I have two amazing pups of my own, a 4 year old shih tzu and a 10 year old shepherd mix! If I could, I’d rescue every pup out there. I care about every animal like they are my own and would love the opportunity to take care of your pet(s) and keep your kind at ease while your out of town or at work! On top of my vet experience, I have worked in a pet kennel/doggie day care taking care of dogs, cats, exotics. I am always the first contact for my friends to take care of their pets. I currently work full-time from home with a flexible schedule. This allows me to be able to do drop in visits and walks throughout the day. I have two very friendly pups. For drop in visits, if your pet needs to burn some energy, I can bring along my pets to tire them out!

About: When I was 9 until about 15 I lived in an apartment complex and I would walk all of my neighbors dogs after school and feed them their dinners. I am CPR certified and first aid trained. At my last job we take care of seniors and puppies on a daily basis. I have a senior dog myself. I took care of my grandfathers diabetic dog for 5 years before he passed and gave him his insulin shot daily. I used to administer medication daily to dogs at work and continue to my own. My current job is Lead at Cincinnati Animal Care. I currently work at Cincinnati Animal Care 40 hours a week. However I’m able to work around whatever is needed! If booked in advance I am able to work from home as well! At my home I have a fenced in yard with four playmates who are always ready to have friends over! I also have two kids who love when I bring pets home! If I’m caring for your pet at your home I will follow your instructions and give your pet as much love and care as I can in our time together!

About: Hi, My name is Alex and I would like to be your dog's new walker! Caring for dogs is something I grew up doing both in my family and in my neighborhood. My aunt has a farm and has over 20 dogs and I spent a lot of time helping her run her farm including all forms of animal care. I take the job seriously and am compassionate towards all animals. I have many years of professional dog walking experience including volunteering at a German Shepard Dog Rescue and fostering hard to place dogs and puppies. I will take your pet on long walks if needed or even just stop by to check on them while refilling bowls and applying medications which I have experience doing. My friends often ask me to take care of their pets when they are gone since they know I will do a great job and give the pets lots of attention. I am good at following requirements such as commands, crates, medications, and feeding. I understand each pet is different and needs special and unique treatment which I will be able to provide. I am gentle with a leash while not allowing the dog to venture off into the street or pull towards distractions such as other dogs and squirrels. I'm not doing this only as a way to make money, but because being around animals makes me happy. I'm truly interested in meeting your pets and making sure they get the care they deserve. After taking care of dogs, I feel a true appreciation for the work I'm doing and how I can positively effect these great animals. About: I have currently been working in veterinary medicine for 2 years in which I have been a veterinary assistant. I am currently also going to school to become a certified veterinary technician! I pride myself on specializing in puppy/kitten care and administering medication. I have also recently just retired from fostering for local shelters within the area in which I fostered over 15 adult animals and many litters of orphaned kittens and puppies. This has given me a great deal of confidence in caring for animals and experience with all age and medical ranges I currently work 4 days weekly at a local veterinary hospital. My schedule consists of 4 days from 8am to 5pm. With this being said, I make sure to provide pets their daily meals and be let out for potty breaks at a minimum of 3-4 times daily. This allows for pets to be comfortable with a schedule that has not changed. I also ensure that all of the pets needs are met before I retire for the night at 10pm. This will vary depending on the pet’s needs. I make sure that pets are fed the appropriate times and amounts asked for by their owners. Pets are also guaranteed 30 minutes to an hour of playtime/cuddles depending on what makes the pet most comfortable. Having your pet with a sitter can be very intimidating and stressful for the pet, therefore I make sure to only provide services they are okay with and not forcing my presence on the pet. Litter boxes will be changed daily as well as water changes. Walks can also be expected for each pet if needed to range from 30 mins to 1 hour. Pictures will also be sent to the client daily to ensure peace of mind as their pet is well taken care of.

About: I grew up with dogs in my home for 24 years. Both puppies and seniors. I love all breeds and sizes. All dogs are adorable! I have my own pup, he has been trained by me and knows a number of tricks. I understand a dogs body language and understand if things need to be taken slow with your fur baby. I will work with aggressive dogs to a certain extent, with an increase in price. I currently work at a dog boarding facility! Book any day, any time (we can always adjust the times in conversation!) About: I take my dog on walks all the time!! I’ve dog sat many different times/breeds!! I love taking my dog for long walks in the park! I have Saturday's open in the morning, Mondays, Thursday's, and Friday's open!! I can pretty much do any time during the days listed other than my Saturday's it would need to be anywhere before noon!! I really enjoy keeping my dogs active and making sure they are healthy and happy. I like taking them on walks, playing with them outside, and giving them plenty of time to run around and burn off energy. Staying active helps them stay strong and keeps them from getting bored. I also make sure to take good care of them by feeding them well, giving them lots of love and attention, and making sure they are comfortable and safe. Taking care of my dogs is important to me because they are part of my family, and I want them to live happy and healthy lives. 🐶💛

About: I’ve always been around animals and have many years of sitting for family and friends. I have a passion for exercise making our walks the best of the best! I am and occupational therapist working in the school setting so I work within that schedule. However, I do have summers off that I dedicate to exercise and helping family/friends with their pets while they are on vacations! I am dependable and reliable and will be able to give your pets the love and care they need while you are away or at work!

About: I have taken care of many pups and built many meaningful relationships with their owners! I pride myself in my relationship with animals and hope to spend my time caring for your babies! I babysit consistently for a family one day a week (Fridays) and go to school online so my availability is almost always open! I’d like to be notified at least a day or two before the days you need care for your pet! Caring for a pet in someone else home involves being respectful of another’s property and being mindful of any and all hazards potential to cause problems with the animal. Making sure to follow clear instructions and take all the necessary precautions with the pet is the only right thing to do!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life. For two years I worked at a vet clinic while in high school. I was a volunteer at Lexington Humane Society for three years while a student at University of Kentucky. I’m currently available anytime, since I am back home and transferred to Northern Kentucky University! However, I am open more during the weekends and summer. I do work other jobs and have school throughout the week. My schedule is pretty flexible overall though, and I have a dependable car. I walk my dogs at home and I also did at the shelter, so they are all a variety of sizes. I can crate your dog if need be; or just be their support person while you are away.

About: As a 10 year dog club 4H-er alum, I have years of experience handling, training, and caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Friends and family have consistently counted on me to watch their pets and handle any care they needed. Additionally, I have experience working with all types of dogs including puppies, rescues, and senior dogs alongside other pets such as cats and farm animals. I'm currently working extremely flexible hours, so I'll be able to give your pet my full attention whenever I'm with them! I'm primarily available on the weekdays and can adjust my schedule to fit your pets' needs. I treat every client with the same care and respect as I would want my fur-baby to receive. When needed, I'm happy to care for pets in your home, being extra careful to keep everything tidy and return the home exactly as I found it. I'll always triple check doors, locks, food, and water bowls alongside any additional requests.
