“Jenniann, is a blessing from above. She was able to provide for my puppies at the very last minute. When my already scheduled rover sitter canceled as I was traveling to her house. I was in a panic because my flight was in two hours. And if you know anything about Atlanta airport, you know you need to be there between two to three hours prior to your flight. I went back on to the Rover website and I searched the ZIP Code for my current location and lo and behold this angel popped up, Jenniann!!! I immediately reached out via the website to see how soon she can watch the puppies. She responded immediately and said she was available. “Jenniann, is a blessing from above. She was able to provide for my puppies at the very last minute. When my already scheduled rover sitter canceled as I was traveling to her house. I was in a panic because my flight was in two hours. And if you know anything about Atlanta airport, you know you need to be there between two to three hours prior to your flight. I went back on to the Rover website and I searched the ZIP Code for my current location and lo and behold this angel popped up, Jenniann!!! I immediately reached out via the website to see how soon she can watch the puppies. She responded immediately and said she was available. I scheduled the date and time and went to her house immediately she stepped in with the sense of urgency, and sense of care sense of willing to assist. Jenniann is very professional. Her communication skills goes above and beyond. In the middle of my crisis, she made my situation become ease and calm that my for babies was in good hands. I didn't have time to give my puppies a bath. She provided that service for me as well. My plane was coming in a little late, she she extended aftercare. The thought and the care she has for others and their pets is heartwarming because she really cares. I will always use her services for my fur babies.
