About: I have had pets all my life and I’m a dog Mom of a Bernadoodle Honey Bun and a Maltipoo named Teddy I am retired with time on my hands and would be happy to walk your fur baby! I have found a real need for doggie daycare in this area! I’m retired with plenty of time on my hands! And discovered there is a real need for a reliable and conscientious dog sitter in the area! Close to Route 85 for commuters! I have a 6 foot fence in my backyard for the safety of the dogs. I keep my house very clean as well as my dogs!

About: I’ve grown up with pets and currently am called mommy by 2 furry dogs. Love animals of all sizes and have no issue catering to your dogs needs. I am available everyday and have very flexible hours. Can schedule for same day bookings and have no issue traveling within range. I’m just a call away. I have one dog with skin allergies that requires a special oil in his food and balm rubbed on his skin. Attention to detail with medication for animals is something I have experience with. Ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable is my number one goal.

About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was a young child. The only time I didn't have a dog in my care was when I was in college living in dorm rooms, and even then I went to the local shelter to walk and love on puppies while mine were back home. I have experience training dogs and caring for puppies. I love all dogs, big, small and everything in-between! I am a stay at home Mom right now with young children. My schedule is pretty open except when I'm running around to pick a youngin' up a few times a day! I'd love to fill my extra time with helping care for your fur babies! Additionally, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all services with the exception of dog-walking and drop-in visits. I work from home with the ability to have a flexible schedule. I'm happy to meet your pet care needs whether it's early morning, afternoon or evening. My husband and I use our bonus room as our boarding room where we can care for pets in our home. It's a relatively large bedroom with carpet and a couch. This room is the dedicated pet room. We have blankets and toys for your animals, however we always encourage clients to bring toys, blankets that anything else that may smell like home and that your animal is familiar with to help with the transition. We also have a huge yard and would love to go on long walks with your dog. Whether in your home or ours, we always respect and reinforce whatever rules and training you have in place for your animals, whether it's no jumping on the furniture or anything else.

About: We have a good size yard they can play in and go on lots of walks. I am available anytime for overnight stays and frequent potty breaks. I will provide lots of love and play time with your babies. My hours are very flexible and I can meet your sitting needs most anytime that you need. As a professional dog walker, I do my utmost to ensure that each dog feels comfortable and at ease with plenty of interaction and attention. It is not uncommon for new surroundings to disrupt a dog's digestive system, resulting in loose stools. However, there is no cause for alarm as this is a normal reaction to a change in routine. Typically, after 1-2 visits, the dog's digestive system will adjust, and any issues will resolve. It is important to note that the level of reaction varies depending on the dog's unique personality and temperament. *WHAT IF MY DOG IS SPECIAL NEEDS?* I am able to care for nearly ALL special needs dogs! 1) Allergies: Please let me know of any beforehand! 2) Medicine: info must be written on a note alongside food, with dosage, etc. (non-medical injections such as insulin is okay. In the state of Virginia, medical/complex injections require specific qualifications/certifications, which I do not have.) 3) Diapers are okay 4) Blind or Deaf? I’ve cared for several blind/deaf dogs and they’re always great! 5) Paralyzed: I have experience with a pitbull who was paralyzed from the waste down due to an incident. I kept up with physical therapy, indoor accidents, cleaning/caring, hand feeding. 5) Something Else? Let me know *HOW WILL MY DOGS BE CARED FOR?* When caring for your pup during visits and stays, their personality is my top priority. I will adjust my activity level according to their specific needs to ensure their safety and comfort. In the case of inclement weather or unfortunate situations that may cause your pup to get dirty, rest assured that I will have a towel or wipes readily available to clean them up. She's sweet as honey and loves everyone, including cats, dogs, and humans of all ages. I can't guarantee she won't lick you to death, but hey, that's just her way of saying hello! I'm pretty strict when it comes to Suki's diet and exercise routine. She gets fed twice a day with a slow feeder to avoid any mishaps, and I make sure to keep her brain active with mentally stimulating games when we're not out and about. Speaking of which, we hit the dog park 3-5 times a week and go on hikes and runs at the lake. Suki's a ball of energy and loves playing fetch, so be prepared to throw that ball a few times! Now, let me be honest with you. It's highly unlikely, but on occasion, Suki might come along for a walk or a drop-in visit and hang out in my car. Don't worry, she's super chill and won't leave any fur behind. But if you're not cool with it, just let me know, and I'll make sure she stays home, catching up on her favorite TV shows or something. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you want to chat about your pet concerns and their needs.
