Savana watched our chihuahua, TJ, for 8 nights when we were on vacation. TJ is very wary of new people, and takes a while to warm up. Savana’s patience with him paid off and they soon became buddies! TJ became her little shadow and we were able to enjoy our vacation with no worries or anxiety about anything! We so appreciate Savana taking such good care of our baby, and for sending us lots of pics and updates. We also appreciate her taking care of the house for us. Savana will definitely be our only choice to dog sit TJ from now on!

This is my first time using Rover. Vicki came for a Meet & Greet . She was lovely and confident. I booked an overnight just to be sure it was a good fit as I’m leaving out of country for 11 days. Vicky was great with my dogs who are older and one is anxious and pretty blind. They also require heart meds and some assistance. I would recommend her, she communicated very well. My house was just as I left it which I appreciate. I’m pleased to find someone I feel comfortable leaving my pups with 🙌

About: **New clients use my code: YENIA82597 for $20 off your first visit!** About Me: * Hi, I'm Yeni and I have 15 years of experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets who need extra patience and gentle care. What sets me apart is the genuine love and attention I give each pet, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their family is away. I’m reliable and detail-oriented—whether that means following feeding schedules, administering medications, keeping up with routines, or providing extra snuggles and playtime. I also enjoy sending updates and photos so you can feel at ease knowing your pets are happy and well cared for. I look forward to caring for your fur baby as if they were my own. I am currently going to school part-time so I will have a lot of time to dedicate to your furbaby! They will be my priority while in my care. I follow the owner’s instructions to keep pets safe and comfortable in their home. I handle feeding, fresh water, walks or playtime, and any medications if needed. I also clean up after them, keep the home secure, and give plenty of attention and affection—while keeping owners updated with messages or photos.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets my entire life, and my family and friends look to me if they need me to dog sit (or pet sit) when they’re away or unavailable. I love animals, and so getting to take care of furry friends is an absolute treat!! I’m currently attending college, so monday and wednesday mornings im out of the house from 8-12. any other time, if given enough notice, i can be available for you and your pets! I live in a family home with my dog daisy, who is very friendly and about 14 years old now. She never fails to be entertained, and I love her with all my heart. I will do the same for your pets :)

Madelyn took care of my 14-year old Siberian Husky, Kodiak, who has arthritis. She house-sat him while we were away on vacation for 12 days. She was wonderful with him, taking him on frequent short walks during the day. When we got home, we found a very neat house and a very happy (and tired!) dog. I would absolutely hire her again.

About: I am in the Middletown- goshen area of Orange County and can’t board any animals at our new home. I prefer a meet and greet before booking and have excellent references. I can walk, spend time with , and play with your dogs and/or cats. I’m experienced with administering medications to both. I have references from my customers in Sullivan county where I used to live if needed . Recently retired I now have a very open schedule for your vacations or weekend needs. I have been an Eagle nest monitor for the NYDEC from 2011 - 2019 on the Delaware River and on Yankee Lake NY 2013- 2022 and have been involved in animal rescue . *That means I have both domestic animal and wildlife experience. I have been a local volunteer and continue to involved in my community. I am newly retired and can come anytime that fits into your schedule . Hopefully I can be the person you call for your vacation or special occasions. Sadly, I no longer have a place to board any animals. But I do have some great references and would provide them upon request. I do have a medium size pup of my own I can bring if you have a friendly dog.

About: I usually work with shy, aggressive or fearful dogs or cats. It can take weeks, months or years to befriend them but when you do it's extremely rewarding, especially when an animal someone deems "dangerous" comes out to be the biggest sweetheart. I have tons of patience and I believe every species of animal deserves love and respect. As humans, it's our duty to be the voices and guardians of the animals in our care. They look to us for comfort, guidance, love and peace. That's why I do anything in my power to donate or volunteer at animal shelters because every animal should know that there's humans out there that actually care about their well being. Working with animals is a great career for me. Update; 8/2020 I’ve been volunteering and working with pets as a professional pet care provider for five years now. Through my journey I’ve learned pet CPR and gained dog training knowledge through Poochpals llc as well as worked as a dog handler at walterspetstyles. I’m currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer and furthering my knowledge on Pet care. At Poochpals we believe in being a friend for life so I’m definitely bringing our motto into the field and looking to become a furever friend for your pets. If you’re ever in need of an actual PROFESSIONAL pet care provider, look no further! I also have basic training knowledge so don’t be surprised if your pup or cat comes back knowing a few new tricks 😂 I have open availability Monday-Sunday. I look forward to meeting you and your pups! My dog, Odin, loves to make new friends of all species. Updates:4/7/2026 Hello friends! I would not be at 29 Hanford anymore due to instability, so I’m moving my business down to NYC before heading to PA. We have multiple fences in house and around the property. Pups are also supervised 24/7 and we have a designated dog room just for them. Back porch is also secured with gates. Dogs aren’t allowed on the lawn without human supervision and a 20ft leash. Lawn is fenced. We have strict safety procedures when it comes down to pets and children.

Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to keep their pets safe and comfortable while they are at work or away. As a nursing student, I am very attentive, patient, and detail-oriented. My two Jack Russell’s had a great time with Shannon while she did a 5 day house sit with them. Shannon regularly kept us up to date on their wellbeing with pictures and texts. She also was able to help us out for an extra day when our flight was delayed returning home and ensured the dogs were still taken care of while we were delayed getting home. The house looked great when we got back and we had two happy pups. Thanks again Shannon!
