About: I enjoy fostering dogs to help get more information about their personalities and in turn help them get adopted. I have also been a dog sitter for family and friends for years. I enjoy practicing my dog training hobby. I believe the more training a dog has the happier they will be. They will know their boundaries and what makes their human happy thus creating a positive environment. I currently work full-time from home therefore daycare or walks are the most ideal services for me. If we have a good established relationship (human to human and dog to human) I am open to overnight says. I have a larger fenced yard however the fence is vertically challenged. My girlfriend and I walk the dogs at least 3 times a day with a visit to the dog park in the evening. There is 3 other dogs that always meet us at the dog park at the same time as well that live in the same housing territory as us which helps them all socialize and play together. All 3 dogs get fed 3 times a day as well so your dog will not go hungry if it needs fed multiple times a day. I am currently not working so the dogs will be my priority! No worries at all as the dogs will always be coming first in this household. I have a small fenced in yard for the dogs to go out. We also have a friendly dog park right out back of the house as well in which we take the dogs to frequently and know most of the dogs that go to the park as well. We have 3 stories so the dogs will get plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs as well.

Except for cats - My adult daughter is my regular backup if needed and she usually covers cats visits because they loooove her. *** BONDED/INSURED and I guarantee my behavior in your home!!! Please check with any of my other clients. I love being video taped!!! Your home is just as safe as your pets! I’ve been the go-to girl for pet care in my extended family, friends, neighbors and even within my church for decades. I’ve helped puppies being born and taken care of seniors who needed medication. I work from home and set hours as you need me. I'm available on short notice if I know you. Otherwise, I prefer a meet and greet with new customers. Details are important for all of us. For Drop-In Visits, what is comfortable for your animal is what I do. We can do playtime or just feed/water/love. Puppies can use me for mountain climbing and senior dogs find me a restful friend. I work with cats as well as dogs and am not afraid of keeping a litterbox clean. Also, if you have any tentative travel plans for 2026; please let me know as soon as possible. I hate turning people down but I already have week long overnight bookings scheduled every month into thru May. I would be glad to block out dates while you firm up your plans, if needed. My work zone is limited - I try to only take jobs within a ***3 MILE radius of CEDAR LANE*** - so I can focus on each pet instead of driving all over the place. If you ask any of my regulars, you will find I can (and have been) called in on an emergency with no hesitation. I only take 1 drop-in on days I have my regular or 3 drop ins on my ‘free’ days. Sittings are a case by case basis but if your pet will work with me, I would love to work with them. I will book as far as 12 MONTHS in advance if you need me. I work my schedule around your pets. Any questions, I will be glad to answer. For clarification - Drop-ins are scheduled between 9 am and 8pm. My phone only works during these hours unless I am sitting your pet. House/Pet sittings can be during the day or an overnight stay. Usually, Day shift is 9am to 5 pm but I am willing to work with you as your schedule requires. Walks and sittings are different things. But I will gladly work with you if you give me advance notice. Overnight stays are usually 8-10pm as needed to 8am. Please ask if you need a different schedule during reservation. If I know in advance, I’m glad to work with you and your pet(s). Hope this helps, I’ve gotten a lot of questions lately. 😉 I am so sorry my rates have gone up but gas and insurance is killing me as an independent contractor. (They are little but insistent.) or running my many errands. I WILL respond to every request even if you are not in my zone. But I cannot respond while working or at church. You and your furry family are important to me, please let me prove it. I'm always willing to do drop ins and dog sitting. I love doing house sitting stays as it lets your pet be comfortable in his/her own space and keep to their schedule. I will follow your rules meticulously! About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I will take care of your fur babies just like I did mine and love them just as much. I am a college student as mentioned before so my current schedule is MWF and Tues and Thurs to be free after 11:15 am. However, I do live on campus in Norfolk at ODU so I can take business there as well but mainly for dog walking and pet sitting at your residence. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help snd be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)
