“Katie was able to come and take care of my fur babies when I had a last minute cancellation. She was great with my babies and kept me updated everyday. I highly recommend her if you want someone who cares for your babies as much as you do.”

“My dog loves her! As soon as I got home I let him out of his crate and he usually just wants attention but after her visit he ran around the whole house to see if she was still here! Amazing experience!”

“Katie was amazing! She visited three times a day, walked my dog each time, made sure she was well-fed, and even administered her medication perfectly. I came home to a happy, healthy pup and couldn’t be more grateful. Katie is reliable, caring, and clearly loves what she does. Highly recommend and will definitely rebook her again!”

About: I have loved animals my whole life. I wanted to be a veterinarian when I was younger, but my foster life didn’t give me the chance. I spent two years raising birds when I was younger and every home I’ve lived in has had multiple cats or dogs. We currently have one dog that is an ESA for my youngest daughter. He is the most tolerable kind dog I’ve ever met and loves playing with other dogs. I have no breed restrictions. I’ve had experience with dogs, cats, birds, and horses. I’m also open to caring for cage critters and snakes. Feel free to ask! I work a lot of hours but I am self employed so I can take breaks at a moments notice. I am very flexible in my schedule but also have a routine. I prefer to have at least 2-3 days notice for returning pet parents and 1 week notice for new parents to adjust my routine, have time for a meet and greet and make it work for everyone. I have a large fenced backyard and one extremely playful and loving pup. He is a Husky/Golden Retriever mix that doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. My dog sleeps with my kids, particularly my youngest as he was adopted as an ESA for he’s severe nighttime anxiety when she was younger. At this time I am not boarding due to restrictions. This may change later. If I am caring for your pet at your house, I am happy to bring mine along as a playmate or I can leave him at home.

“Bekah was so wonderful with both of our cats! The pictures were adorable and I could tell both Ann (the usually hesitant older kitty) and George (the rambunctious young kitty) we’re both comfortable and happy during her visits! Wonderful care! Will definitely be asking Bekah to care for them again!”

About: I've helped care for all kinds of animals, from baby chicks to horses since I was a little girl. I had my first dog about 15 years and he was like my baby. I currently have a chihuahua and mixed breed (Italian greyhound/jack Russell) I brought home from Italy. I can care for birds, fish, and reptiles as well. I'll even feed your chickens. I have 4 years of experience fostering puppies and dog sitting as well. I'm flexible on hours. I love to go on walks, play, and make it a fun day! Pets are family and I would care for yours like they were my own. While following any instructions you give, I'll ensure your pet is safe and accommodated at all times. I'm a student and homeschooling mom, so I'm flexible on time. I play fetch a couple times a day with my own pets and work on simple commands with rewards. I make sure my pets feel loved and cared for. With guidance on how you'd like me to care for your pet, I can be accommodating. If your dog plays well with others, and you are looking for boarding, I have a large fenced in yard and a safe neighborhood for walks. I can follow your feeding schedule, no matter if it's dry, wet, or raw foods. I can come morning or afternoons, or both if you need me to come to your home.

“Colleen was great with our two dogs, Brodie and Sara. She came over prior to the trip and met both dogs and reviewed our wishes in detail. She was prompt each day and we received a report on each visit to include a picture of both dogs. When we arrived home Brodie and Sara were happy and playful unlike when we pick them up from the kennel and they look emotionally and physically beat down. We will be using Rover and Colleen for our future needs.”

You can trust that I will not mistreat any animal in my care and protect them with my life. I live in the SW side of Decatur, AL. We have a decent fenced in back yard where your pets can run, jump, and have all the exploring adventure that they desire. I am currently not a pet owner but my roommate has a small dog. He's kind to children and if he meets another dog properly . Thinks he's bigger than he is. I have experience caring for cats, and lizards as well. I have worked with many animals and am comfortable grooming, walking, feeding, playing with and caring for pets. Working for myself currently so I have a pretty flexible schedule. Please feel free to contact me to discuss my services. It is fenced in back yard where the pets can run around and play. Clean house ... Really don't allow dogs on the furniture or in my personal room . I can play with your pet and give the necessary attention. I am available for whatever your needs are, rather it be short term or long term, cold or hot I am the man with the plan to care for your dog. Well I live in a nice, beautiful, quiet neighborhood where its normal to see a bunch of pet owners, so Rover fits right in. I work for myself and am a on call handyman and lawn service provider. I'm usually close to house all day with frequent check ins. Within a every 4 hour period. I am easy going with animals. I may have to hug an pet to show support, may have to conversate with them, play tag, tug of war.

About: I am a 23 year old female who loves all animals. I have grown up with animals all my life and have owned many of my own pets. I very much like spending time walking around or just sitting and gaming and cuddling with my pets. I am able to train puppies as i have owned a 3 time grand champion vizsla, though I am no professional I was just taught so i could show my dog. I enjoy spending time in the woods and or in the ocean just being about in the beauty of nature. I hope and pray to be able to meet your little or big angel because that is what a pet is an ANGEL and a beloved family member. please enjoy your day!

About: Since I was a child, I've been raising and taking care of animals of all shapes and sizes. I've nursed plenty of bottle babies- kittens, puppies and even rodents and farm animals. I've worked at the Chattanooga Zoo and volunteered at shelters across the country, so there's nothing you can throw at me that I haven't seen before! I currently work full-time with Tuesday and Wednesday off, and I'm free in the afternoon as well. I usually have availability to step away as needed. I love matching a pet's energy and I'm happy hanging out on the couch or running circles in the yard- whatever the situation calls for!

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 11! Friends and family alike trust me to take care of their family pets with the utmost care! I am currently working a part time job but your pets happiness and care are my first priority. Your pets care will be thorough and caring! I respect the boundaries of your home and your pets routine within it. Everything will be left just as it was when you left and your pets care comes will be happy and healthy!

About: My parents gave me a Cocker Spaniel while I was a toddler. My whole life I have had at least one dog and more often than not I have had two or three. I have pup sat for many friends and have fostered more than 100 dogs. That number is not exaggerated. I founded Cavalier Rescue of Florida and was their first Director of Rescue. I held that position for 8 years until we moved to Alabama, but that Group is still going strong. Because I have had so many foster dogs in and out of my home I gained more knowledge than most in caring for dogs: very sick dogs, very old dogs, puppies and many fur babies that required daily medical treatments. I know how to check and treat diabetes, ear and eye problems, and give dogs injections if needed. I love all breeds of dogs and have had experience with many breeds and mixes. I honestly become unhappy when I am not surrounded by canines. I also am an experienced dog trainer and would be glad to give you instructions if you’re trying to train your dog. I currently foster for Cavalier Rescue USA, another great rescue organization. I am retired and my husband who is also a dog lover is retired. We are at home most of the time and don't leave our dogs at home without crating them for safety reasons and for no more than five hours without having someone check on them. I can sit for your furbabies any weekday and on weekends. I always put caring for the dogs before anything else. We have a very large fenced back yard with shade trees and double fences where there are gates. We have double fences in case someone leaves a gate open. We have never had a dog escape from our yard.

“Alex did an excellent job caring for my fur babies on drop in visits. She's kind and ensured they had fresh food and water. I highly recommend her.”

Devin H.

“Devin gets a 5/5. Not only did he provide TLC to my dogs while I was away, He also bathed them when they got messy in mud going potty in his backyard. sent pics before and after to reassure me that they were okay during this tornado weather. His tornado shelter is a plus. Since this was my first time away from my animals in over a year, I was nervous. But he was able to keep in touch with me on the status of them and send a daily picture or two of the dogs. Thanks again!”

Meaghan & Johnny L.Star Sitter

Her attitude was always positive and she was always sure to have a smile on her face. You guys would be more than lucky to have such a beautiful soul.”

Anna A.
“Hello! I've known Anna for a long time now, and I've always known that her dogs are very important to her. She was the one that taught me all I know about how to care for dogs (diet, exercise, training, etc.). Anna enjoys hiking with her dogs in her free time so I imagine she doesn't have a hard time keeping up with them! I think Anna would would make a very capable and responsible choice for anyone looking to have their dog friends cared for.”

Donna & Will M.Star Sitter
“I have known Donna for over 20 years. As a show breeder and owner handler of pure bred toy dogs, I have worked with Donna as a club member, rescue volunteer and breeder.
