About: Being apart from my furbabies made me start doing dog sitting, and I fell in loved with the experience and how it turned our home more fun and exciting and have decided to keep it going. My husband who is self employed with a flexible schedule, shares my love for animals and he is great providing care. We work together to make sure furbaby will get the love and care that fits their needs. I’m an Air Force veteran and used to work on call for 14 hour shifts, an hour away from home, 3-4 days a week and the worst was leaving my dog. I always wanted people to send me pictures, texts, updates, etc. but rarely could get them so I GET IT!!! I send tons of pictures, possibly a bit overboard, I know how much it means to people who travel. I do everything that I used to want when I traveled!!! To help ensure that we will be the right fit for you and your dog, please make sure you read this entire profile and understand any additional fees that may apply (listed at end of profile) before contacting me to avoid rate misunderstandings. Rates are inclusive of all care required within our home or at your home, along with plenty of photos/ videos, sent to your preferred method or in a group chat with your loved ones so you can share the moments together even you are away from each other. Please understand that just because your dog is friendly and gets excited when seeing or meeting other dogs, it does not mean they are completely socialized. Some dogs can trigger others by not respecting personal space (both with dogs and humans) therefore I would have to correct that behavior so they know how to act the next time that scenario occurs. I also want to be consistent with the boundaries and structure you as the owner have provided in order to keep your dog balanced in this new environment. Most of all, please be honest about your dog's habits so that I can be prepared to best care for your furbaby. Please understand that the less time I spend correcting them, the more time I can spend giving them love and fun. My goal is to make sure all the doggies have a blast; however, beyond that our priority is their safety and that they are a good fit for our pack. Therefore if it is not a last minute request then I always require a meet-and-greet. Please note I don't usually accept last minute requests for services in my home but I am happy to assist if available, depending on pack compatibility and ability to separate if needed. Dogs that are not from the same household are not left unsupervised together. If I am hosting multiple guests you will be informed. However your dog will need to be crated (or left in the playpen) when left unsupervised since this is our home and it wouldn’t be unexpected for a dog to potentially act differently in a new place than at their own home. Which is also why we request owners being their pup’s own crate (when possible) that they are already used to so they are comfortable being in it when at new place. ***POLICIES & ADDITIONAL FEES*** Holiday fee- Per Rover policy, applies to all nights/ walks/ drop-ins on a booking. This fee is applied to every pet for boarding/ daycare services and to the first pet on Drop-in/ Walks services. Holiday fee is applicable to the entire stay when it overlap the holiday day or the weekend of the following federal and cultural holidays: - Martin Luther King Jr. Day - President's Day - Valentine's Day - Easter - Memorial Day - 4th of July - Labor Day - Halloween - Thanksgiving (Wednesday- Sunday) - Christmas through New Year's (Dec. 23rd- Jan.2nd) Unaltered dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee if it is determined special accommodations need to be made. Females in heat are never accepted for any boarding or daycare guests. If your dog comes into heat during a stay, you will be required to make immediate alternate pet care arrangements through an emergency contact, your vet office or other. If arrangements are not made in a timely manner, an additional daily fee of $100 will be applied. If your pup is older than 2 and is still a strong leash puller or has behavioral issues that require significant attention, then there is an additional charge of $5/ night. This is because as strong leash puller is more physically demanding and throws off the balance of the rest of the pack. When a dog is unable to walk with the pack it often results in requiring me to do extra walks which takes playtime and TLC away from other dogs. I want to enjoy the walk as much as your dog therefore please also be mindful of the type of collar, harness and leash you use on your pups since it can play a huge role on how your dog walks and whether you can make it heel for you. Please make sure you always provide sitters with the correct tools for your specific dog (and their unique behavior) which means an appropriate collar or harness. I am happy to provide suggestions and give you some options. Additional examples of behavioral issues would be dogs that are chronic whiners or barkers and if your adult dog has a history of indoor marking, please be honest and understand we may need to crate it for up to 4-6 hrs max (usually less). It's not right for any sitter to have to clean up after a grown dog and if you are honest with us about potential issues you are aware of then we can be pro-active in preventing accidents. New clients: Test daycare or overnight stay required for anything longer than one night (especially holidays) so we can make sure it's a good fit. If your dog shows any aggression toward other dogs, this would not be a good fit. Because I do Rover full time, I need to make sure your dog is completely good with all ages of dogs (some dogs just don't like puppy energy.) I can separate them but I prefer not to for longer stays and/or holiday weeks. I am currently a stay at home mom of a 6 month old, 2 year old, and 8 year old, owner and sole operator of a local cleaning business, and in home caregiver for my autistic niece. I have 1 dog, a male pitbullmix who is very friendly and excited to keep your furbaby company. I always warn clients that my home is far from aesthetic. We are in the middle of a slow recovery from a house fire from 6 years ago, so a longterm renovation is currently active. We live deep in the country surrounded by acres of farmland, with no driveway or pavement. I say this so also mention that on rainy days please be cautious of the precautions you made need to to take to keep a clean car during transportation due to muddied paws from our lawn. With all that being said, I can guarantee to your furbaby will stay safe, comfortable, and happy. We have a secure, fully wired fenced backyard, so we go out for backyard time or playtime about 4 times a day, every 2-4 hours or so. Our guests can go out with us as much or as little as they want ☺️☺️ we can also rotate their backyard time if they prefer the yard to themselves.

About: I enjoy fostering dogs to help get more information about their personalities and in turn help them get adopted. I have also been a dog sitter for family and friends for years. I enjoy practicing my dog training hobby. I believe the more training a dog has the happier they will be. They will know their boundaries and what makes their human happy thus creating a positive environment. About: If you are a regular, please contact me directly as I am booked daily frequently but I will make wiggle room for my familiar friends. I am now accepting bookings for summer & autumn 2026. Except for cats - My adult daughter is my regular backup if needed and she usually covers cats visits because they loooove her. *** BONDED/INSURED and I guarantee my behavior in your home!!! Please check with any of my other clients. I love being video taped!!! Your home is just as safe as your pets! I’ve been the go-to girl for pet care in my extended family, friends, neighbors and even within my church for decades. I’ve helped puppies being born and taken care of seniors who needed medication. I work from home and set hours as you need me. I'm available on short notice if I know you. Otherwise, I prefer a meet and greet with new customers. Details are important for all of us. For Drop-In Visits, what is comfortable for your animal is what I do. We can do playtime or just feed/water/love. Puppies can use me for mountain climbing and senior dogs find me a restful friend. I work with cats as well as dogs and am not afraid of keeping a litterbox clean. Also, if you have any tentative travel plans for 2026; please let me know as soon as possible. I hate turning people down but I already have week long overnight bookings scheduled every month into thru May. I would be glad to block out dates while you firm up your plans, if needed. My work zone is limited - I try to only take jobs within a ***3 MILE radius of CEDAR LANE*** - so I can focus on each pet instead of driving all over the place. If you ask any of my regulars, you will find I can (and have been) called in on an emergency with no hesitation. I only take 1 drop-in on days I have my regular or 3 drop ins on my ‘free’ days. Sittings are a case by case basis but if your pet will work with me, I would love to work with them. I will book as far as 12 MONTHS in advance if you need me. I work my schedule around your pets. Any questions, I will be glad to answer. For clarification - Drop-ins are scheduled between 9 am and 8pm. My phone only works during these hours unless I am sitting your pet. House/Pet sittings can be during the day or an overnight stay. Usually, Day shift is 9am to 5 pm but I am willing to work with you as your schedule requires. Walks and sittings are different things. But I will gladly work with you if you give me advance notice. Overnight stays are usually 8-10pm as needed to 8am. Please ask if you need a different schedule during reservation. If I know in advance, I’m glad to work with you and your pet(s).
