“If you close your eyes and imagine exactly the kind of person, service and situation you hoped to find using Rover, Dawn is it! Wonderful communication, happy animals and fun pictures everyday. If you are lucky enough to book Dawn, you’re in for peace of mind and happy animals.”

About: I have spent many overnights at homes while providing pet care. The durations of these stays have been up to a week. I do very well with following clear directions for feeding, medications, as well as other pet care needs. This includes affection and playing— I absolutely love dogs and cats! I am a teacher, which of course is a very busy job. However, I do not work over the summer, which means I have lots of flexibility in these months. I am also available during most weekends! I care for pets in my clients’ homes by following instructions regarding feeding, medications, going outside, as well as anything else that may be necessary! When owners are gone, I recognize it is best for the pets to keep their routines as consistent as possible! I respect any rules clients may have for their pets (e.g. where around they house they are allowed, any dietary limitations, and any necessary precautions to take so that the pets stay safe!)

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have experience with potty training, walking dogs, and administering medications. I also have senior animal experience. I can do most evenings and weekends. I prefer to go to the pets home for their own comfort. Pet care is part of my daily routine. I prefer to take care of the pet in the comfort of their own home, where everything is familiar and less anxiety for the pet as well.

“Stacy was fantastic. She took care of our cat for a long weekend at the last minute. Our cat is hides for practically everyone who comes to the house, but Stacy managed to tempt her out of hiding with a squeeze up treat. She sent us some awesome pictures and we were so excited to see our cat being friendly with her! We will definitely use Stacy again and highly recommend her to anyone.”

About: I grew up with dogs, since I can remember, I was watching all of my neighbors dogs before I was even old enough to work. I have no problem, administrating medication‘s, or even giving them a bath or doing their nails. I love animals so much that one day I hope to grow up and have a big piece of land so that I can hold a sanctuary for all the animals I can give a good home too and rehabilitate. This is my full-time job watching your loved ones and helping out in anyway I can so I am fully and completely at your disposal. I have an un fence yard currently so unless you’re comfortable with having them be off the leash I’ll take them for a walk or to a dog park with your permission. I don’t mind animals on my furniture, but if I were in your home and that’s not cool with you, just let me know. All I wanna do is provide comfort and enjoyment while giving you the ability to relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: Hello :)! Please read to see my details about my services and then read on to my background! I live an apartment where I am not allowed to have dogs, so I can provide dog walking, drop-ins, house sitting. If you want to have a doggie day care, it will have to be at your house. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, I know the importance of them and what they bring to a family setting. They are a part of the family and I treat every dog I come across like family. I have worked with senior, disabled, police dogs, and dogs that need medical attention. I have worked for a few different kennels that have taught me beyond what I thought I would ever know on how to treat, care, and manage dogs. I have a very up beat personality and I have a very calming side, so if your dog loves to run - I will run & if your dog loves to nap - I will nap. I hope I get the opportunity to love and care for your pup! I have owned a doggy daycare going on 3 years. I met the love of my life and we are moving away to find our forever home. I had to shut down my business due to this and know Rover is a great way to still get my furry cuddles in! I care for your fur baby as you would, a home away from home if you will. My dog sleeps in the crate at night, if yours does too, great! If not, even more snuggles for me!

“Amy was personable and professional, and she kept in touch with photo updates when we were away. I believe our sweet kitty was well cared for, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again.”

“Michelle was incredible with my bunny. I was so nervous to leave her as she's still quite a young rabbit, but Michelle took such great care with her. I highly recommend Michelle. and I trust her.”

“So amazing with taking care of my kitties and helping me out while I was away. Communication was excellent and the cats just loved her. I can’t wait to have her help again in the future, and neither can the cats!”

“Second time we have used Jen. Could not be more pleased. Great communication, pets are happy and healthy, and she does exactly what she says she will. Thank you Jen. You release the stress of having to leave our pets.”

About: Hey dog parents! My name is Jane and I have extensive experience as a full-time pet boarder and sitter when I was based in Nashville, as seen from my reviews! I loved it so much, but I also front a rock band, and our touring schedule has prevented me from pet-sitting consistently for the past couple of years. I also live in a converted campervan with my fiance Ian (a fellow dog lover as well). We will be bouncing around the northeast area for the summer and fall, so we will be available to care for your pet! :) Having our own space in the van works great for house sitting because we can park outside your home, but we don't have to use your kitchen or bedroom, while still spending most of the day in your home with your pet. The perfect blend of boundaries and creating a stable environment for your pet! But of course, if you have a pet that prefers to have someone sleep in the house (it's happened MANY times before) we can keep the schedule they are used to. We don't mind dogs in bed if that is what they are used to. It is all about keeping life consistent for your babe. I have always been a dog lover and grew up with a golden retriever, Honeymoon. Making sure dogs feel comfortable and loved is so important to me! Being in a small space and touring in a band prevents us from getting our own pup, but we would love to help care for yours! We are self-employed so our schedule is very fluid. We would work on our laptops in your home, being with your pet most of the day! I love taking walks, so it is no problem to give your dog regular exercise! Playtime and cuddling are always a must to make your dog feel loved and ease anxiety while you are away!

About: I have been pet sitting for a long time now and even made it my summer job in college. My goal is to give your pet plenty of love and attention to make them feel comfortable. I have a 2 year old mini schnauzer who loves all dogs of all sizes and he will make sure your pet has plenty of play time that when you get home they are tired. I work fully remote so I am always home. I have a yard out front and then snowmobile trails behind my apartment where we can go for long walks. I work fully remote from home and will always be around :) I am usually up around 6:30 am and go to bed around 10/10:30 pm I offer a lot of love and attention to all pets. I love taking my dog out a few times a day and make sure he gets at least a couple long walks. I have a living room for them to play or my yard out front is just as great. My doors are always closed and I live in a safe area of Fryeburg and live on a dead end road. I promise your animal will get more attention not just from me but from my dog.

Olivia F.
“Olivia is amazing with pets!!! I have had Olivia housesit for me several times in the past several years while having dogs in the house. She is loving and cares deeply for animals. What I’ve loved most about her is the connection she seems to have with all animals. I have a, let’s say, more difficult antisocial little dog, but Olivia only saw this as a challenge and made a point of always going out it of her way to make my dog feel that she cared about her. She did so in a quiet patient way, which earned her my dog’s trust. I have never had any issues with Olivia caring for my dogs the many times she took care of them. I’d highly recommend Olivia to take care of your pets!!”
