“Jenniann, is a blessing from above. She was able to provide for my puppies at the very last minute. When my already scheduled rover sitter canceled as I was traveling to her house. I was in a panic because my flight was in two hours. And if you know anything about Atlanta airport, you know you need to be there between two to three hours prior to your flight. I went back on to the Rover website and I searched the ZIP Code for my current location and lo and behold this angel popped up, Jenniann!!! I immediately reached out via the website to see how soon she can watch the puppies. She responded immediately and said she was available. I scheduled the date and time and went to her house immediately she stepped in with the sense of urgency, and sense of care sense of willing to assist. Jenniann is very professional. Her communication skills goes above and beyond. In the middle of my crisis, she made my situation become ease and calm that my for babies was in good hands. I didn't have time to give my puppies a bath. She provided that service for me as well. My plane was coming in a little late, she she extended aftercare. The thought and the care she has for others and their pets is heartwarming because she really cares. I will always use her services for my fur babies. Love the fact the their facility is a 6 acre area that allows our pet to play with the other pets and just overall have a great experience. I've started watching pets for my friends and family, and love the extra company. I know it's hard to leave your baby with a new person, and am more than happy to go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! Daily pictures, text or phone updates, whatever you'd like! I want you to be able to relax, knowing your friend is in good hands. I have experience caring for animals with medical needs. Giving meds or modifying care to accommodate little ones is second nature to me - my babies are special needs. I totally understand needing extra care. I work remote for the majority of the week, and can be flexible with my work schedule to accommodate guests. I let the dogs out serval times a day (supervised) in the yard for potty breaks and sunshine. I have a fenced yard and two small dogs who can keep your dog company. One of them is energetic and would love to play, the other is more mellow and happy to lay around with a friend. Both of them enjoy the company of other dogs.
