About: Thank you for reviewing my profile! My preferred name is Astro, and I am a 23-year-old agricultural business student with a minor in animal science. I am unavailable from 8a-12pm on weekdays, but I am available at any other time to take care of any pets you may have. I have a passion for animals because I enjoy giving them love, just as they give love back to us. This March 2026, I cared for my former professor's 2 dogs, cat, and goat from Friday to Sunday. I make sure to give all animals extra love while their owners are away. If no walks are bought for housesits, I will give one walk per stay, and if my schedule allows, I'll provide additional. I am comfortable with farm animals as well, if you need care and feeding for them. My pet background: I have 2 years of experience as a kennel attendant: sanitizing kennels, taking dogs for walks, feeding, and medicating both dogs and cats. I also have a few months of experience as a vet assistant: restraining animals for vaccines and nail trims. I currently have a 5-year-old chihuahua and a 4-year-old domestic shorthair cat. My chihuahua has seizures and requires a specific feeding and medication schedule, so I can easily adapt to your pets if they have additional needs. Since I was 12, I would adopt rabbits from the flea market and take care of them until I was in high school. I adopted my chihuahua as a one-month-old in 2020, and have been taking care of her ever since. My passion for animals led me to earn my AA in Animal Science, and expanded my interest in caring for farm animals as well. Animals make me happy, and after my kennel attendant job ended, I decided to try Rover out to continue working in the field I enjoy! My position as a kennel attendant ended, so I am available on any other day except Tuesdays and Thursdays when I commute to university. On weekdays, I may not be able to provide care until after 8:30 am because I sometimes take my kids to school. On weekends, I can provide care earlier than 8 am if requested or needed. Care information: I can provide walks and drop-ins every day except Tuesdays and Thursdays. House-Sitting information: I am unavailable to provide services in my home, but I am available for house-sitting in your home on weekends. I have taken care of my former professor's 2 dogs in her home while she was away for the weekend, along with her two outside pets of a cat and goat. On weekdays, I can house-sit, but I will be in and out for personal, child, or pet errands. I'd like to note that on weekends, I will need to feed and give potty breaks for my own pets at home, but will return to your pets once finished. In my client's home, I treat it with the same respect as I would in my own home. I also make sure to keep it clean and organized as the owner has left it. I don't wish to make my client's uncomfortable, so I will make sure to ask before doing anything that wasn't previously discussed. For house-sitting, I provide basic cleaning before leaving your home (sweeping and mopping the floors).

I have a half-acre fully fenced in yard of running room, that nested on 160 acres. I spend the day playing with your dogs or cats. I do majority of the day outside letting the dogs play. I offer kiddy pools for dogs who love water. I work daily on basic training commands with all dogs. I have ball throwing for dogs who enjoy toss. For Cats we have an indoor/outdoor cattery that is fully contained so they can enjoy both lifes. we offer treat time and play time.

About: I was raised in a home with many pets, which has taught me a lot about how to responsibly and lovingly care for many types of animals. I am a current student, so I am available most of the time until October. June and July I will be busy during most weekdays for a volunteer program, but weekends are open!! August and September weekdays and weekends work for me. I believe that communication is key for understanding and creating a respectful and caring environment for each pet. I’m excited to talk with you and get to know the specific needs of your animals.

About: Passionate about caring for your furry friend. When life happens count on me to care for your baby, I think it's important for our pets to have someone to watch them when we are away or busy. I am currently on summer break from work. I work as a part time aide at an elementary school and looking to stay busy and share my love to your pets. I am available everyday. I have a fenced backyard that they can freely roam in and can cage them if you would prefer that. I am okay with indoor dogs and would love for them to cuddle on the couch with me if that's what they like :) my main priority is for your pet to be as stress free as they can be when you are away. About: Am a very patient and caring pet lover who is a people/pet pleaser so I always make sure to leave with a happy client/pet 👍 I can do pet care any day of the week. Only thing on my schedule is overnight shifts during the week days, taking care of my pets at home and sleep. I always make sure that the water and food bowls are clean and filled along with litter and picking up after pets messes. About: Animal care has always been a passion of mine. Currently taking care of a pack of French Bulldogs Growing up I had 5-6 dogs I was responsible for feeding,grooming, exercising ect. Professionally I have worked in kennels for about 6-8years, ranging in groups of 2-50. As a kennel technician I was responsible for maintaining a leveled space for everyone to play and exercise or even relax. I do have experience in medication administration, oral, topical, rectum, shots. I have also a year of being a veterinary assistant which is what I'm currently pursuing and absolutely love it. My schedule is wide open currently! I just moved back to the Central Valley and I'm flexible. I have school online for Veterinary Technology and have started school for LVN as well. While doing a house sitting or drop-in, I always greet the animals check food and water bowls, make my way to the yard and ALWAYS check the yard before letting out animals. I will walk around the house to make sure there were no accidents or anything out of sorts really. I make sure doors are closed that need to be and always give the love that's needed.

Friends, family, and neighbors regularly rely on me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their pets. “Alexis C. Is amazing❗️ We meet with Alexis two times before our travel. I was a bit nervous to leave Yuuki so I requested to have a meet and greet and then a short visit the day before we left. Alexis was agreeable to both meetings. She is very flexible and amazing with dogs. Our shy Yuuki excepted Alexis on the second visit. Yuuki wanted to play with her on the first visit but she couldn’t let her guard down. We were very pleased because Yuuki is slow to except new friends. Alexis is a dog whisperer. She is very quick to reply to messages. Alexis is very sweet, has a gentle disposition, and is very acomadating . After all of this we didn’t use Alexis ? because our grandson became ill and wasn’t able to take the trip, he was able to care for Yuuki. Alexis agreed to be on standby the complete week of our trip. During this time, they will be closely monitored to ensure their safety and well-being. 2.Regular Exercise: Pets staying with me enjoy regular exercise routines, including walks, playtime, and access to a secure outdoor area. 3.Social Interaction: Pets are not only included in my daily activities but also have social time with the residents of the home, including my own friendly dogs. My four dogs, spanning different ages, are consistently supervised during play sessions to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. 4.Feeding Schedule: I maintain a consistent feeding schedule based on the pet's dietary needs and preferences, following any specific instructions provided by the owner. 5.Grooming and Hygiene: Basic grooming activities such as brushing are included in the care routine. Please note that nail trimming is not offered. However, I do provide a deep clean wash and dry for an additional $15 charge, ensuring your pet receives a thorough grooming experience. 6.Health Monitoring: I pay close attention to the pet's health and behavior, promptly addressing any concerns and providing necessary medications or veterinary care.

About: I have cared for animals my entire life, because I grew surrounded by them. My goal is to work with any type of animal. Currently I’m studying to become a veterinarian, having this opportunity helps me get more experience and become better at it. Besides my personal life, I’ve taken courses in college to understand better animal behavior and learn more about it! I’ll always do my best to keep your loved ones safe and happy! I’m currently studying in College, but I have plenty of time after 2pm during Monday to Thursday. During Friday and Weekends I’m free and always available for any services! I live in a house that has plenty of space and is fenced. I also have a really friendly dog that loves to play around animals. If your fur baby is more comfortable inside the house, we have plenty of space inside where they can run and play!
