Case in point: Once day she came to walk our dog and noticed that one of our senior cats was acting odd. She immediately called me to let me know and sent me photos. I’m Simone, and animals have been my entire life’s work. 🐾 I offer drop-in visits for dogs and cats of all breeds and ages, as well as dog walking, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. While I don’t do overnight stays or boarding, I’m here to make sure your pets are safe, happy, and cared for right in their own home. I’ve worked with nearly every kind of animal. I previously worked in the ER and ICU as a vet assistant at an emergency hospital, and I’m currently completing my dog and cat CPR certification. I’m also fully comfortable giving medications or following any special care routines. On top of that, I have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue located in Brazil that cares for over 200 animals, including dog and cats. Rescue work is my passion, but like many nonprofits, donations have been especially low this year. So I’ve joined Rover to help make ends meet while continuing to do the work I love. About: I have worked at an animal hospital for 5 years total where I learned how to train dogs from Kathy Sadao who used to train the wales to relinquish the bombs for the Navy. I have owned large and XL breed dogs my whole life as well. I will treat your dog like a human child as they will be allowed on my furniture, my bed, and probably my kids beds as well. I have a little over 10 acres for them to play on. We are starting a small farm style residents and would love to shower your fur babies with love and attention. Since starting Rover, 90% of my clients are returning, and become part of our family as well. I have trained people’s dogs in the time I have had them along with help manage dogs anxiety’s to different things. I helped a water aggressive dog become no longer water aggressive. A dog who pulled on a leash so hard you couldn’t walk him to now, my 6 year old son walks him with no worries. As much as my family loves to play with and cuddle your 4 legged babies we also love to help you out by training them if we can. I have plenty of time for all pet care needs to be met. I am a stay at home mom, but all my kids now go to school so your fur babies will have all my attention most of the time during the week. I have a fenced yard, very safe neighborhood, loving high energetic family, big house, 10 acres, and I have worked at an animal hospital in the past I can tell if something is wrong with your dog. About: In the past 15 years I have owned two beautiful boxers. My first boxer I took to work with me every day. Loved the companionship!! I took our fur babies on lots of adventures, camping, hiking, boating, rides on the seadoo's, and kayaking. I have also helped take care of several friends and family pets. I am currently available during the week after 9am for walks and daily daycare. I can come to you, or you can come to me. I live on an acre. Lots of room to run around. It is not fenced, but I have a dog run and I always stay outside with the dog. With my two previous fur babies I enjoyed snuggling with them on the couch while watching tv.

About: I have been caring for dogs, cats, chickens, and bunnies for at least 8 years. I’ve cared for puppies all the way to seniors and understand that all dogs have unique needs. I’m happy to play, give treats, cuddle and go on walks, administer medications and any other possible care the dog may need. I currently work part time and go to college but I have lots of available time to care for dogs. I’m usually available 1:00pm-8:00pm except for Wednesday and occasionally Thursday's. I also have time on Saturdays and am willing to make accommodations if needed. I understand that new people can be scary for some dogs while others love them. I focus on ensuring the dog feels safe and trusting before anything. I offer treats, play time, and just quiet time while the dog checks the situation. I act only on how the dog reacts and don’t push them but instead allow them time to process the change.

About: I have had a total of 3 dogs as siblings, since I was a baby. A chihuahua, black lab, and a German Shepard/Rottweiler mix. I turned from just a dog lover to also a cat lover when I got my son, Theo, as a kitten. He’s 2 now and a sweet, silly boy. There’s also 3 other cats where I live and they attach to me like Velcro. I’ve had a lot of experience with taking care of others people’s animals (mostly dogs and cats) while their owners were out of town. I’ve done drop-ins, as well as staying overnight at their homes. In total, I’ve taken care of over 30 people dogs and 15 cats. I fall in love with just about every dog and cat I see and I have always done a great job at taking care of them and showing them love. I continuously increase my experience in taking care of animals and I thoroughly enjoy it! I do have a 7 month old but I’m happy to do drop ins when I can. Depending on what day of the week and the time of day, I’d either take her with me or leave her home with her dad or grandma. I want them to feel 100% at home in any way i possibly can. Making sure they’re happy and loved on while their loved ones are away for work or on vacation.

About: My name is Dorothy, I have dogs & cats at home. I'm willing to watch dogs at my home but I can always go check on animals! If you have animals other than dogs, I can watch after them too. I'm great with animals and love them all! I've had pets for about 13 years now and their health and safety is my number one priority.
