About: My name is Emiko, I’ve been living on Maui for awhile now but new to Rover. I have a spaniel mix pup named Zephyr (after the wind in The Odyssey bc he runs like the wind), and grew up with both dogs and cats my whole life. I love animals and the healing energies they bring in their personalities and just love how funny they are. Getting a dog has been one of the most healing things in my life, he is literally my best friend, baby and side kick and I understand finding someone who will take the upmost care for your pet is a crucial decision. Especially if they come with baggage or little quirks (Zephyr is a rescue) or they need extra care like medication, etc. I will take care of your pets like they’re my own—feeding, walking, playing, following any other additional instructions and giving them lots of love to feel safe and happy 🤍 I am currently phasing out of my part time job that is three days a week to working remotely from home full time. Currently on the days I work, I will only be available for drop ins early morning by 8AM or after work at 7 PM Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow instructions closely, keep a clean and calm environment, and make sure your pet feels secure and loved at all times. I’m attentive to their body language and needs, and I never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations. I absolutely love every dog I take care of and will go above and beyond for them and the owner as I provide tons of updates, pictures, just anything to keep your mind at ease and constant attention and monitoring of the pup because I know how important of a family member he/she is. I think dogs tend to feel right at home and comfortable knowing they can sense the love and caring nature vibe. That’s really important to me, projecting comfortability and love so they get cozy right away. I work from home so it’s great for myself and the dogs as I’m there for them constantly. I promise your pups would be in good hands! I work from home, it’s routine for me to have dogs and flexible on times with them and easy schedule. I can accommodate to your schedule. About: Having a dog or any animal in your life is a blessing and should be cherished. Throughout my years animals have saved my life and kept me company through the good and bad times. I currently don’t have my own dog anymore, she went to dogo heaven a couple years ago so now I’m taking the liberty to take care of others. About: I’m a country, animal loving young girl. I’ve spent years caring for farms and ranches or just housesitting with many dogs, cats and much more. I just enjoy soaking up extra time with the critters. I’ve spent time training two of my own dogs and also several others. Experience fostering both cats, kittens and puppies is also something I can offer. It’s so rewarding to watch the dogs learn and grow with training and time. I can take your dog on walks and play with them or just chill with your cat. I currently work 3 days a week on a boat and 1 day as a bartender. Feel free to message me for scheduling and availability. If your pet is ok with me being gone on the boat 12 hrs on a couple days I’m happy to housesit for a length of time. My partner can often times let your pet out to potty on my long work days. Usually just Wednesdays are 12 hr shifts. I like to keep the pets routines as close to what they are use to as possible. Playing with, exercising, feeding and even doing some training are all things I like to incorporate in my daily schedule.

About: Honestly, I just love all animals. I had a pet pot belly pig for 11 years. We would go on a 2 hour long walk every single day. He was very slow so I would make friends with all the dogs in my neighborhood. I'd bring them treats. And hang out. They all knew when I came by and a couple of them would cry at their door to come out and see me. After my pig passed, I got a dog from humane society. He is a 1 year old lab mix and the happiest guy around. He LOVES other dogs, cats and kids and people in general. I also have a 7 year old cockatiel that is spoiled rotten and rules the house. So I have lots of bird knowledge as well. I don't have a cat but I love cats also. I take care of a cat colony on the west side and have a couple feral cats that have adopted me and my girlfriend. I'm happy to run, cuddle, play, spoil your dog. My dog would love it too (if your dog would like some canine companionship too) I grew up with labs, great danes, cocker spaniels, dachshunds, Yorkie and Maltese breeds. I love big dogs. I'm not scared of any breed. I don't have any official vet knowledge but I'm super intuitive, resourceful, fast acting and OCD about watching what animals get into or if they start acting weird. I pay close attention. Almost to a fault. I'm the type of pet owner that leaves a 4 page instruction packet for my caregivers. I will provide the EXACT level of care for your baby! Let me come love on your babies while you are away or at work! I work mostly nights (4pm-10pm) I'm available mornings to early afternoons most days. My schedule switches around. I take my dog to the beach or for a big walk every day. My schedule changes every week. So let's chat about what you need. I can usually accommodate specific needs. I have a big fenced yard and can do play dates. I have a VERY friendly 1 year old lab mix dog that LOVES every breathing being he has ever met. We are not able to do long term boarding in my home as I have a studio apartment. So it's pretty full with my current animals. But we can spend all day together. I will make sure your pet is as close to their normal routine as possible. They will get ALL the lovings that they will accept. I wish I could have so many pets. But I can't in my small space right now, so this is my alternative. I pay attention to make sure dogs don't eat weird things. I notice behavior changes. I'm aware of signs of choking and know how to get a ball out of throat. I used to have a pot belly pig that I would have to pull stuff out of his throat all the time. I don't hesitate!

About: I love all animals, and when I first met my puppy, who’s now 9— Remi—dogs took the front seat in my heart. Having a good dog walker, when I’ve needed it, created so much ease in my life. I would love to provide that for you; so you can take care of the other things you need to take care of. and come home to a happy relaxed doggy. The dogs safety is first priority. Allow me to pamper them with love, fresh air and the exercise they require to live their happiest life while they are away from you. My schedule is quite flexible. I am available Centrally 7 days a week, and Kihei and Lahaina sides most days. I prefer to work with one dog, maybe two if they are happy together. Safety and their happiness is the main focus. I have a mini Aussie, Remi, who may or may not join us on walks; depending on the dogs and your preferences. I’m happy to provide longer walks in areas you and I are both comfortable with.
