About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for dogs has always come naturally to me. I began my journey as a pet lover with my first dog, Hanna, who was by my side for 14 wonderful years and taught me the true meaning of loyalty and unconditional love. Later, Kira came into our lives unexpectedly, bringing even more joy and companionship to my family. Over the years, I have also taken care of the dogs of friends and family, gaining valuable experience with different breeds, personalities, and needs. I work from home 99% of the time and he’s a true Velcro dog, following me everywhere. So I was very worried about how he’d do without me, and vice versa. Alison was great with him and made time to come for a few walks in the weeks before we left so she and Santo could get to know each other a bit. After we left she checked in with us and sent us photos and updates about our baby, which helped me worry less about whether he was feeling sad or abandoned. She was respectful of our home and even asked before signing into a streaming account we don’t have. And when we got stuck in nightmare traffic on I-4 on the way home from the airport, she stayed past the time booked for our stay so Santo wasn’t alone.”
