Any questions, I will be glad to answer. For clarification - Drop-ins are scheduled between 9 am and 8pm. My phone only works during these hours unless I am sitting your pet. House/Pet sittings can be during the day or an overnight stay. Usually, Day shift is 9am to 5 pm but I am willing to work with you as your schedule requires. Walks and sittings are different things. But I will gladly work with you if you give me advance notice. Overnight stays are usually 8-10pm as needed to 8am. Please ask if you need a different schedule during reservation. About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I will take care of your fur babies just like I did mine and love them just as much. I am a college student as mentioned before so my current schedule is MWF and Tues and Thurs to be free after 11:15 am. However, I do live on campus in Norfolk at ODU so I can take business there as well but mainly for dog walking and pet sitting at your residence. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help snd be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)

My babies have gone through lots of moves with the military with me and we are finally able to have the animals we want but not the space, so until we have the space, I’d love to help other people take care of their fur babies! About: Hello! My name is Kelsey. All of my life I have felt at home with animals (of ALL kinds). My dream is to one day run my own dog rescue. Until then, I've chose to submerge myself in doing what I love most. And that's being with animals. I have 4 cats and 3 dogs (along with my husband and son) at my home. They are so very spoiled and loved. I would absolutely love to be your pet sitter and more importantly...your pets friend when missing their human. I have several years of dog training experience, although I am NOT certified yet. (Worked with dogs at a boarding and training facility and also in a few dog boarding and daycare facilities.), so I have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to helping with training and dogs with small temperament issues. I also have experience with senior dogs. I also have experience with reptiles, fish, rodents, AND farm animals. So please don't hesitate to ask about that! (Also, PLANTS!) I will stay overnight, as needed, as long as I'm available and my families schedules allow it. I am currently in school for my Bachelor's degree. I have plenty of time when I am not studying. My schooling is mainly online so I'm flexible when it comes to when and where I study and do my school work, so I can always bring it with me if needed. My son has football practice and games throughout the week, but I can always schedule accordingly to make sure it works and his father is home from work. About: I enjoy fostering dogs to help get more information about their personalities and in turn help them get adopted. I have also been a dog sitter for family and friends for years. I enjoy practicing my dog training hobby. I believe the more training a dog has the happier they will be. They will know their boundaries and what makes their human happy thus creating a positive environment. I currently work full-time from home therefore daycare or walks are the most ideal services for me. If we have a good established relationship (human to human and dog to human) I am open to overnight says. I have a larger fenced yard however the fence is vertically challenged. About: My first two pets were 2 doggies at 9 months old. I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. I do recommend having us meeting before you leave so I can bond with your fur baby with you there so they are comfortable with me. If you have a certain route you like to take your fur baby for walks or if you have a dog park where your dog can play with other dogs (if they are social) let me know! Otherwise I will walk your fur baby for a minimum of one hour and maybe even take them with me for small store runs in the area (with your permission ofc!).
