About: Growing up I always had dogs. They were always considered another member of our family. We always trained our own puppies. I've taken care of family members dogs before and puppy sitted in the past. I am a dog mom of two dogs currently. I love dogs and their unique personalities. My three large dogs were well taken care of, and when we arrived home, we figured we would have a mess to deal with because of the weather and muddy back yard, but Paige kept up with everything, again, above and beyond our expectations. Paige sent us updates daily, with pics of the dogs. These updates put us at ease that all was well back at home. Aside from all of this, we can tell that Paige is a genuinely good person that has a love for animals, treating ours as she would her own. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
