About: I have 2 labs that have been a member of our family for 15 years. I also volunteer at the shelby co. humane society and the birmngham zoo. I understand why most people do not board with a vet and I feel the same way. My animals always have less stress and handle the seperation from human members alot easier. your furry family members are very important an I could not agree more. The dog park is one of our fovorite places.

About: I’ve volunteered in rescue organizations since 2012. I’ve fosterered and adopted and currently have a full house of 4 dogs. Experienced with seniors, rescues, anxious, energetic, muscle breeds annd leash pullers - and couch cuddlers. I can dispense medication as needed and have worked with dogs with various conditions over the years. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, but really expanded my knowledge base after adopting my first true rescue Dog in 2012. We treated heart worms and skin conditions and everything in between. I will love your fur baby as I do my own. I am always honored when I can connect with a new fur baby friend. Special needs welcome. I have lots of experience with special needs and senior dogs, more general experience with cat care. I currently work from home and can typically bring my work with me to walk or stay with your pet. I have lived in Birmingham for over 30 years, Calera AL the last 7 years. I can stay with or walk your pets. I currently can’t board in my home because the current residents ( my 4 dogs) have all claimed their special spot on the couch or bed. They already compete to sit next to or walk with mom, so bringing in someone new, even for a short stay doesn’t work well. My schedule is very flexible - so I am happy to come to your home or yard for pet care, walks, feeding and housesitting. I am available with a short notice and ( so far) have holiday availability.

About: I have taken care of many dogs even my own that is now 14 years of age and absolutely loves visitors. I have experience in trimming nails, bathing, boarding over 1 month, day care sitting, and much more.. I have worked at an animal hospital over a year! I am currently a full time student at UAB with online classes so I can have most of the day to take care of your fur babies. I work from 8am to 4:30pm with a big break in between. I have a fenced in yard with a doggy door and a friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I currently work with dogs as a canine coach and have three dogs of my own that are amazing I love dogs and cats they are amazing and fun to work with. I currently work around three to four days a weeks with about 6 hour shifts but other than that am pretty open to any thing else I do have a fenced back yard and three dogs that love to play and if need/provided I can put your dog in a crate for my dogs at home normally go outside when I’m not home or they stay inside when my grandmother is here she lives with me so she watches them when I’m gone

About: My first memory of a dog was interacting with the black labs my grandparents owned growing up. My passion for animals was cultivated early on—my family taught me how to properly care for, train and love our pets, from German Shepherds to Cocker Spaniels to mixed breeds and everything in between. Young pups and elderly seniors—I have seen it all when it comes to pets! As an adult, I worked in a vet clinic and can truly say I loved every animal that came through our door. I am very familiar with crate training, behavioral issues and proper care techniques. Open communication is extremely important to me and I work hard to make sure my clients are beyond happy with my level of customer service. During our first meeting I make sure to go over daily schedules, specific needs, special requests and unique concerns. My goal is to make sure my clients’ pups see my home as their home away from home and the key to doing that is providing a consistent environment that closely matches what they’re used to. As for the dogs, I let them sniff and warm up to me in their own time. I’m a compassionate, patient and calm person, and my personality warms up even the most nervous of pups! For the anxious dogs—when in my home, it usually takes about 1-2 hours after their parent leaves for the first time before the they relax fully. During that time, I provide extra attention and care so they know I’m a person they can trust. I’m also extremely active and dedicate a great portion of our time together playing games and going on walks. They won’t even have time to get bored or anxious when you’re away because I fill our time with all the things they love to do! I’m not currently working so I have all the time in the world to be home to care for your pet! It is just Autumn (not Autumn and Jacob) I could not figure out how to change my name on here😁 I don’t have a day job so this is my day job! I have always got along well with dogs. So I have no problem with this! I would treat any animal like my own. Any instructions you have will be followed exactly as written. Leash will always be used unless you have a back yard, safety of your pets are most important!! I am available most every day, 8 AM to 2 PM. I am active and willing to make sure your pet is as well. Anything I can do to help! I can’t offer services for in home sitting for now as I can’t have pets in my home at this moment but I look forward to it in the future!!! 😁

About: I’ve cared for every kind of pet from cattle to saltwater reef tanks. Also have experience working with military K9s. I’d love to care for your pups. Just got home on leave so I have plenty of times to come see your fuzzy friends, very active so I’d love to walk the dogs and get them out of the house for you. Free any weekday to come take care of the pups. I have a fenced in yard and the nicest Dane mix you’ve ever met to keep your pup company she loves to make new friends and extra crate in the home if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 4years old. Took a break to raise my kids. Since kids have left I have dogs once again. My new kids have 4 legs and lived with me for 4 years. And are rescued dogs. Being new to the area. I’m work usually in a church but taking a break from preaching. Because I’m not full time or part time, I can be very versatile with hrs and with days since I have no work schedule. I follow the strict schedule of the owner. The feeding time and bathroom breaks. I write down a detailed list of what your Dog has done for the time I have watched him/her/them.

My schedule is pretty flexible during the week and even on the weekends! I will respect your space as well as your rules and wishes when it comes to your pets. About: Since I was a little girl I have always had dogs, cats and even raised three baby squirrels at one time. I remember one time in particular that my dad brought home two tiny little puppies. Their mommy couldn't feed them bc she had had too many babies to feed. So my dad and I bought these little bottles to feed them with. We would wake up in the middle of the night to feed them. He would feed one and I would feed the other. They grew up to be the biggest babies. Another time he brought home three Itty bitty baby squirrels that he found on his job site. We fed them with little bottles too. We built them a cage and I would get them out an play with them everyday. Eventually they grew up and we released them in our back yard. As I grew up and became an adult I have had many dogs throughout the years. One time I rescued this sweet black and white pit bull. I named her Princess. An she was the most loving dog. She was skinny from being on the streets, so I failed to notice that she was pregnant. Lol She delivered her babies on my couch on Easter night. I stayed up until 2am helping her deliver those precious babies. One of which we kept for my son and named him Chunky. This is just some of my many experiences with animals. I have much more. Like 2 years ago someone dumped four kittens by my house and we rescued them. Unfortunately one didn't make it but the other three now live with us. We named them Clyde, Walter and Eddy. We also had a stray mama cat who had one tiny grey baby that she left on our property and we took him in a year ago. His name is Lil Bit. So now we have three dogs (two pit bulls and a lab) and five cats (mama girl, Clyde, Walter, Eddy and our Lil Bit). So as you can see I absolutely love animals and have had many years of experience in taking care of them. In our home our animals are a part of our family. I am currently available Monday thru Sunday. Early mornings are fine. I am available evenings as well, but 7pm would be the latest that I would be available. At the moment I wouldn't be boarding my clients pets at my home. I am available to come to their home and I will care for them there.
