“Excellent sitter. Took great care of my dachshund over the weekend. Big fenced in yard, lots of room for the dogs to play. He was so exhausted when he got back which is no easy feat! Great communication, loves dogs, easy to work with. Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer was great to work with and very friendly. She took time to meet with us ahead to get to know us and this helped us a lot since we had never used a boarding service before. Her own dogs are sweet and welcoming also, and she has family that help keep everyone happy. I recommend and would definitely work with her again in future!”

“Jacob took superb care of my dog during my business trip. I had full confidence Odie was in excellent hands. We returned to find him very happy. I highly recommend Jacob's services.”

“This was the first time Tiffany has watched Macey and everything was great! The meet-and-greet prior to Macey's stay couldn't have gone better. Macey loved Tiffany from the start! We received many photos throughout Macey's stay and could tell she had made herself at home there. We would definitely use Tiffany again.”

“My Sophie is a special needs dog being blind and diabetic. Jasmine and Brittany took such good care of her and I am so appreciative of their excellent, loving care. I won’t hesitate to use their service again. Thanks to both of them.”

“We picked up our boys yesterday pretty much as soon as we got back to town! We missed them so much! They were happy to see us but it was so obvious to see that they had been well cared for and very much loved by Taya and her husband for the entire time we were gone. They sent us pictures and updates regularly letting us know how our guys were getting along and I’m pretty sure the dogs want to have a serious talk with us about getting a fenced Apple orchard and a barn…lol. Sorry boys, that’ll have to wait for your next visit to Taya’s! We highly recommend her and will ABSOLUTELY be booking with her again.”

“Super stoked Alia could take in Vega. I felt confident that she was in good hands. Definitely would use her next time thru Eau Clair. Thanks Alia! - Gave her a 1st class grooming also!”

“Molly was kind, very accommodating, helpful and responsive. My dog had a blast playing with the other dogs she was caring for and came home happy and exhausted.”

“Bandit was happy to see Tawni when we went to her house today. As this was our first time, we had made a little visit ahead of time for Bandit to meet Tawni and her dog Ivy, a Jack Russell terrier. Bandit was glad to see Tawni and then when Ivy came out, they had a wonderful time playing all afternoon! Thanks, Tawni and Ivy for such a nice day! We got notes from Tawni on their playtime as the afternoon progressed and had no worries!”

“Our pups Loved Gretchen and Amy and their pups/cats! Such a wonderful place to leave our pets when we can’t take them! We will certainly be back!! They sent a couple pictures which made us know that we left our pups in great hands!!”

“This was our Sophie’s first overnight stay at a boarding home (Sophie is 9 months old). I love that she was exposed to a farm home setting with other dogs, cats, cows, and a family that included kids for her to play with. Socialization was important to us, and I am happy to say that Sophie came home tired and happy, and I am sure will be ready to visit Katie and her family again in the near future. Thank you, Katie, for making this a positive experience for our pup.”

“Our dog Zero had such a good time at Amanda's, we actually felt guilty picking him up! Amanda shared regular updates and photos, and, while she maintained Zero's normal routine of walks, meals, and sleep, the extra play and snuggle time the family gave Zero clearly made him one content, tuckered out pup. We would definitely bring Zero to Amanda's for boarding again in the future.”

“We will definitely request Braydon to watch our dogs in the future. He communicated very well, and id he had a question, he asked it. We had Braydon come to our home. It was so nice to come home, and have everything look the same. Our dogs were happy and safe. Thanks Braydon!”

“Dylan and Whitney’s care of Dusty was phenomenal. They were able to take Dusty in on short notice and treated him so well. In addition, the communication and the speed of communication was always great and fast. Dylan sent us pics to help us while we were missing him. They were always a highlight of our day. We HIGHLY recommend Dylan!”

About: I'm a 21 year old college student who has always had a deep love for animals, and I plan on working with them for the rest of my life. I’ve worked in the Pet Care department at PetSmart—including cat adoptions—for over 2.5 years, and I’m currently a doggy daycare attendant and groomer at Waggin’ Tails in Menomonie, where I’ve been for the past 8 months. Each day, I care for groups of 15+ dogs, making sure they’re not only safe, but having fun, getting the enrichment they need, and going home happy and well-cared for. I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, from energetic puppies to sweet seniors, as well as dogs who are deaf, blind, anxious, or need a little extra patience. This has given me valuable experience with dog behavior, basic training, crate and kennel handling, grooming, hygiene, and more. I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life, and now that I’m in college and living in an apartment, I truly cherish my time working with animals. I recently adopted two sweet cats, and they tolerate dogs, though due to my small apartment size, I usually prefer pet sitting or visits at your home. That said, depending on the pet, I’m open to discussing care in my space as well. In addition to my dog care experience, I have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a variety of pets, including birds, small animals, reptiles, and fish. I’m a proud crested gecko and frog mama, and have a well-maintained fish tank. This broad experience has deepened my understanding of the specific needs and care requirements of different types of animals, allowing me to provide well-rounded care for all kinds of pets. Whether your pet needs a walk, a drop-in for feeding and play, or full-time care while you’re away, I will treat them like one of my own—with love, patience, and plenty of attention. I believe working with animals is my true calling, and I would be honored to meet your pet and be part of their care team! I work at Waggin’ Tails Doggy Daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Outside of those hours, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for pet care—including evenings and weekends. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities—whether they’re in my care at your home or mine. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with two cats who tolerate dogs. While my apartment is small and cozy, it has a large yard just outside my door (unfortunately, it’s not fenced), I’m open to hosting dogs depending on their temperament and needs. However, due to my cats’ personalities, I’m unable to house additional cats at my home. That said, I typically prefer caring for pets in the comfort of their own home, where they feel most secure. I offer a variety of services, including walks, potty breaks, feeding, playtime, enrichment activities, and even administering medication or supplements if needed. I have personal experience with administering daily medications to my own cats, so I’m gentle and thorough with this process. When caring for pets in your home, I always respect your space and follow any specific routines or care instructions you provide. My goal is to ensure your pet feels safe, secure, and loved while you’re away.

Carly L.
“If there’s one person in this world I would trust with any of my pets, it would be Carly. She has such a natural bond with all kinds of animals, but especially dogs. She had spent countless time around dogs of all breeds and sizes. She handles each dog as if it were her own, and pays close attentions to that dog’s specific needs. She also has plenty of knowledge on proper care of cats, aquatic life, and reptiles. When my 80 pound pitbull mix has been in her care, it’s such a sense of relief knowing there isn’t anyone better that my girl could be spending that time with.”
Irvington dog parents share their Rover experiences
Dessirae is the best! This was our dogs' first stay with her, and it was great! The dogs loved her and her home. The dogs were not entirely sure that they wanted to return home with me, when I showed up to retrieve them today. I only hope that they were well behaved, as we hope that they will have future stays with her.

Approved a last minute request due to an unexpected need to travel out of town - grateful for that! Was incredibly responsive to communication, sent photos and updates, and created an easy, smooth process for us. Conveniently located in Menomonie, and love that our dog had a fenced in back yard to run in. Would highly recommend!
