About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments! I grew up with two energetic, medium-sized dogs and regularly took them on walks, which sparked my love for pet care. Over the years, I’ve helped neighbors, friends, and family members with their pups—gaining experience walking and caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. I currently volunteer at the Jacksonville Humane Society, where I walk a variety of dogs and am now beginning to support the kitten and cat areas as well. At home, I live with a cat and just adopted a new puppy, so I understand both the energy and training needs of young dogs as well as how to respect feline boundaries while offering companionship and care. Whether we’re going on a walk, playing, or just cuddling, I treat every fur baby like my own. About: I have taken care of a number of pets, of all ages and breeds, for various amounts of time! Between a Cane Corso, Lizard, Mini Schnauzer, Cats and puppies, there’s nothing I can’t handle! I can make anything work with my own schedule to give you the time away that you need! I work as a Paralegal for a very flexible, laidback attorney! He allows me to come and go as I need to assist with animals! I take care of the pets before I leave for work, will go back on lunch breaks for a nice walk and then of course, after work! Mackenna is an exceptionally thorough, patient, and professional caregiver. She is reliable, experienced, and possesses excellent communication skills. Mackenna has taken wonderful care of both of my dogs—Indy, a female Doberman, and Oakley, a male Boxer. Both are high-energy and require plenty of exercise, attention, and patience, all of which Mackenna provides with genuine care and enthusiasm.
