I have a 110 lb lab mix and a 70 lb Great Pyrenees mix—both can be a handful at times—but Amber handled them with confidence and care. What truly impressed me was how she connected with my younger dog, who is very skittish and slow to warm up to new people. By the end of the week, not only had my pup warmed up to Amber—she was jumping on the bed and cuddling next to her, something she rarely even does with me or my husband. I was amazed! In your house, I will give your dog all the comfort that it needs because I'm sure not having their owner around will be an adjustment at first. I am able to take your pet on as many walks as needed, follow whatever food schedule that is required, and have as much cuddle time as they let me! I would care for your pet with the mindset that this is a little family member and treat it with the kindness and respect all animals deserve and I never bring anyone else over to the client's house.

About: I’ve taken care of my own dog since we got her 8 years ago. I’ve pet sat for many friends with dogs as small as miniature poodles to as big as labs. I can currently dog walk or pet sit anytime during week days. I am available during weekends for walking or pet sitting but overnight sitting needs to be scheduled in advance. :) I can do anything a client needs me to do in their home. This includes letting the pets outside, feeding them, playing with them, cleaning, etc. I do not offer to care for pets in my own home.

About: I lost my beagle baby girl a year and a half ago, and I would love to give your pet the same care and attention as her. I have experience walking, nail trimming, administering medication, and assisting with mobility issues. I love all animals and would happily welcome yours into my home. I am looking to provide dog walking/quick visit services on weekdays after my work, and boarding services on weekends when I’m off. While in my care, your pet will have my diligent attention and care. I have a big yard for running and playing. It is not fenced, but I can utilize tethers to give them room to move around under supervision. I will make it my top priority to love your pet and follow your care instructions.

About: I have had dogs since I was 7 years old. I’ve had big dogs and little dogs. I currently have 2 dogs of my own and I foster through Cross Your Paws Rescue. I love dogs more than most people. I have dog sat in my own house as well as family and friends homes. I promise to care for your dog(s) as if they were my own! I currently work full time but my husband works from home so someone is almost always at home with the dogs. When we aren’t home, it’s only for dinner or a quick grocery run. I work from home which allows me the flexibility to prioritize pet care in a way I wouldn’t be able to with a traditional office. This gives me the ability to keep anxious dogs company, breaks for play time, medication, cuddles or walks when they are needed, not when they can be fit in. I create a calm, secure environment where pets feel safe and comfortable. Whether in my home or theirs, I work on building trust by moving at each pet’s pace and honoring their boundaries. Safety is always my top priority, I supervise pets closely, follow all instructions carefully, and adapt to their unique needs. I keep spaces clean, hazard-free, and ensure pets have fresh water, proper food, and quiet resting spots. For reactive or anxious pets, I use gentle, low stress handling & positive reinforcement or redirecting to help them feel calm and supported. About: I had numerous dogs growing up and currently have one of my own, Finley, a Goldendoodle; I adore looking after pets and others. Dogs of all energy levels are welcome as I have a large yard, great for playtime, and plenty of space to accommodate others. Plenty of experience with medicines and special needs animals, too. Routine is key with time management to make sure there adequate time for play and adventure. Every morning starts with a walk, and I typically take my own pet to the park twice a day. My home has an enclosed backyard with ample space to run around. When house/petsitting, I’ll always ensure pets are on a leash before exiting to run errands or go for a walk.
