“This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. Also, he mentioned that he would keep in touch and send pictures. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. Angelica is absolute perfection! We cannot recommend her enough. Leaving our dog, Valentina, was stressful especially because Valentina was very afraid and anxious at the beginning. However, Angelica was incredibly patient and helped her socialize with the other dogs successfully. Her home was a safe, welcoming environment with a fenced yard that Valentina loved. She got plenty of exercise playing with the other dogs and felt right at home. We received regular photo updates that gave us total peace of mind. Valentina came back happy, tired, and completely relaxed. If you want a trustworthy, communicative sitter who truly understands dog behavior and treats your pet like family, book Angelica immediately. We will definitely be rebooking!
Marcy was amazing! She was a last minute dog sitter option and we had never used rover before so we were nervous. But Marcy immediately made us feel comfortable and our dogs loved her right away! She listened to all of my concerns, care notes, and preferences without batting an eye and didn’t make me feel weird for having a long list of notes lol. She sent pictures and took excellent care of our babies. She even took them on walks and to parks. She washed their blankets upon pick up. She kept them clean with shampoo wipes. She’s definitely family now! Would HIGHLY recommend.
Cyd was absolutely amazing with my older dog, Bella. From the moment Bella arrived, I knew she was in great hands. Cyd created such a fun and loving environment—Bella even had her own playroom with a ball pit and toys! Over Easter, Cyd went above and beyond by taking the dogs on a little field trip and organizing a doggy egg hunt, which was just the sweetest touch. Most importantly, she took incredible care of Bella, giving me total peace of mind. Honestly, Bella loved her so much, I’m not even sure she wanted to come home! I can’t recommend Cyd enough—she is truly wonderful.
Maria took great care of Loki! Communication was excellent throughout the stay, and she made sure he was treated with so much kindness and attention. I really appreciated how well she looked after him, Loki was happy and comfortable the whole time. I would definitely book with her again! 🐾💙
