I grew up on a farm where my mom bred Newfoundlands & Great Pyrenees, so caring for dogs has always been second nature. Over the years, I’ve had German Shepherds, an Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Rottweiler, Pomeranian, Samoyed and mixed breeds. Zach grew up with a horse and has had Black Labs, German Shepherds, Peekapoos, Pitbulls, Golden Retrievers and Boxers—he’s known as the “dog whisperer” among friends and family. You will have nothing to worry about even if you are the most anxious type of pet parent, as I am after trying so many sitters over the years and some of them have not been great. He not only ate well (which was an issue the last time I tried to leave him), but also he came out for his dinner while she was there, and allowed pets!!
