“Our 2 dogs were treated like Family' this sitter has a great support system to include her spouse that was very helpful in the activity and security of our precious pups...”

“You get what you pay for! We did not expect our puppy to have continued training or even learn new things while we were gone but he did! I did not expect to receive pictures, updates and videos but we did! Jackelyn did all this and more! Highly recommend. She calmed my nerves about leaving our puppy and even gave me some tips and tricks for our little handful.”

“Karli is professional, easy to work with, responsive, and caring. Our dog doesn’t like to be boarded usually which is why we brought him along on our Zion trip. But he quickly adjusted and enjoyed his time with Karli and family.”

“Bonnie was wonderful with my dog! She was sweet and kind. She sent me updates and pictures daily, which I loved! Then I knew my little one was having fun and doing great! I’d recommend her and I’d take my dog their again. Thanks again! ???”

“Whitney and Austin were so great with our dog Brownie! They accommodated all her needs wonderfully and it was the first time we’d left her anywhere and didn’t feel worried about her while we were away. Whitney sent us update pictures every day and we could tell Brownie was happy and doing so well at their home. Highly knowledgeable about dogs and canine behavior in general I would definitely have Brownie stay again!”

“The Bestest Family & Sitters around! She is so thoughtful, seems me adorable pics of my doggie. Beam our 🐕 doggie, loves her and muchly. We appreciate her great care of our best buddy 🐶 and pal!”

“Absolutely amazing! Took care of my cat, sent updated photos, and texts. We’re super sweet to talk to. Overall very happy with the 4 days of sitting they did! Will continue to be going back to them!”

“Marlon was great! It was the first time Izzy had ever been away from us and she had a little trouble adjusting. He kept us informed of how everything was going and by the second day, she was playing with the other dogs. The fenced in back yard was a definite plus.”

About: I’ve been a multiple dog household my whole life. I’ve also helped foster over 12 dogs in a few year span and ended up adopting a bueatiful pittie from it. I have two dogs right now a brown lab mix and pittie mix. I work 30 hours a week and I will always be available anytime before 2 pm on the weekdays. The weekends vary but I will most likely be available for the majority of the weekend. I will make sure they are safe, fed, exercised, but most importantly happy. I’ll take them for walks to play tug of war or maybe just hangout with them whatever makes em happy.
About: Grew up with dogs, cats, and chickens. I’ve helped care for family pets my whole life and spent summers walking dogs in the neighborhood. I’m patient, responsible, and love making sure every pet feels safe and happy. As a student with a very flexible schedule, I am available on both weekdays and weekends. Whether it is for walks, playtime, or drop-in visits. I keep pets comfortable with fresh water and food and take them on walks, hikes, or runs depending on their energy. I also love to cuddle and play ball to keep them happy and active.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm so animals are a priority in my life. I just moved to the city & have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies! Weekdays work better than weekends for now. I have a fenced in yard, as well as many walking paths to bring your fur babies on. My dog loves other dogs & LOVES to play but can also relax.
“Took great care of my mothers Puppy. Sent me pictures daily of him at home and on walks. Even gave me some advice for positive reinforcement training based on the few days she spent with him.”

“Liz provided visual instructions which helped in locating her home. We appreciate taking our pup on short notice and close proximity to Zion national park. Liz was communicative and provided photos. My Nala seemed to have a wonderful time and was well taken care of. Thank you, Liz!”

Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
