Kiwi has a neurological condition that prevents him from walking properly and he falls a lot, plus he is very stubborn, and not food motivated. About: I have been taking care of dogs almost every week on the weekends along with sitting for my neighborhood dogs, cats, birds and guinea pigs while they are on vacation or away from their home. I am comfortable feeding dogs, interacting with them and I love to give lots of love. I am familiar with giving medication’s to dogs if needed. Your animal will be in good hands as I will love them as my own. Whatever an owner needs for them and their dogs to be well cared for, I can accommodate. I work from home, so the dog will always be accompanied with me. we’ll have plenty of playtime, outside time and potty breaks. About: I have been around animals of all kinds my entire life, my mom was always bringing little critters home so I have gotten to experience lots of different four legged friends I have a full house. We have two dogs. A 14 year old miniature Schnauzer named Zoey. A 4 year old Yorki named S'More who thinks he is master of the universe. We also have two cats. A 12 year old ash point lynx named Viktor. And a 2 month old kitten named Roscoe. They are both strays We picked up. And four Sugar Gliders: Stitch, Ziggy, Joey, Gizmo. So to say we have wild daily pet routines would be an understament. I see meeting new pets as making new friends. Because that's what we are to them. I am more than happy to be your fur babies best pal, whether that's someone to play with, or chill with.
About: I’ve spent most of my life around animals and that isn’t going to change anytime soon. I grew up with an American Bulldog/Pitbull mix and he was the best dog I could’ve asked for. He was with me for 8 years before my parents moved to an apartment and had to rehome him with another family. As soon as I graduated high school, I started adopting cats. I currently have two cats now who are my whole world. Given the opportunity I will love and care for your pets as if they were my own. I’m a full-time pet sitter and also work part-time remotely, so my schedule is wide open! I just need an internet connection and I’m golden. I spend the majority of my time around animals so I’ve developed a good eye for body language. I don’t push boundaries and I work with my pets at their own pace.

I usually take them out every half hour just for exercise or fun as well as potty breaks (which is a good way to break bad marking habits for ones training). If it's a nice day usually we are outside all day playing and walking teaching the ones who are still in need of guided assistance. Which actually makes things way easier on me. Unless of course it's just to hot to be out side. Rainy days are our lazy days or indoor activity days. Lots of cuddles and loves. My personal fur babies are not kenneled but I do have kennels for ones who prefer it. It's whatever makes them happiest. Or feel the safest. I'm a pretty good judge of character when it comes to fur babies. We read one another very well. Which in turn makes us more comfy with one another. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with one ever.i know when to back off or come in for loves. Mutal respect is the best policy I feel.

“I will admit I was hesitant to leave Kiwi for our 2-1/2 week vacation with anyone. Kiwi has a neurological condition that prevents him from walking properly and he falls a lot, plus he is very stubborn, and not food motivated. After meeting Mariko, her family and her little dog I knew Kiwi would be in good hands. I was sent photos and status updates twice a day and Mariko didn't hesitate to ask questions regarding Kiwi's care. Kiwi loved cuddling next to her daughter and demanding attention. “Truly not enough good things to say about Ethan and our experience with him caring for our dog, Taco. From the beginning, Ethan was super responsive and easy to communicate with him. We right away felt at ease leaving our dog with Ethan and it just worked out perfectly. Every day, Ethan sent us videos and pictures, and it was clear he was loving on our dog as much as he does his own. I’m usually a worry wart when it comes to leaving my dog with anyone. Not this time. And Taco even came home smelling fresh, Ethan bathed him before pickup! More importantly, Taco was a happy pup.”

She can manage probably every dog and make them feel like her home is theirs. Her communication was so quick and it was so nice getting updates everyday on how he was doing. I would definitely rebook if I need to and would recommend her to anyone! My dog isn’t the easiest to take care of mainly because he has separation anxiety from my wife and myself and she still was so gracious with him even after multiple difficult nights of him whimpering and whining. None of this is due to her ability to care for him he’s just very particular. Even still she communicated with kindness of how he was doing and kept me in the loop constantly. I’m grateful she was willing and so very capable of making my dog feel at home. If you are in need of dog care and she is available she is definitely worth trusting your dog with!”
