About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats my whole life. I have also been petsitting since I was a kid!, my mom and I spent school breaks house/pet sitting for all kinds of animals, but mostly dogs: pugs, bulldogs, golden retrievers, black labs, border collies, Australian shepherds, and more. While I don’t have my own dogs, most of my experience in pet care is with dogs. I’m a Business Accounting student at Uw Stout but I have lots of flexibility in my schedule to care for furry friends! My schedule is designed with 2-3 hours free midday so they are never alone more than 4 hours. I am a natural caretaker so looking after others, people and animals alike, comes naturally to me. I grew up around dogs/cats of all kinds my whole life and have previous experience with dog sitting for friends while they were away on trips. I’ve also volunteered at my local animal shelter, where I spent time caring for and walking both dogs and cats. You don’t need to worry about traveling, as I have my own vehicle to travel. Because I work part time at a clinic, I’m available only afternoons and nights during the week. However, I'm available all day during the weekends. If you need a sitter, I would be unavailable to take them to my own house, but can stop in/stay at your place. Caring for an pet greatly depends on the pet themselves and the owner's desires. I love to play and be active with the animals if allowed. If a pet is older and doesn't like to be active for long, I enjoy just spending the quality time so they aren't lonely while their owner is away. I also always check in with the client about their pet's basic needs, such as how much they are fed and how often, how often they are let out, if there is any needs for any disabilities, etc.
About: I’ve taken care of family members or friends dogs since I was 13. I volunteered at a humane society and I work at a vet clinic as a vet assistant. I’m currently working a part time job on the weekends until the end of October and I’m a college student. I am available during the week after classes.
