“What a wonderful experience my dog Izzy had with Marcy! Izzy is a 7 lb Morkie that is terrified of other dogs. The bigger the dog, the louder the dog, the more terrified she is, which makes boarding her difficult. Izzy had a great time playing with Marcy’s 5 lb. Betty Boo, so it was a great social experience for my dog. Marcy also is terrific - I knew my dog was getting the best of care in my absence, and all for a reasonable price. I will definitely use Marcy again and if your considering Marcy, don’t hesitate!”

“This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. Also, he mentioned that he would keep in touch and send pictures. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. About: I have fostered for the SPCA since I was 12 and have owned pets my entire life. I have a passionate love for animals and recently discovered a new passion for pet sitting! I STRICTLY KEEP ONLY ONE PET FAMILY AT A TIME - so I can focus on their personal and familiar schedule, happiness, and safety. I saw a great need for foster parents who could bottle feed abandoned puppies and kittens, could care for older pets needing extra time and expertise, and pets with a wide variety of special needs. After adopting several special needs pets who would otherwise have difficulty finding a forever home (the last two passed away last year), I found myself wanting to adopt every animal I fostered. knowing that wasn’t realistic, I realized pet sitting might be better outlet for me to direct my love for animals (Without the pain of not knowing if the pet I fostered would eventually find a loving home). And I have loved hosting happy pets ever since! My children are now in college, and after losing my precious older dog and cat a couple years ago, I now only have one cat we rescued during a storm. My ultimate goal is for both you and your pet to be comfortable and have peace of mind before and during the time you are away, and I strive to love and entertain them so much that they feel at home (or on vacation) until you come back for them. I work from home, allowing me to be available for your pet at almost all times - which is especially helpful with puppies/kittens, older, or disabled pets that need to be closely watched. (I have many years experience with disabled, sick or elderly pets). I am experienced with giving both oral and injected meds, expressions, helping them eat, exercise, etc. Because I only pet sit one animal family at a time, I am able to adjust to your pet(s) schedule. Whatever makes him/her most comfortable! I take the trust and safety of pets very seriously, only keeping one pet (or family of pets) at a time. I also document a daily diary of their experiences, and send pictures on a daily basis (unless requested otherwise). You can review the daily diary document (as well as information I prefer to obtain before pet sitting), in my photos section. This document includes the preferred vet and emergency center I utilize, although I am happy to contact your preferred vet if provided to me. I also have multiple friends who are veterinarians, and I never hesitate to contact them if I am at all concerned about any pet in my care. I prefer dogs be crate trained if they are young and active, but while I have a large double-sized crate, it is only used if we are all gone for a short time (for the dog’s safety and comfort). The rest of the time pets are welcome on the bed to sleep with us, on furniture, etc. If there is a reason the dog can’t be crated, please discuss it with me and we can come up with safest and best plan for your pet! I also have a room set up for pets in case they want to be alone or have quiet time. It is also helpful if you bring a blanket from home, so s/he is comforted by the familiar smells of you and their loving home!
About: I wake up every early at 4:40 am so if owners need me to walk or run with their dogs early in the morning I can do that. I love dogs and been surrounded by all type of animals my whole life. I will take care of your dog like it was my own. I can also do late at night walks if that works for the client as well. I am pretty fit so I can walk or jog a couple miles. I love playing with dogs as well and really enjoy their company. I just want to be able to help owners with their dogs since I am able to that right now. About: I've had dogs my entire life. I have worked at dog boarding facilities and various rescues over the years. I am currently a volunteer with a local rescue in Lakeland. I have three small dogs of my own, who are like my kids. I’m home most of the time so your pet will rarely be unsupervised but when I do need to leave the house, I have steps and protocols in place to assure your pet's safety while I am away. I have a 6ft privacy fenced back yard. All lawn care items are locked away in a shed to lessen the risk of your pet getting into anything potentially toxic. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they feel safe and comfortable :) I’m a student at UCF with a flexible schedule outside of classes. I’m available for walks, drop ins, and house sitting, and I’ll have plenty of time to give your pets attention and care. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m happy to follow their normal routine and your instructions, and I’ll keep you updated with how they’re doing!
About: Dogs have been a part of my life for most of my life. My first dog was our family’s black Lab, Nya. Then I got my own dog, Henry, a Jack Russell Terrier mix who was by my side for 12 wonderful years. As Henry got older, he experienced a variety of health issues, so I became very comfortable administering medication, including oral medications and eye drops. I’m also familiar with caring for dogs who require a specific diet and a little extra patience and attention. I recently had to say goodbye to Henry, and while I’m not quite ready to welcome another dog of my own, I deeply miss the companionship and joy that comes with having a furry friend around. I know how much trust it takes to put your dog in someone else’s care. Whether they need a good walk, playtime, companionship, or just someone to give them a little extra love while you’re away, I’d love to be someone your family can count on. I’ll treat your dog with the same patience, affection, and care I would want someone to give my own. ❤️ My schedule is very flexible right now, which allows me to make pet care a regular part of my day. I’m available Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feeding, or just some extra companionship while you’re away. I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day, so I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine and schedule whenever possible. If you need care outside of those hours, feel free to reach out! I’m happy to be flexible when I can. I know that trusting someone with your pet also means trusting them in your home, and I take both seriously. I’ll always follow your instructions closely and do my best to keep your pet’s normal routine consistent so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m mindful of doors, gates, leashes, and anything else that helps keep your pet secure, and I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I’m also happy to send photos and updates during my visit so you can feel confident that your furry family member is happy, safe, and well cared for.
About: I’ve walked dogs around my neighborhood for the past four years. I have lots of experience with animals— I personally have many different animals such as dogs, cats, and others! I’ve had experience in the veterinary field and want to pursue the veterinary field and become a licensed veterinarian! I am free for whenever is needed! I am hoping to head over to college soon but in the mean time work up some cash! I have been walking dogs around my own neighborhood around four years now. I treat the animals week, in which they are safe and happy!
About: I grew up in a house hold where we always had some sort of four legged critters. From breeding to part of the family. I prefer four legged companion than 2. It's therapeutic to just chill with someone who just wants to be loved and played with. I've relocated to be closer to my mom. So I'm looking for work to pay my bills. I love animals, so why wouldn't this be an awesome way to make money and play with four legged critters. All care be done in the client's home. So pets are familiar with own surroundings and have a better experience with a random stranger, when it comes to caring for others four legged family member.

About: I have owned dogs since was 9/10 years-old, and enjoy playing with dogs and love keeping them occupied espically puppies. For puppies, I like to help potty-train them by offering treats to understand that "outside is where we use the bathroom not inside". I also pay really close attention to due to possible getting into things. I watch out for things that could possibly hurt your dog. As a dog owener myself I will treat your dog as if it was my own dog at home, giving all the attention and play time there hearts desire. I’m currently not working so I am available during select times. I also know what it is like to need a caregiver for your pets while you are away on a business trip or just a quick get away from reality. I live in an apartment complex where everyone keeps to themselves but as for any home I would treat it as if it were my home and how I would want to make sure things are in the right place
