“Marty is a God-send. I hesitate to write this glowing review for fear that he will get really busy and won't be available when we need him. That being said -- Marty stepped in when we had only had our sweet pup for a week. He stayed for 4 days and was a great communicator while we were away -- he passed along everything he was observing with our new dog (the good, the bad and the ugly). Our pooch has some trust issues but he came around to Marty and they were best buds by the end of the trip. We knew both of our pets would be in great hands (our cat, too!) based on all of the previous reviews and Marty proved all of it to be true. We will be using him again in the future.”

“Hoss is amazing!!! They were available on unreasonably short notice when the original sitter I had booked randomly disappeared. On top of looking after two finicky pups (one is elderly and requires medication, one is shy and stubborn, and they are both bratty), they took great care of our home and made sure to send us updates, even going out of their way to hand feed our little girl her kibbles when she went on hunger strike because of our absence. Hoss is attentive and understanding, a true animal lover. And to top it all off they have a great personality, radiating kindness and fun energy. We would be lucky to have them sit for us again. 10/10 highly recommend.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. My dad is a herpetologist, so I grew up caring for snakes, turtles, frogs, salamanders, and fish, along with dogs, cats, and chickens. This gave me an early understanding of different species, temperaments, and individual care needs. I recently relocated from Pennsylvania, while my dog is staying with my family, where she is very loved and well cared for. I’m currently saving my Rover earnings toward a road trip home to bring her here to New Mexico. Even knowing she’s in great hands, I understand how hard it can be to miss your pet and how important it is to trust the person caring for them. That perspective is a big part of how I approach pet sitting—I prioritize reliability, communication, and making sure every animal feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have experience with animals of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior pets, and I treat each one with the same patience and attention I would want for my own. About: I’ve grown up with many cats (tabbies, calicos, and black cats) and dogs (pit bulls) throughout my childhood. I’m very familiar with environments that involve pets. I’m also known to be very punctual, have friendly and positive attitude, and pay excellent attention to detail! I’m a 22 year old young adult and I work part time as a prep cook for a Mexican restaurant! I live with my fiancé who works as a caregiver but we have opposite schedules, so there will always be a person in the house to look after your pet. I work Thurs-Sunday from 7am to 3pm. I may be out of the house once a day for a hour or two to run errands. Besides that, we’ll be available to keep an eye on your furry friends! :) I live in a 650 sqft apartment within a gated community! The apartment complex has a small outside pet area with other sidewalks and grass to enjoy. I can also provide food and toys if needed!
