About: My friends and family have relied on me to look after their dogs when they’re at work or out of town. My care consists of lots of love, running around in parks and more. I have experience in taking care of cats, dogs and elders! I’m a full time college student, as well as working for Rover part time. I will have lots of time to love and care for your pets! I am available on weekends for boarding and weekdays after 5pm. I have cared for my giant dog for the past 7 years. I love playing with him in the backyard, taking him out for runs and to the parks, as well as grooming his coat.

About: Hi! I've been in the animal care industry for over 20 years now, starting as an assistant at my local Veterinary clinic in high school. I have an Animal Science degree from UC Davis, and worked at the School of Veterinary Medicine there for over 6 years. I love dogs and have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities! I have over five years of experience with training as well, and can provide opportunities for extra activities (walks, runs, trick training for enrichment, etc.) if requested. I’m so excited to help care for your pets when available, providing enrichment, exercise, or more. I am only available two days a week so that I can be sure to provide your pet with the time and dedication they deserve. I have been training dogs professionally for over five years and have experience with dogs of varying temperaments and training levels. About: I have had dogs and puppies many times in the past years so I am familiar with the needs of older dogs and puppies. I enjoy walking and taking walks with your dog. I am retired, living in the foothills of Jackson. I can be available to travel to your home, stay in your guest room, and hang out with your pets, or take your small pet at my home. When dogs and I walk I enjoy getting to know the surrounding area. Many times a neighbor will talk to me when we are on our walks! I am retired. Since I am available to travel to your home and stay there with your pets while I enjoy them and the time spent reading and visiting local attractions. Should you wish to use my home for care, I am home a lot while going out for a couple of hours at a time for my social meetings and such. I appreciate that much of the time I spend will be at your home with your pets. If I go out they will be wherever you leave them when you go to work or play. I always make sure they are safe and that I return in time for walks, their next meal and shared evening and sleep routine time.

About: I have been talking care of animals all my life! Have had cats, dogs, chickens, and rabbits! I was apart of FFA in high school taking care of farm animals too! Animals have always been my passion of mine and I love their unique personalities! I currently work part time in a restaurant, but I’m never gone for more that 6 hours, I always have time to play with your pets, to feed them, and to give them all the scratches 🥰 I’ll keep them safe in there environment, make sure they get into nothing that they can get into. I’ve memorized all the food dogs and cat cannot eat! Keeping them safe, healthy, and happy in there environment is my #1 priority! 🥰

About: I worked at a pet store for 7 years and was a certified dog trainer for 4 so I am happy to work with your dog on some commands or potty training if needed! I’m a full time remote worker so I have open availability! My work does not keep me glued to the desk so I’m able to let pets out or give snuggles anytime! My workday finishes around 1-2pm so afternoon walks and naps are always an option! I don’t care for pets in my own home but will always promise to keep them safe and will not hesitate to message with any questions I have. As a former dog trainer, I have extensive knowledge on harnesses so I know how to make sure they don’t slip out during a walk!

About: I have been around breeds of all kinda. I have even taken care of a neighbor 3 dogs. They had a basset hound, boxer and an american bull dog. I currently do have pets but it doesnt give me the option to list since they are not cats or dogs. I have 2 geese, 6 ducks, and 5 chickens I love being around animals. It will be able to work with me and be able to be home for my daughter when she gets home from school. She loves dogs and cats. I will be able to care for the fur baby or babies in the client's home while they are away on vacation or just out of town for a few days. I will be able to stop by and check on them. take on walks, feed and water.

About: I’m the neighbors trusted ally when it comes to keeping everything safe. I can love on less than friendly animals with ease - and I’m known to triple check every gate and door I’ve touched. Your animals are safe with me. Old animas Grouchy animals Rescues Cats, dogs, pigs, rabbits, sheep, horses, donkeys, horses. I am currently working from home as I manage a construction project - a small cottage inclusive of a one acre pasture. I also have weeks where I am available in the Bay Area for daily check ins and walks as I frequent that area at times. In your home I’ll follow whatever instructions are left. At my home - I have a one acre pasture in the back of my home and a quarter acre of fenced yard in the front. In addition, I have a 30 ft Rv with a full size couch and bed for pets. There they can roam free or stay crated if that is your preference. I love animals so if you think your buddy needs me to stay in the rv with them over night, I can do that too. I typically keep clients pets separate from my own unless requested. I usually start the day by taking each pet out to run and play in the pasture for about an hour… and end it the same way. I started pet sitting after a friends pet was lost in a Brentwood boarding facilities fire. Realized I am a safer option as I am always present and don’t leave anyone alone for more than an hour or so.

“Had to leave our cats for about a week. Just asked for a daily check-in and feeding. Also did ask for her to try to give our little girl Mei a daily pill. We figured Mei would disappear and give her no chance. But she got her her medicine every day except for the first day. Impressive. Also cleaned up some cat sick. Very happy. And cats seemed very happy.”

I have occasionally provided respite to animal rescue homes with up to 15 animals when the proprietors are out of state on vacation. I am also a retired certified nurse aide with first responder medical training, a safe driver with car insurance, and a trusted provider with a clean Federal back ground clearance as a Notary Public for the state of California. I serve all of Amador County. Although I would consider other counties on a case by case basis. I am a retired Health Care Provider with many years of Special Needs Pet Sitting experience and prefer to stay busy on my 3 acres of fenced in property. My pets and the pets that I host enjoy joining me on morning and afternoon walks on trails and playing fetch. I keep a close eye on them when we are outside. Then we all snuggle up on the couch and dog beds after meals while we watch a fun movie together.
