Caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. I care for pets by closely following their normal routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I make sure feeding schedules are followed exactly, fresh water is always available, and litter boxes or potty areas are kept clean. I provide regular playtime, exercise, and companionship so pets feel engaged and not lonely while their owner is away. For cats, I focus on a calm environment, respecting their space while also giving attention, brushing if needed, and interactive play when they’re comfortable. I monitor their behavior and well-being closely to notice any changes in appetite, mood, or health. If medication is required, I administer it carefully according to instructions. I also keep the home tidy, respect house rules, and make sure everything is left clean and secure. I send updates to pet owners so they feel confident and reassured while they’re away.

About: I have owned and helped take care of my family’s animals since I was around 6 years old. I am a dog mom to a 4 year old golden retriever and she is my world. I would love to do anything that I can to help you and take care of your pet while you are away or just need an extra hand. I can go on walks with them, play with them, feed them, and keep them safe! I can also help bathe them and keep them groomed by brushing them. I am a photographer so I have relatively open availability. My dog is my entire world so I know exactly how anyone who trusts their pet with anyone else feels. There is so much love and support coming from my side of taking care of them. I talk to them like they are people and give them reassurance when it rains or when they miss you. For stop ins, it’s super easy for me to sit with them for up to an hour, giving them affection and company. For my own dog, we go on walks a lot and do tricks and puzzles to ensure brain exercise during the day. I do not have a fenced in yard yet, but we do walk with a leash around the town as well as use a beeping and vibrating collar to keep pets in our yard.

About: I have currently been working in veterinary medicine for 2 years in which I have been a veterinary assistant. I am currently also going to school to become a certified veterinary technician! I pride myself on specializing in puppy/kitten care and administering medication. I have also recently just retired from fostering for local shelters within the area in which I fostered over 15 adult animals and many litters of orphaned kittens and puppies. This has given me a great deal of confidence in caring for animals and experience with all age and medical ranges I currently work 4 days weekly at a local veterinary hospital. My schedule consists of 4 days from 8am to 5pm. With this being said, I make sure to provide pets their daily meals and be let out for potty breaks at a minimum of 3-4 times daily. This allows for pets to be comfortable with a schedule that has not changed. I also ensure that all of the pets needs are met before I retire for the night at 10pm. This will vary depending on the pet’s needs. I make sure that pets are fed the appropriate times and amounts asked for by their owners. Pets are also guaranteed 30 minutes to an hour of playtime/cuddles depending on what makes the pet most comfortable. Having your pet with a sitter can be very intimidating and stressful for the pet, therefore I make sure to only provide services they are okay with and not forcing my presence on the pet. Litter boxes will be changed daily as well as water changes. Walks can also be expected for each pet if needed to range from 30 mins to 1 hour. Pictures will also be sent to the client daily to ensure peace of mind as their pet is well taken care of.

About: I grew up with dogs in my home for 24 years. Both puppies and seniors. I love all breeds and sizes. All dogs are adorable! I have my own pup, he has been trained by me and knows a number of tricks. I understand a dogs body language and understand if things need to be taken slow with your fur baby. I will work with aggressive dogs to a certain extent, with an increase in price. I currently work at a dog boarding facility! Book any day, any time (we can always adjust the times in conversation!) I am more than happy to check in and/or walk your loving pup! <3 I am always respectful and thoughtful. Animals are my FAVORITE in the world, they bring me so much happiness each and every day! They’re just so cute 🥹

About: I’ve always taken care of pets since a young age for neighbors and friends. Several of my current pets have special needs, from specific diets to medical conditions. I’m able to take care of any animal no matter the special help they may need. I’ve taken care of many different animals from dogs and cats to bearded dragons and toads. I’m not afraid to get grubby and clean out tanks or litter boxes. I currently have a part time office job that is done in person and remotely! I'll have plenty of time to be with your dogs to play, walk, and also chill while they nap. At your home I'll ensure all of your preferences and routines are maintained for your dog. About: I’ve grown up around dogs. My family used to breed AKC Collie’s, owning 2 collies in total. Once I moved to college, I couldn’t have a collie where I lived so I got a Sheltie. He’s been with me ever since, though his “time” is approaching. (Passed away 4/6/2021) I’ve dog sat for several friends. I teach therefore summers off means a lot of availability for me to care for your dog! I’m no professional but I’m good with training and very patient with dogs. My sheltie was house broken in 6 months and knew all the basic commands. I have so much fun with dogs and have children to play with them too! Dogs must be good with other dogs and with children. I look forward to meeting your dog or dogs! I care a lot about animals! I do offer services year round, however, June through August are my peak times. I teach, therefore September through May are harder for me to care for other’s pets during the week. It can be done, but it is more difficult, as the pets will be cooped up from 7-3:30. I am always available on weekends! I offer discounts for repeat clients. Discount applied after booking. I am a teacher, therefore I primarily take on clients during the summer and on weekends. During the week is not out of question, just know they will be alone (must bring crate due to no supervision) from about 7 until 3/3:30 during the months school is in session. June through mid August, I am home except occasional errands and will be available for frequent potty breaks! I have a fenced in yard for your dog(s) to run around! I do have gentle giant (Great Dane) who loves to play. He can be intimidating, but he’s so sweet and just wants to play. Disclaimer- he drools a lot. I can keep your pet clean, though! I also have a Boston Terrier named Ellie. She is a very special story and although I picked her up as a 6 month old pup in 2012, we have been apart for 10 years and she’s back where she belongs. <3 If I come to your home for services, I am very professional and will be sure to follow your steps completely. I might sometimes need to bring my children with me, depending on the day.
