It quickly became obvious that she wasn’t just watching him, she genuinely cared about him. She took the time to learn his personality, celebrate his milestones, and even pointed out little behaviors that helped me become a better dog owner. Seeing my puppy build confidence, socialize appropriately, and genuinely enjoy himself meant the world to me. She even noticed that Tonka learned to ring the bell when he needed to go outside and made sure to reinforce that behavior. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She kept his bedding clean, cleaned his eyes daily, monitored his potty habits, let me know about behaviors that needed training, and adapted her routine to fit what worked best for him. By the end of his stay, it honestly seemed like Tonka had become part of the family. She told me she was sad to see him leave, and I could tell the feeling was mutual. About: Hi, I grew up around several different animals of all sizes from rodents/reptiles to livestock/dogs. I have always had at least one dog in my life at all times. The more the merrier. I love all animals big and small. I worked at a kennel where I learned about boarding and training dogs for about a year and I have pet sat for about 15 years in grand total. I currently work at a pet store in Sutter Creek. I love being around dogs and training or even just hanging out and playing. I am a outdoorsy person. I have experience with livestock animals also. Horses, cattle, chickens, Lhamas, mini animals, donkeys. I have references also if you would like them. Our home is completely fenced and sits on 3 acres. We have two friendly german shepherds. I work part time so some days I am gone at work. But our 17 year old daughter is always home. We also go to church Sunday morning so we would be gone for a couple hours but otherwise we are always home. I care for pets in my home as I would my own. I have 3 German Shepherds. 10 months to 7 years old. As for in home pet sitting I would follow whatever routine you have set for your fur babies already so it would be easier on them.

About: I have always been in love with animals, and so from a young age I have always been the one to help a person babysit there fur babies if needed, and what better way to spend time making money, taking care of different amazing animals. I also bring 9 years of experience working in a small animal veterinary hospital as a Registered Vet Tech. I am focusing on pet-sitting as my primary occupation at the moment. My daily routine begins with feeding the dogs and horses, followed by a morning walk around the property. Throughout the day, I allow them to play in the yard, giving them the opportunity for exercise and enjoyment. In the afternoon, to facilitate some quiet time, I either give a puzzle toy or a no-hide chew treat, and we conclude the day with dinner and a final walk before bedtime. I offer boarding services in my home on a fully fenced 5-acre property. The space includes a small fenced-in dog yard, as well as a fence around the front area. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

Currently, I have three dogs and ten chickens at home, and I am responsible for their daily care, including feeding, cleaning, and overall needs. My oldest dog is 15 years old, and I have been primarily responsible for his care for the past seven years. Most of my experience is with small dogs under 20 pounds, but I have also walked and cared for larger dogs weighing around 100 pounds. Additionally I have been a prominent member of Tokay FFA’s Veterinary science team, on this team I’ve learned dozens of minor medical procedures that I am confident in doing such as administration of various medications via oral, aural, and injections, bandage wrapping and removal, and the concept of safe handling with all kinds of animals. I am well versed in many species of animals, ages, and sizes so I hope to be a good fit for your beloved pets. I am currently on summer break and will be attending college this coming fall, as of right now my schedule is fairly open. T is a few days where my hours may change, but overall I am available at all times of day every day to fit your needs. Times are subject to change and if I ever have a conflict I will be sure to notify you with proper prior notice to ensure your pets are taken care of. If there is fences at your home I will always be sure to lock and close them behind me if your pets are inside, I am also well versed in handling larger dogs/animals so I will not easily be pushed to the side if your pet is prone to doing so. I am confident in my animal handling skills and if your dog needs to be fenced in or crated I am confident I can do so.

About: As someone who grew up with dogs, both small and large, I've learned what it takes to make sure the puppies are well cared for, between giving them the right food, making sure they go on walks, and grooming. Our pets are our best friends and so we should take the greatest care of them, and I'm willing to do that for all animals alike. I'm currently a part time worker both on weekends and weekdays and have lots of time to dedicate to taking care of pets. The only time I would not be able to offer my services is dueing weekends. In my home, I have a fenced yard to allow for our big huskies to have space to play and run, offering them toys that I know would keep them entertained. I also make sure to clean my dogs and ensure they eat healthily.
About: I have been owned by cats and dogs in the past. I recently transferred with my job from the East Coast to Utah, and now reside in Northern California and currently frequent the Humane Society to visit with the cats and dogs waiting for homes. Pet Sitting - I am able to walk them/feed in the mornings and after 5 p.m. Monday-Wednesday and Thursday - Sundays more frequently. I do prefer overnight pet sitting. I am reliable, responsible and have a "knack" with most pets. I do need to know about any behavioral issues (likes to chew on things that aren't their toys for example). Do they do well with new people? I prefer not to sit pit bull terriers, but mixed breeds I don't have a problem with. About: Owner Away? I’ll Sit and Stay. I am willing to take care of your dog at my house or yours and have been an avid lover of our furry friends for as long as I can remember. Besides caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish and gerbils of my own in the past, I have been declared the animal whisperer in my family. I am currently a third-year student studying to create prosthetics for animals at Cal Poly University and volunteer with Guide Dogs for the Blind as well as two other organizations that foster and rehouse animals to their furrrever homes. I would love nothing more than the opportunity to meet with you and your pet to give them the best level of care while you're away and to help you feel confident in trusting to leave your fur baby with me. I am currently taking this quarter off of school to focus on work and so I have quite a bit of free time as my job only requires that I work from home. That being said, whatever availability is required to fit your needs, that is a department I am more than flexible to appease. Ideally, I would like to offer care in the client's home, whether that be pet/house sitting or just walking the dog. In that situation, I would be more than happy to take care of upkeeping the household if need be (i.e. water plants, take out the trash, pick up the mail, etc.) I live in an apartment complex where smaller animals are allowed so depending on the client's case, I can try to accommodate housing arrangements in my home instead.

About: I grew up with dogs and had my own in early adulthood, but circumstances have been such that I can't have one of my own right now. That doesn't stop me from loving on dogs! I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, including those with special diets. I have a lot of flexibility at the moment and can be sure your dog gets walked early in the morning or in the evening to avoid the heat. I love to walk and will be happy to ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise. I have a fenced yard and no pets of my own. I have a doggy doorbell at the back door that many dogs learn to use when they want to go in or out.
