, predictable experience for both pets and owners. This applies whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or in mine. How I care for pets & homes: • Safety-first, prevention-focused handling at all times • Calm routines that prioritize rest, enrichment, and emotional regulation • Respectful care of your home… clean, secure, and exactly how you left it • Doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions double-checked every visit • Clear, proactive communication so you’re never left wondering how things are going Boarding & Daycare Environment: • Low-volume, home-based care, not a brick and mortar storefront or warehouse-style daycare • Structured daycare with supervised interactions and enforced rest breaks • Slow, intentional introductions tailored to each dog’s comfort level • Solo or one-on-one care available for dogs who need space or prefer independence at an increased rate • Crate training mandatory to ensure smooth transitions and safety How I differ from other sitters: • I do not force interactions or “let dogs work it out” • I do not overbook or rotate large groups of unfamiliar dogs • I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach Instead, I focus on individualized care, clear boundaries, and calm structure, the kind of environment where dogs can truly settle, decompress, and feel secure.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 8 years of hands-on experience in animal rescue. I’ve worked in kennel environments and currently serve as an intake coordinator for a rescue, giving me extensive experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. In 2025 alone, I fostered 45 animals, so I’m very comfortable handling a wide range of personalities, from shy and nervous to high energy pups. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities. I’d love the opportunity to meet your pup and provide them with the care, attention, and exercise they deserve! I get off work at 3 most days so afternoon walks are best. I am a very active person so i am always walking with my dog. I have a dog friendly dog and a fenced in yard, i do not plan on having dogs in my home but can possibly if necessary.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Bradley home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in IL ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
