She acted immediately, knowing exactly what to do without hesitation, and managed the situation safely and responsibly. I was so grateful she was the one there in that moment. She even had a first aid kit on hand and was able to tend to their wounds right away, which gave me immense peace of mind. What meant just as much was her communication throughout the entire ordeal. She kept me informed every step of the way with clarity, compassion, and reassurance during what was a very scary time for all of us. Her thoughtfulness and transparency made an enormous difference. I trust Nora completely and wholeheartedly. She demonstrated not only skill and preparedness, but genuine care and dedication. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her looking after their pets. About: I’ve been around pets my entire life, mostly dogs. I’ve owned my own dogs since I was 12, and I currently own a German shepherd and a Coton De Tulear. I consider myself a true animal enthusiast and I believe that caring for them is more than a chore, but something you need to be passionate about to give them the best care they deserve! QUIET HOURS: My quiet hours daily are from 10pm - 7:30am. During these hours I will not respond to requests or messages, however you can still submit them. HOUSE SITTING: I am available for full day visits (except Mon & Wed mornings + weekends) for dogs who need constant care ONLY. If your dog is fine being alone for the majority of the day, please book through my drop-in visits instead. Currently I am not doing overnight stays due to certain circumstances concerning my own pets. DROP-IN VISITS: For pets who are fine being on their own during the day but need check-in’s + playtime throughout. It’s all dependent on what my clients homes are equipped with! If you have a fenced yard and high energy dogs, I’m more than happy to take them outside to play and explore, or play inside. Treats are always an option, as are pets, cuddles, and plenty of love for your fur babies!

“If I could give 10 stars I would. We have an elderly dog, 17 years old. She can't hear and can only see out of one eye. Nicole was very patient with her, making sure she got in and out of the house in the horrible weather we had around the New Year. Our under 1 year old kitten adored Nicole. We were afraid that our pets wouldn't want us to come home! Nicole kept us up to date, sent pictures which were important to my 10 year old daughter, and kept the house nice and tidy. It was so nice to be able to go away and not worry. She also brought in our mail and had the driveway snowblowed! She went above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

About: I am an experience animal care taker. I grew up on a farm with all sorts of wild and domesticated animals. I’ve worked with many families taking care of small-large pets including dogs and cats. I also worked at a dog daycare for 3+ years before perusing higher education. With my expertise I believe that your pet is in the safest hands possible. I’m currently working as a youth soccer coach and have the time for pet care in my schedule. About: What sets me apart is my experience working with dogs of all personalities and needs, especially reactive dogs and strong pullers. I have completed training with my own reactive chocolate lab through Justin’s Canine Campus, along with continuing training work at home, which has taught me patience, consistency, and how to read dog behavior closely. As a teacher, I’m dependable, calm, and attentive, and I naturally bring those qualities into caring for pets. I’ve loved animals since I was young and also continue to volunteer at animal shelters (Helping Hounds & HumaneCNY) giving me experience with dogs who may need extra patience, structure, or reassurance. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. As a teacher, I have summers off and will soon be working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, and quality attention. During the school year, I’m also an early bird and start my mornings with an average 2-mile walk with my own dog, so staying active and keeping pets on a routine is something I truly enjoy. I care for every pet as if they were my own and always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In a client’s home, I try to keep pets on their normal routine with feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and plenty of attention and affection. I also make sure their space stays clean and that they feel calm while their owners are away.

About: Hi, I'm Brooke! I’m 19 years old and have been around animals my entire life. Growing up, I was never without a pet, and caring for animals has always come naturally to me. My first cat, Hunter Patches, was a huge part of my life before he passed last year. Since then, I’ve welcomed two new cats, Loki and Marie, into my family. I also have a 10 year old rescue dog named Gunner and recently rescued a bearded dragon named Dino. I’m comfortable caring for cats, dogs, and reptiles, and I understand that every animal has their own personality and needs. Friends and family have trusted me to feed, play with, check on, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m patient, attentive, dependable, and genuinely love spending time with animals of all kinds. Pet care fits naturally into my daily schedule because caring for animals has always been a part of my daily life. About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. I also lived with a rescued pit bull for several years (she had a rough past and didn’t do well around other dogs), so I have some experience with anxious pups on walks. Whether your pet is social and playful or a bit shy and needs space, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at and give them the best care possible. Even with a full-time job in finance, I make time for what matters—and for me, that includes animals. I work a standard weekday schedule, but my evenings and weekends are all open for pet care. The flexibility of my job may allow for a late morning - early afternoon check-in. Whether its a walk, evening check-in, or weekend drop-ins, I’m happy to build a schedule that fits your pet’s needs. I also spend most of my downtime at home, so if your pets need longer visits, I can give them plenty of attention and company. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and committed to keeping your pet’s routine as normal and comforting as possible. I’ll follow your instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, medications, walking schedules, or just the way your pet likes their favorite toy tossed. I know every animal is different, and I take the time to get to know their personality and needs. If we arrange care in my home, your pet will be treated like one of my own. I have a calm, pet-friendly space and three cat companions who are used to other animals and are gentle and well-socialized. I always do a slow introduction and only bring in pets that I know will be comfortable in that environment. Safety and comfort are my top priorities, whether I’m in your home or you're trusting your pet with mine.
