Updated me daily with attentiveness, asked all the right questions as far as her feeding schedule, bathroom breaks, is she anxious, etc. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to watch over our baby girl Rhea. Very communicative, very nice neighborhood and a family that made me feel very safe leaving her for that period of time. Would even comfort her by moving her bed closer to him while he worked which is rare for someone to care for your pets the way he did! 10/10 would recommend to watch your fur children if you need someone to watch your pet while away. “I’m always so nervous about leaving my pups anywhere. You just can’t trust everyone. After reading all of Micheals reviews I thought it was worth it to try a meet and greet. At the meet and greet he was wonderful at introducing all pups appropriately. We proceeded with the boarding reservation. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the care of my pup!! He was extremely informative of how she was doing during her stay. He even sent pictures daily so I could see how she was doing. I will absolutely use him again in the future!!!”

“I had planned to travel with Nugget but American Airlines had denied Nugget’s carrier so my flight was rescheduled for a later flight so I could get things situated for Nugget. I didn’t want to chance getting another carrier and being denied again as the only store open at that time was Walmart so I hopped on Rover. Taylor was extremely responsive and kind! She accommodated Nugget last minute so I was able to successfully make my trip as planned! Taylor was very patient with me as i was an emotional wreck when dropping him off. Nugget was in goods hands and seemed to have had a good time with the others pups!”
