About: I began volunteering at a local humane society during my senior year of college, igniting a passion for helping animals in need. While job hunting after graduation, I started offering pet sitting services through Rover.com and volunteering at the Aiken ASPCA learning the basics of animal behavior and training. I joined Lumber Plus in 2022, honing my customer service skills and deepening my connection with the local community. About: I have experience caring for large and small animals. I have worked with senior, special needs, reactive, aggressive, and shy animals. Previously, I have fostered puppies and kittens. I can administer meds orally or subcutaneously. Every animal is an individual and I care for them as such. I am currently working various labor contracts so my schedule is flexible. I am available for multiple visits throughout the day or just dropping by for walks. I can do a variety of tasks during a drop in visit, whether it's feeding, letting a dog out to potty or administering medication. My experience allows me to handle dogs of all sizes and energy levels.
About: I currently work at a dog daycare in Alaska and volunteer at a cat shelter. I have dog sat for dogs and cats from puppies to seniors. I have experience in giving insulin to both dogs and cats as well as subcutaneous fluids. I am animal CPR certified, fear free certified, and have a veterinary assistant certification. I am an intern at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary this summer 2026. My work schedule is Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm. If your pet requires a midday potty break, I have an hour lunch at 12 pm to relieve them! I always check with clients on any home safety concerns and follow any guidelines asked to follow.
